The groupoidal analogue Theta~ to Joyal's category Theta is a test category
We introduce the groupoidal analogue \tilde\Theta to Joyal's cell category
\Theta and we prove that \tilde\Theta is a strict test category in the sense of
Grothendieck. This implies that presheaves on \tilde\Theta model homotopy types
in a canonical way. We also prove that the canonical functor from \Theta to
\tilde\Theta is aspherical, again in the sense of Grothendieck. This allows us
to compare weak equivalences of presheaves on \tilde\Theta to weak equivalences
of presheaves on \Theta. Our proofs apply to other categories analogous to

Cost-effectiveness modelling of telehealth for patients with raised cardiovascular disease risk: evidence from a cohort simulation conducted alongside the Healthlines randomised controlled trial
OBJECTIVES: To investigate the long-term cost-effectiveness (measured as the ratio of incremental NHS cost to incremental quality-adjusted life years) of a telehealth intervention for patients with raised cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. DESIGN: A cohort simulation model developed as part of the economic evaluation conducted alongside the Healthlines randomised controlled trial. SETTING: Patients recruited through primary care, and intervention delivered via telehealth service. PARTICIPANTS: Participants with a 10-year CVD risk ≥20%, as measured by the QRISK2 algorithm, and with at least 1 modifiable risk factor, individually randomised from 42 general practices in England. INTERVENTION: A telehealth service delivered over a 12-month period. The intervention involved a series of responsive, theory-led encounters between patients and trained health information advisors who provided access to information resources and supported medication adherence and coordination of care. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY OUTCOME MEASURES: Cost-effectiveness measured by net monetary benefit over the simulated lifetime of trial participants from a UK National Health Service perspective. RESULTS: The probability that the intervention was cost-effective depended on the duration of the effect of the intervention. The intervention was cost-effective with high probability if effects persisted over the lifetime of intervention recipients. The probability of cost-effectiveness was lower for shorter durations of effect. CONCLUSIONS: The intervention was likely to be cost-effective under a lifetime perspective. CD30-positive primary cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders: molecular alterations and targeted therapies
Primary cutaneous CD30-positive T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders are the second most common subgroup of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. They include two clinically different entities with some overlapping features and borderline cases: lymphomatoid papulosis and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Molecular studies of primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma reveal an increasing level of heterogeneity that is associated with histological and immunophenotypic features of the cases and their response to specific therapies. Here, we review the most significant genetic, epigenetic and molecular alterations described to date in primary cutaneous CD30-positive T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, and their potential as therapeutic targets
Upregulation of Isoflavonoids and Soluble Proteins in Edible Legumes by Light and Fungal Elicitor Treatments
Objective: In this study, our working hypothesis was that continuous light and fungal elicitation treatment of legume seedlings would lead to enhanced levels of isoflavonoids and soluble proteins. Results: Based on short-term light and dark treatments, isoflavonoid (genistein, genistin, daidzein, and daidzin) and soluble protein concentrations were significantly upregulated in the "light" environment compared to the "dark" environment for all edible legume species (kudzu vine, soybean, garbanzo bean, fava bean, mung bean, adzuki bean) that were tested. Kudzu seedlings showed the highest levels of both isoflavonoids and soluble proteins after light-elicited upregulation compared to the other legumes analyzed. All legumes showed less up-regulation of isoflavonoid synthesis when treated with Phytophtora sojae fungal elicitor. Oligosaccharide fungal elicitor caused no such upregulation. Conclusions: The findings in this study show that edible legume seedlings have enhanced levels of isoflavonoids and soluble proteins when they are grown in the light compared to the conventional practice of growing such seedlings in the dark. The complete conformal spectrum of a invariant network model and logarithmic corrections
We investigate the low temperature asymptotics and the finite size spectrum
of a class of Temperley-Lieb models. As reference system we use the spin-1/2
Heisenberg chain with anisotropy parameter and twisted boundary
conditions. Special emphasis is placed on the study of logarithmic corrections
appearing in the case of in the bulk susceptibility data and in
the low-energy spectrum yielding the conformal dimensions. For the
invariant 3-state representation of the Temperley-Lieb algebra with
we give the complete set of scaling dimensions which show huge

Unraveling the Interplay between Quantum Transport and Geometrical Conformations in Monocyclic Hydrocarbons Molecular Junctions
In the field of molecular electronics, particularly in quantum transport
studies, the orientation of molecules plays a crucial role. This orientation,
with respect to the electrodes, can be defined through the cavity of
ring-shaped monocyclic hydrocarbon molecules. In this manuscript, we unveil the
geometrical conformation of these molecules when they are trapped between two
atomically sharp electrodes through a combination of dynamic simulations,
electronic transport calculations based on density functional theory, and break
junction experiments under room conditions. Moreover, we present a novel
criterion for determining the molecular orientation of benzene, toluene,
(aromatic) and cyclohexane (aliphatic) solvents. Our findings for the
identification of the molecular orientations on gold metal nanocontacts and
their associated transport properties, can improve the understanding of

Assessment of axial bone rigidity in rats with metabolic diseases using CT-based structural rigidity analysis
Objectives: This study aims to assess the correlation of CT-based structural rigidity analysis with mechanically determined axial rigidity in normal and metabolically diseased rat bone. Methods: A total of 30 rats were divided equally into normal, ovariectomized, and partially nephrectomized groups. Cortical and trabecular bone segments from each animal underwent micro-CT to assess their average and minimum axial rigidities using structural rigidity analysis. Following imaging, all specimens were subjected to uniaxial compression and assessment of mechanically-derived axial rigidity. Results: The average structural rigidity-based axial rigidity was well correlated with the average mechanically-derived axial rigidity results (R = 0.74). This correlation improved significantly (p < 0.0001) when the CT-based Structural Rigidity Analysis (CTRA) minimum axial rigidity was correlated to the mechanically-derived minimum axial rigidity results (R = 0.84). Tests of slopes in the mixed model regression analysis indicated a significantly steeper slope for the average axial rigidity compared with the minimum axial rigidity (p = 0.028) and a significant difference in the intercepts (p = 0.022). The CTRA average and minimum axial rigidities were correlated with the mechanically-derived average and minimum axial rigidities using paired t-test analysis (p = 0.37 and p = 0.18, respectively). Conclusions: In summary, the results of this study suggest that structural rigidity analysis of micro-CT data can be used to accurately and quantitatively measure the axial rigidity of bones with metabolic pathologies in an experimental rat model. It appears that minimum axial rigidity is a better model for measuring bone rigidity than average axial rigidity

Frailty is associated with objectively assessed sedentary behaviour patterns in older adults: Evidence from the Toledo Study for Healthy Aging (TSHA)
Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the association of sedentary behaviour patterns with frailty in older people. Setting: Clinical setting. Design: Cross-sectional, observational study. Participants and measurements: A triaxial accelerometer was used in a subsample from the Toledo Study for Healthy Aging (519 participants, 67–97 years) to assess several sedentary behaviour patterns including sedentary time per day, the number and duration (min) of breaks in sedentary time per day, and the proportion of the day spent in sedentary bouts of 10 minutes or more. Frailty was assessed using the Frailty Trait Scale (FTS). Regression analysis was used to ascertain the associations between sedentary behaviour patterns and frailty. Results: Sedentary time per day and the proportion of the day spent in sedentary bouts of 10 minutes or more, were positively associated with frailty in the study sample. Conversely, the time spent in breaks in sedentary time was negatively associated with frailty. Conclusion: In summary, breaking up sedentary time and time spent in sedentary behaviour are associated with frailty in older people
