PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PADA PT JALUR NUGRAHA EKAKURIR (JNE) SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pada PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling pada konsumen PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya pada bulan Januari 2017. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan daftar pertanyaan kepada responden yaitu konsumen PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya tentang kepercayaan dan komitmen loyalitas konsumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Variabel kepercayaan dan komitmen mampu menjelaskan variabel loyalitas konsumen sebesar 54,3% dan sisanya sebesar 45,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Representaciones en torno a las entidades colaboradoras de la adopción internacional (ECAI) en la prensa

Entre 1997 y 2010 llegaron a Cataluña 11.459 niños y niñas nacidosy adoptados en el extranjero, que ahora forman parte de familias locales. En la granmayoría de esos procesos de adopción participó alguna de las Entidades Colaboradorasde la Adopción Internacional (ECAI) acreditadas en la comunidad autónoma.Las ECAI son asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro que realizan funciones de mediaciónentre los solicitantes de adopción y los países de origen del menor. Teniendo encuenta que los medios de comunicación son una forma de construcción social de larealidad, y con el objetivo de reconstruir las representaciones (re)creadas por la prensasobre las ECAI, realicé un análisis de los 780 artículos periodísticos aparecidosentre 1997 y 2010 en dos de los periódicos de mayor tirada en Cataluña. Estimation de la biomasse bactérienne dans les effluents urbains par mesure de l'activité exoprotéolytique potentielle

Des études récentes ont montré que, lors du rejet d'eaux usées dans une rivière, la quantité de biomasse bactérienne hétérotrophe amenée par les effluents influence considérablement la cinétique de biodégradation de la matière organique dans la rivière et donc les caractéristiques du déficit d'oxygène généralement observé dans le milieu naturel en aval du rejet. La mesure de la biomasse bactérienne contenue dans un rejet domestique est donc nécessaire afin de bien comprendre la cinétique de biodégradation. Cette biomasse peut être estimée en microscopie à épifluorescence après coloration des cellules bactériennes par un fluorochrome. Cette technique appliquée aux eaux usées est néanmoins difficile et fastidieuse. Dans cette étude, une méthode alternative à l'estimation de la biomasse bactérienne dans les eaux usées a été testée ; elle consiste à mesurer l'activité exoprotéolytique potentielle (AEP) des bactéries. Nous avons montré qu'il existait, dans les eaux usées, une corrélation significative entre l'AEP et la biomasse bactérienne estimée en microscopie à épifluorescence ce qui permet d'utiliser l'AEP pour estimer facilement et rapidement la biomasse bactérienne dans ce type d'échantillon. Comme exemple d'application, des mesures d'AEP nous ont permis d'étudier l'impact de divers types de traitement dans plusieurs stations d'épuration sur la biomasse bactérienne hétérotrophe des effluents urbains. Sur base de ces mesures, les charges spécifiques en biomasse bactérienne (charge par habitant et par jour) des eaux brutes et traitées ont pu être calculées.Recent studies have shown that when wastewaters are discharged into a river, heterotrophic bacterial biomass in the effluent exerts considerable influence on the biodegradation kinetics of organic matter and provokes the oxygen deficits often observed downstream from outfalls. Quantification of bacterial biomass in wastewaters is required for a good understanding the biodegradation kinetics. Bacterial biomass can be estimated by epifluorescence microscopy after staining cells with fluorochrome. Applying this technique to wastewater samples, however, is painstaking and difficult. In this study, an alternative method for estimating bacterial biomass in wastewaters was tested; it consists of measuring the potential exoproteolytic activity (PEA) of bacteria. Previous studies on other types of aquatic systems have shown that bacterial biomass can be estimated from PEA. After optimising the PEA procedure for use with wastewater, we found a significant correlation between PEA and the bacterial biomass estimated by epifluorescence microscopy. This opens the way for PEA measurements for rapid and easy estimates of bacterial biomass in wastewaters. As an example of the application of this technique, the impact of wastewater treatment on bacterial biomass in effluent was investigated at various treatment plants. On the basis of our procedure, specific loads of bacterial biomass (load per inhabitant and per day) were calculated for raw and treated wastewaters

Number of fishery business actor in Kebumen District has not had a fishery business permit to make the necessary action conducted by the Department of Fisheries and marine Kebumen District. This study aims to determine the licensing procedure fisheries by Kebumen Maritime and Fisheries Department based on District Regulation Kebumen Number 12 Year 2011 About Fishery Business License, and to know the problem which arise in the process of granting a fishery business permit. Approach method used in this research is juridical normative. Research specifications used by the author in This legal research is descriptive analytical. Data type used in this legal research is secondary data. Collection method the data used in this legal research is literature study which comes with interviews. Data analasis method used in legal research this is a qualitative method. As for the results of the study, the procedure of granting business permit entered complete application file to the fishing business. Furthermore, administrative verification and technical verification are performed. If in both verification is declared complete and feasible to do stages next. All files from the first stage to the verification stage technical that has been declared complete and feasible, it will be done printing accompanied by signing. The last stage of the process the granting of a license is the submission of a licensing document to the applicant. Implementation of the process of granting Sea Fisheries business license and Fishery Kebumen Regency can be said good because of it integrated business service system of fishery made. However, it is easy taking care of the permit is not followed by the high fishermen who take care of the permit business. The geographical location of Kebumen Regency has an effect on distance and time become obstacles to take care of permission. Service is expected adding officers in each sub-district, the officer carrying conditions make permission to the Service. Low awareness and resources human entrepreneurs also make at least take care of the permit fishery business

Hakekat Shalat dalam tafsir Al-Jailani

Skripsi ini mengkaji dan menelaah tafsir Al-Jailani yang menguak tentang hakekat shalat dari segi makna tafsiran kata shalat dalam sebuah ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Rangkain tafsiran tersebut kemudian direkontruksi menjadi sebuah konsep dari shalat yang disusun dengan berdasarkan data-data yang didapat dari berbagai sumber penafsiran terutama tafsir Al-Jailani. Berangkat dari penafsiran beliau inilah yang kemudia memunculkan sebuah perumusan masalah yaitu apa penafsiran shalat menurut Syeikh Abdul Qodir Al-Jailani dalam tafsirnya dan bagaimana hakekat shalat menurut beliau.Hal ini kemudian memberikan sebuah gambaran dari tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat memahami arti shalat menurut Syeikh Abdul Qodir Al-Jailani dan hakekat shalat dalam tafsirnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penafsiran ini adalah metode deskripsi analisis dengan jenis data kualitatif. Yaitu berupa data-data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data primer dari penelitian ini adalah tafsir al-jailani nya itu sendiri sedangkan untuk data sekunder itu di ambil dari buku-buku yang mempunyai keterkaitanya dengan tafsir al-jailani guna dijadikan sebagai ajang teori dalam penelitian ini. Seorang hamba tidak akan bisa sampai kepada tuhanya manakala ia tidak melakukan Taqorrub, Tawajuh, Ketundukan Dan Kehinaan di hadapan Allah SWT. sedangkan semua hal itu ada dalam shalat. Shalat juga disebut sebagai Ibadah inti karena denganya seorang hamba bisa berkomunikasi dengan Tuhannya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa makna shalat dalam tafsir Al-Jailani mengandung beberapa makna yang begitu mendalam diantaranya, pertama shalat sebagai bentuk Taqorrub, kedua shalat sebagai bentuk Tawajuh, ketiga shalat sebagai bentuk Mi’raj, keempat shalat sebagai betuk Ketundukan dan Kehinaan, kelima shalat sebagai bentuk Syari’at
