Iuriservice : un FAQ Inteligente para los jueces en su primer destino
En esta presentación describimos el uso de ontologías legales como base para la mejora del soporte para jueces. El uso de la tecnología de procesamiento de lenguaje natural permite obtener respuestas a los jóvenes jueces en tiempo real y mejorar así su trabajo día a día.We present an intelligent FAQ system for junior judges that intensively uses the ontology and allows a free text input for querying. We describe the use of legal ontologies as a basis to improve IT support for professional judges. As opposed to most legal ontologies designed so far, which are mostly based on dogmatic and normative knowledge, we emphasize the importance of professional knowledge and experience as an important pillar for constructing the ontolog

A Rapid Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy and Sensor-Based Method for Monitoring Freeze-Damage in Tangerines
[EN] This study focuses on the analysis and early detection of freeze-damage in tangerines using a specific double-needle sensor and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). Freeze damage may appear in citrus fruits both in the field and in postharvest processes resulting in quality loss and a difficult commercialization of the fruit. EIS has been used to test a set of homogeneous tangerine samples both fresh and later frozen to analyze electrochemical and biological differences. A double-needle electrode associated to a specifically designed electronic device and software has been designed and used to send an AC electric sinusoidal signal 1 V in amplitude and frequency range [100Hz to 1MHz] to the analyzed samples and then receive the electrochemical impedance response. EIS measurements lead to distinct values of both impedance module and phase of fresh and frozen samples over a wide frequency range. Statistical treatment of the received data set by Principal Components Analysis (PCA) and Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA) shows a clear classification of the samples depending on the experienced freeze phenomenon, with high sensitivity (1.00), specificity (>= 0.95) and confidence level (95%). The F238L point mutation in the cannabinoid type 1 receptor enhances basal endocytosis via lipid rafts
Defining functional domains and amino acid residues in G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) represents an important way to improve rational drug design for this major class of drug targets. The cannabinoid type 1 (CB1) receptor is one of the most abundant GPCRs in the central nervous system and is involved in many physiological and pathophysiological processes. Interestingly, mutagenesis of phenylalanine 238 to a leucine (CB1F238L) has been already linked to a number of both in vitro and in vivo alterations. While CB1F238L causes significantly reduced presynaptic neurotransmitter release at the cellular level, behaviorally this mutation induces increased risk taking, social play behavior and reward sensitivity in rats. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying these changes are not fully understood. In this study, we tested whether the F238L mutation affects trafficking and axonal/presynaptic polarization of the CB1 receptor in vitro. Steady state or ligand modulated surface expression and lipid raft association was analyzed in HEK293 cells stably expressing either CB1wt or CB1F238L receptor. Axonal/presynaptic polarization of the CB1F238L receptor was assessed in transfected primary hippocampal neurons. We show that in vitro the CB1F238L receptor displays increased association with lipid rafts, which coincides with increased lipid raft mediated constitutive endocytosis, leading to a reduction in steady state surface expression of the CB1F238L receptor. Furthermore, the CB1F238L receptor showed increased axonal polarization in primary hippocampal neurons. These data demonstrate that endocytosis of the CB1 receptor is an important mediator of axonal/presynaptic polarization and that phenylalanine 238 plays a key role in CB1 receptor trafficking and axonal polarization
The Spanish Pancreatic Club's recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis: Part 2 (treatment)
Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is a complex disease with a wide range of clinical manifestations. This range
comprises from asymptomatic patients to patients with disabling symptoms or complications. The
management of CP is frequently different between geographic areas and even medical centers. This is
due to the paucity of high quality studies and clinical practice guidelines regarding its diagnosis and
treatment. The aim of the Spanish Pancreatic Club was to give current evidence-based recommendations
for the management of CP. Two coordinators chose a multidisciplinary panel of 24 experts on this
disease. These experts were selected according to clinical and research experience in CP. A list of
questions was made and two experts reviewed each question. A draft was later produced and discussed
with the entire panel of experts in a face-to-face meeting. The level of evidence was based on the ratings
given by the Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine. In the second part of the consensus, recommendations were given regarding the management of pain, pseudocysts, duodenal and biliary stenosis,
pancreatic fistula and ascites, left portal hypertension, diabetes mellitus, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency,
and nutritional support in CP

Z boson production in Pb+Pb collisions at √Snn = 5.02 TeV measured by the ATLAS experiment
The production yield of Z bosons is measured in the electron and muon decay channels in Pb+Pb collisions at √S = 5.02 TeV with the ATLAS detector. Data from the 2015 LHC run corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 0.49 nb are used for the analysis. The Z boson yield, normalised by the total number of minimum-bias events and the mean nuclear thickness function, is measured as a function of dilepton rapidity and event centrality. The measurements in Pb+Pb collisions are compared with similar measurements made in proton-proton collisions at the same centre-of-mass energy. The nuclear modification factor is found to be consistent with unity for all centrality intervals. The results are compared with theoretical predictions obtained at next-to-leading order using nucleon and nuclear parton distribution functions. The normalised Z boson yields in Pb+Pb collisions lie 1-3σ above the predictions. The nuclear modification factor measured as a function of rapidity agrees with unity and is consistent with a next-to-leading-order QCD calculation including the isospin effect. nn -
Measurement of J/ψ production in association with a W ± boson with pp data at 8 TeV
A measurement of the production of a prompt J/ψ meson in association with a W± boson with W± → μν and J/ψ → μ+μ− is presented for J/ψ transverse momenta in the range 8.5–150 GeV and rapidity |yJ/ψ| < 2.1 using ATLAS data recorded in 2012 at the LHC. The data were taken at a proton-proton centre-of-mass energy of s = 8 TeV and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 20.3 fb−1. The ratio of the prompt J/ψ plus W± cross-section to the inclusive W± cross-section is presented as a differential measurement as a function of J/ψ transverse momenta and compared with theoretical predictions using different double-parton-scattering cross-sections. Search for flavour-changing neutral currents in processes with one top quark and a photon using 81 fb−1 of pp collisions at s=13TeV with the ATLAS experiment
A search for flavour-changing neutral current (FCNC) events via the coupling of a top quark, a photon, and an up or charm quark is presented using 81 fb−1 of proton–proton collision data taken at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Events with a photon, an electron or muon, a b-tagged jet, and missing transverse momentum are selected. A neural network based on kinematic variables differentiates between events from signal and background processes. The data are consistent with the background-only hypothesis, and limits are set on the strength of the tqγ coupling in an effective field theory. These are also interpreted as 95% CL upper limits on the cross section for FCNC tγ production via a left-handed (right-handed) tuγ coupling of 36 fb (78 fb) and on the branching ratio for t→γu of 2.8×10−5 (6.1×10−5). In addition, they are interpreted as 95% CL upper limits on the cross section for FCNC tγ production via a left-handed (right-handed) tcγ coupling of 40 fb (33 fb) and on the branching ratio for t→γc of 22×10−5 (18×10−5)
