Actitud ante el uso del lenguaje inclusivo en las clases de ELE: el caso de Rumanía y China

It is very well known the vast discussion generated by inclusive language, not only in Spanish-speaker countries but also in the whole world. Although the institutions are reluctant to use it, a part of society such as the LGTBIQ+ and the masculine or female collective wants to initiate a language change to avoid discrimination. The present work intends to analyze how the culture of a society influences when teaching or learning the use of the language included in an ELE class in countries (China and Romania) with a different attitude regarding women or the LGTBIQ+ collective. To carry out this study, the qualitative method was applied through interrogations of both the student and the teacher. The study's results made it possible to determine that, the teacher, people of gender belonging to the Romanian country dominated in the use of alternatives, while the Chinese teacher favored them. Likewise, students from both countries have shown interest in learning a more inclusive language.Es conocido el gran debate que el lenguaje inclusivo está generando no solo en los países de habla hispana, sino en el mundo. Mientras que las instituciones se muestran reticentes a su utilización, una parte de la sociedad como el colectivo femenino, masculino o LGTBIQ+ quiere lograr un cambio en la lengua para evitar la discriminación. El presente trabajo pretende analizar cómo influye la cultura de una sociedad a la hora de enseñar o aprender el uso del lenguaje inclusivo en una clase de ELE en países (China y Rumanía) con una actitud diferente hacia las mujeres o el colectivo LGTBIQ+. Para la realización de este estudio, se ha optado por la aplicación del método cualitativo mediante cuestionarios tanto al alumnado como al personal docente. Los resultados del estudio nos han permitido determinar que, en referencia a los profesores y las profesoras, las personas de género masculino pertenecientes al país rumano se muestran en contra al uso de alternativas, mientras que el sector docente chino a favor. Asimismo, los alumnos y las alumnas de ambos países han mostrado un mayor interés en el aprendizaje de una lengua más inclusiva

A AUDIÊNCIA PÚBLICA COMO RITUAL: PROCEDIMIENTO DISCURSIVO-ARGUMENTATIVO NO RECURSO EXTRAORDINÁRIO NO. 586.224 (QUEIMADAS EM CANAVIAIS)

This article analyzes the arguments brought in the public hearing convened by the Federal Supreme Court in the context of Extraordinary Appeal 586,224, which dealt with the burning of sugarcane fields. The analysis of these arguments is carried out based on the teachings of Jürgen Habermas, verifying which rationality is used in the expositions, considering the epistemic, teleological or communicative rationalities. Afterwards, the Ministers' votes are analyzed to verify the influence of the arguments of the public hearing on the decision. We also seek to understand whether these public hearings have become a mere ritual or whether they were well used in the decision. The analysis of the theoretical framework uses the hypothetical-deductive method of approach. In the end, it is concluded that the arguments brought in the public hearing had little influence on the ministers' votes.Este artigo analisa os argumentos trazidos na audiência pública realizada em 2013 convocada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal no âmbito do Recurso Extraordinário 586.224, que tratou das queimadas em canaviais. A análise desses argumentos é realizada com base nos ensinamentos Jürgen Habermas, verificando-se qual racionalidade são utilizadas nas exposições, considerando-se as racionalidades epistêmica, teleológica ou comunicativa. Após, são analisados os votos dos Ministros para verificar a influência dos argumentos da audiência pública sobre a decisão. Também se busca perceber se essas audiências públicas se tornaram um mero ritual ou se foram bem aproveitadas na decisão. A análise do referencial teórico utiliza o método de abordagem hipotético-dedutivo. Ao final, conclui-se que os argumentos trazidos na audiência pública tiveram pouca influência nos votos dos ministros

Extrafiscalidade ambiental e desenvolvimento geoconômico: uma análise envolvendo o aquïfero Guarani

Environmental extrafiscality, although it has existed for some time now, has an entirely new meaning and dimension. It is practically intuitive to see that the world is going through an era marked by major environmental imbalances; however, economies must continue to produce and move wealth. Thus, in the midst of this apparently unsustainable scenario, the virtuosity of extrafiscality with environmental purposes emerges. Taxation, more than at any other time, needs to be thought of as one of the pillars of sustainability. In this context, extrafiscality is not isolated from this sustainability proposal and the international economic order - supported by supranational, intergovernmental and multinational actors - has been attaching special value to green inductions. As a result, taxes with ecologically desirable purposes suggest new alternatives and seductive development opportunities, while this tax logic comes to the rescue of multidimensional sustainability (that is, the combination of economic and social growth with the environment). In practice, this combination aims at the intersection of realities hitherto barely reconcilable and, in spite of that, what we propose is to aim at overcoming old paradigms of taxation seeking to achieve, through extrafiscality, a framework of sustainable balance based on the Guarani Aquifer. Using the deductive method, a bibliography related to the topic was used, without prejudice to legislative, documentary and scientific analyzes.A extrafiscalidade ambiental, apesar de existir já há algum tempo, no momento atual apresenta significado e dimensão inteiramente novos. É praticamente intuitiva a constatação de que o mundo atravessa uma era marcada por grandes desequilíbrios ambientais; todavia, as economias precisam continuar a produzir e a movimentar riquezas. Assim, em meio a esse cenário aparentemente insustentável, emerge a virtuosidade da extrafiscalidade com finalidades ambientais. A tributação, mais que em qualquer outro momento, precisa ser pensada como um dos pilares da sustentabilidade. É que, nesse contexto, a extrafiscalidade não caminha isolada dessa proposta de sustentabilidade e a ordem econômica internacional - sustentada por atores supranacionais, intergovernamentais e multinacionais - vem atribuindo especial valor às induções verdes. Com isso, os tributos com finalidades ecologicamente desejáveis sugerem novas alternativas e sedutoras oportunidades de desenvolvimento, ao passo que essa logicidade tributária vem em socorro da sustentabilidade multidimensional (isto é, a conjugação do crescimento econômico e social com o meio ambiente). Na prática, essa conjugação almeja a intersecção de realidades até então pouco conciliáveis e, a despeito disso, o que se propõe é mirar na superação de velhos paradigmas da fiscalidade buscando atingir, por intermédio da extrafiscalidade, um quadro de equilíbrio sustentável tomando por base o Aquífero Guarani. Valendo-se do método dedutivo, foi utilizada bibliografia correlata ao tema, sem prejuízo de análises legislativas, documentais e científicas
