PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN SOPPENG

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive type of research which seeks to describe . Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data, namely the staff of the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency, collected 57 employees. While secondary data in the form of documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this quantitative research are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously are 0.246 or 24.6%, meaning that the influence of discipline on the performance of employees in the office is low. While the effect of the variable Discipline (X) on employee performance (Y) partially shows the results per indicator that have an effect of no more than 0.277 or 27.7%, it shows discipline on the performance of low-level employees. So thus the effect of discipline in improving employee performance is low

Sukses Akademik, Motivasi dan Perbedaan Individu: Studi Literature Review

Setiap manusia adalah unik, tidak ada satu manusia pun dari bermilyar-milyar manusia dimuka bumi ini ada yang sama, khususnya dalam kepribadian dan motivasi sehingga penting untuk terus dikaji. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui berbagai perbedaan individu terkait dengan sukses akademik mahasiswa dengan mengkaji beberapa hasil penelitian yang melibatkan variabel psikologi seperti sukses akademik, kepribadian (motivasi, koping, kognisi, dan perbedaan individu) kesejahteraan sekolah dan budaya. Metode menggunakan studi literatur artikel hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan di jurnal internasional bereputasi (mulai tahun 2018 hingga 2021) dan ditelusur melalui ScienDirect diperoleh 109 artikel tetapi hanya enam artikel yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan individu perlu dipahami secara komprehensif karena berdampak terhadap sukses akademik mahasiswa

Pengembangan Media Convertible Book Berbasis Scientific Approach Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep dan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan

The aims of the research are (1) to develop a convertible book bases on scientific approach to improve the concept understanding and care-for-environmental character, (2) to reveal the effectiveness of the developed convertible book to improve the concept understanding and care-for-environmental character of grade IV students of elementary schools in Moga sub-district. The research uses Research and Development (R & D) model with reference to product development by Borg & Gall. The subject of research are students of elementary schools in Moga sub-district. The validity of the developed convertible book was analyzed by converting to five quantitative criteria. The effectiveness of the convertible book in improving the concept understanding and care-for environmental character was analyzed by N-gain score, t-test and MONOVA at the significance level of 0.05. The result of the research showed that the convertible book fulfilled the feasibility criteria according to the validation by material expert and media expert, teachers’ responses and students’ responses which was in a good of very feasible category. The convertible book was effective to improve the students’ concept understanding and care-for-environmental character. THE USE OF TIKTOK APPLICATION: THE IMPACT ON STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY AND ATTITUDE

TikTok has become one of the most popular social media platforms for sharing short videos. Many relevant studies have suggested that social media integrated with short videos can help increase their mastery of English. Therefore, this study aims to know whether the TikTok application can improve students’ vocabulary and investigate their attitude towards learning English through the TikTok application. The researcher employed quantitative approaches in this study, including a one-group pretest-posttest design and a semi-structured interview as a measuring instrument. The subject of this study was sixth-grade students of Phanang-Phakerng School Thailand. The result showed that the improvement percentage was 95%, which means that the TikTok application effectively affects students’ learning outcomes in mastering vocabulary. Based on the interview results, the participants showed positive attitudes toward learning English through the TikTok application. Therefore, this result of this study could give an alternative strategy to the teacher to teach vocabulary by using the TikTok application in the classroom due to the students' positive attitudes. Keywords:  TikTok, Vocabulary, Students’ AttitudeÂ

Schematic Representation: How Students Creating IT?

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses terbentuknya representasi skematis murni dan representasi skematis campuran yang diciptakan oleh siswa selama menyelesaikan word problem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriprif. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 45 siswa kelas 8. Sedangkan untuk memilih subjek tidak dipilih secara acak, namun dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan siswa dalam menciptkan representasi skematik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meminta siswa untuk menyelesaikan Tugas Pemecahan Masalah secara think aload, yaitu siswa diminta untuk menyuarakan apa yang dipikirkannya. Selain itu siswa juga menuangkan pikirannya mengunakan kertas dan pensil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses representasi skematis murni diciptakan siswa dengan membuat gambar skema berupa garis besar dari masalah dan dilengkapi dengan beberapa keterangan pokok yang ada dalam masalah. Sedangkan proses representasi skematis campuran diciptakan siswa dengan membuat gambar skema yang dilengkapi dengan keterangan-keterangan dan gambar nyata yang sesuai dengan situasi dalam masalah. Kedua jenis representasi skematis ini sangat efektif dalam membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan word problem

IMPLEMENTASI LESSON STUDY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA DOSEN PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA FKIP UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH METRO

