The easy access to globalization and the entry of the industrial revolution 4.0 has caused the development of the world of technology in Indonesia so that it will be more sophisticated every day. With the advancement of technology, not only information can be disseminated easily but also culture. One of the cultures that is very viral in Indonesia today is Korean culture, especially South Korea which iscalled Kpop Korean culture not only spreads the flow of pop music but also has an impact on selling points. What's more, today's generation of teenagers has the desire to shop and spend their money. Especially for are fans. Knowing this, business actors must find ways to increase sales of their products by appointing Brand Ambassadors to help market their products.The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior on the Purchase Decision of UltraMilk X ITZY products. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior on UltraMilk X ITZY product purchase decisions. This research method uses Quantitative research methods with associative types. The population in this study is teenagers in East Surabaya who have purchased UltraMilk X ITZY Products. The data analysis method in this study is using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests (t test and F test), and R2 test (determination). The results and conclusions of this study show that Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of UltraMilk X ITZY products. Hubungan Status Gizi dengan Kejadian DHF pada Anak di Tk RA-AL Kamal 4 Bukuan Kota Samarinda

Tujuan studi: Mengetahui adanya hubungan antar status gizi dengan kejadian DHF pada anak Metodologi: Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Sampel 82 responden.Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji fisher’s exact Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahawa pada variabel pengasilan nilai P value= 0,004, dan OR 0,46. sedangkan status gizi terhadap kejadian DHF pada anak 6,1% Manfaat: Semoga dapat menjadi acuan dan pengetahuan baru dan luas tentang faktor DHF yang berhubungan dengan status gizi pada anak

ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK DALAM MELAPORKAN SPT TAHUNAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN ORANG PRIBADI MELALUI PENERAPAN E-FILING (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat)

This report was created with the aim to determine the level of tax compliance, constraints affecting, as well as the efforts made to improve the level of Taxpayer compliance in reporting Annual SPT Personal Income Tax Return. The data used is the amount the Taxpayer is registered and reported in a timely 2011-2015. The method used is descriptive with qualitative analysis using the Key Performance Indicator and interviews with staff Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat. The results obtained by the author of the level of tax compliance for 5 years was fluctuated but everything was relatively low, the constraints due to the low number of owners of Tax ID Number and the level of awareness of the Taxpayer was low, the efforts made by KPP were providing information on taxation, providing dropbox and issuing appeal. Therefore, this problem should be corrected by increasing communication between employees with Taxpayer KPP, simplify the process of registration of Tax ID Number, and expand the scope of the reporting area SP

Content Analysis on English Textbook “Bahasa Inggris Untuk Kelas X” Published By MGMP Bahasa Inggris Kabupaten Cilacap

Kelas 10 SMA Negeri 1 Maos menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan Kurikulum Merdeka, pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMA mengacu pada CEFR Level B1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerelevansian buku pelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang berjudul “Bahasa Inggris Untuk Kelas X” yang diterbitkan oleh MGMP Bahasa Inggris Kabupaten Cilacap dengan CEFR dan KKNI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Konten sebagai teknik analisis untuk menganalisis isi buku dengan menggunakan tabel daftar periksa antara karakteristik CEFR Level B1 dan deskripsi KKNI Level 2 dengan isi buku, kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli. Berdasarkan hasil analisis buku ini, ditemukan bahwa buku ini memiliki tingkat kerelevanan sebesar 45.45% pada CEFR Level B1, kategori ini termasuk pada tingkatan sedikit relevan, dan buku ini memiliki tingkat kerelevanan sebesar 75.51% pada KKNI Level 2, kategori ini termasuk pada tingkatan hampir mendekati relevan. Hasil temuan menyarankan penerbit untuk meningkatkan kerelevansian buku dengan CEFR Level B1 dengan membuat dan mengembangkan bahan ajar yang berhubungan dengan CEFR Level B1, dan menambahkan materi lainnya yang memuat deskripsi KKNI Level 2, dan dapat menjadikan wawasan baru bagi guru bahasa Inggris dalam pemilihan dan pengembangan bahan ajar bahasa Inggris yang relevan dan sesuai dengan Hasil Pembelajaran pada kurikulum. Edukasi Pemberian Imunisasi Pada Bayi Dan Balita Di Posyandu Nila B

Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The “Kampus Mengajar” is a form of implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)” in the form of teaching assistance in helping the learning process in elementary schools in various regions, one of which is SD Tunas Abadi which is located in Jelutung District, City of Jambi. In this program, the students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching and learning process, assist in technology adaptation, and assist administration. In addition, students have a responsibility to improve literacy and numeracy skills and increase student interest in learning during the pandemic. The result of this program is to increase the real role of universities in national development, especially in the field of education.Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM ) yang berupa asistensi mengajar dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar di berbagai daerah, salah satunya adalah SD Tunas Abadi yang bertempat di Kecamatan Jelutung, Kota Jambi. Pada program ini, mahasiswa yang terlibat memiliki tanggung jawab dalam membantu pihak sekolah dalam proses belajar-mengajar, membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan membantu administrasi.