In higher education need to apply the process of teaching, coaching, and training both to students. Implementation of teaching, coaching, and training should be conducted in a professional manner because students are required ready to plunge into human society as an adult, responsible and forward-minded. Three aspects should be offset by improved performance in designing devices lecturer and the learning process. One effective way to improve the quality of learning undertaken by lecturers is to implement Lesson Study is designed so well that it will make a professional and innovative faculty. Lesson study is a vehicle for the development of the faculty, where the target is learning to the learning process. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of teaching faculty of mathematics education through lesson study that starts from perancanaan, implementation and evaluation of learning. As well as provide learning among fellow faculty of mathematics education, especially the development of new lecturer to senior lecturer to student learning. Subjects in this study 4 dilakanakan professor of mathematics education in four subjects. The conclusion from this study is the implementation of lesson study activities can increase the performance of the education faculty of mathematics at the lecture. MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PBL BERBASIS CANVA SEBAGAI PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN KEAKTIFAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS I UPT SDN 06 GRESIK

The aim of this study is to find out whether the use of a Canva-based PBL model can improve the motivation and activity of pupils in the learning of Indonesian language in pupils of class 1B. The method used is a class action study conducted in April-May 2024 at UPT SD Negeri 06 Gresik with subjects of 28 children. Observation and lifting are used as data collection techniques and quantitative descriptive data analysis are used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that the Canva-based PBL model helped to improve the motivation and activity of 1B class pupils at the 06 Gresik State SD UPT. In Cycle I, motivation increased by 9.8% to 64.7 and student activity also increased from an average of 58.6 to 69.9 in Cycle II, both motivation and activity increased significantly. PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBINAAN KOMPETENSI CALON GURU MATEMATIKA MELALUI LESSON STUDY

Education has a very important role in improving the quality of human resources. Therefore, education is expected to be one of the ways to prepare generations of qualified human resources and has the ability to deal with the progress of time and technology development . In order to enhance the quality of student mastery of competencies in the development of prospective teachers in this study will be applied to the activities in the process of lesson study in lecture . Lesson study is a model of coaching to people who work as both teacher educators and lecturers through collaborative learning and assessment in building sustainable learning communities. The purpose of this research is to improve the competence of prospective mathematics teachers through lesson study . More specifically , this study aims to describe the efforts made to improve the pedagogical, professional competence , social competence and personal competence prospective mathematics teachers through lesson study . Subjects in this study were students who took the micro teaching courses totaling 15 students , divided into 3 group . This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study is to develop the competence of prospective mathematics teachers through lesson study . Lesson study conducted collaborated with Action Research activities ( Action Reseach). The results of this research activity is the implementation of lesson study to greater competence to prospective teachers teaching mathematics through the micro subjects namely: pedagogical competence categories were 80 % and 20 % lower, professional competence categories were 46.7 % and 53.3 % lower, personal competence 100 % category being and social competence categories were 86.7 % and 13.3 % lower

Analisis Pengukuran Kualitas Layanan Website LP2M UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0

Layanan kualitas suatu website perlu diukur berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Pengukuran kualitas layanan website LP2M UIN Raden fatah Palembang belum pernah dilakukan. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah WebQual 4.0. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi sederhana. Pada penelitian diajukan 3 hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesis mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan pada kepuasan pengguna (User Satisfaction /Overall), dengan korelasi antar variabel yang diteliti tergolong lemah positif. Dankontribusi yang disumbangkan dari seluruh variabel sebesar 44,1%. Total keseluruhan pengukuran kualitas layanan website sebesar 3,87 yang berada pada skala setuju bahwa kualitas layanan website LP2M UIN Raden Fatah Palembang sudah sesuai dengan kepuasan pengguna. Dari hasil penelitian sebagai masukkan bagi pihak pengembang kualitas layanan website LP2M untuk menggunakan kombinasi framework lainnya agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanan kedepannya

Modalitas Purnawirawan TNI Sebagai Elite Demokrasi pada Masa Pasca Orde Baru: Studi Kasus Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Moeldoko

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penggunaan modalitas purnawirawan TNI yang memiliki peran sebagai elite demokrasi pada masa pasca orde baru, studi kasus penelitian ini membahas mengenai modalitas Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Moeldoko dalam memimpin lembaga Kentor Staf Presiden pada masa pemerintahan periode kedua Presiden Joko Widodo. Dalam memainkan peran sebagai elite demokrasi, purnawirawan TNI perlu mengerahkan modalitas yang dimiliki untuk berkomitmen terhadap pembangunan demokrasi dan tidak membawa motif pragmatis ke dalam politik seperti membawa kepentingan militer atau kepentingan segelintir elite yang bertentangan dengan prinsip demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori modalitas dan konsep elite demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksplanatif yaitu dengan mengandalkan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modalitas budaya, modalitas sosial, dan modalitas politik yang dimiliki oleh Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Moeldoko membawa pengaruh terhadap peran yang dimainkannya sebagai Kepala Staf Kepresidenan RI. Sebagai elite demokrasi, Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Moeldoko sudah memberi kontribusi dalam membangun demokrasi dengan memoisikan diri sebagai enabler, akselerator, debottlenecker, dan mediator melalui jabatan yang didudukinya sebagai Kepala Staf Kepresidenan
