Halal Sustainability: Pengolahan Limbah Industri Tahu dan Tempe Menjadi Tepung ALai (Ampas Kedelai)

Tofu and tempeh factories are among the many commodities in Indonesia. Waste from these factories in the form of soybean pulp has the potential to become one of the environmental pollution problems. Researchers try to process the waste into valuable products that the community can consume and have economic, namely flour. Soybean pulp flour has a protein content of 15.20-17.72% and a fairly high crude fiber content of 3.23-21.35%.  This research seeks to discover the problems of soybean mill waste, halal, and thayyiban product innovation. This sustainable halal product development innovation offer consists of the main product, flour, which can be a food additive product. The research uses an experimental method in the form of a pure experiment (true experiment) with a quantitative descriptive approach and literature study. Of the three treatments in the experiment, the first treatment (P1) is sun-dried soybean pulp with a smooth and soft texture, with the most optimal beige color and pleasant aroma. The advantages of this product package are the availability of cheap and readily available ingredients, a relatively simple process on a household scale, and clear halal and tayyib traceability as a solution to the SDGs points, production, and good health, responsible consumption and well-being

HUBUNGAN ANTARA LATIHAN SENAM IRAMA DENGAN KEMAMPUAN GERAKAN TERKOORDINASI ANAK USIA DINI

The background of this study was children low ability to perform coordinated movements aged 5-6 years old in Melati Puspa Tanjung Senang kindergarten Bandar lampung. This study aimed to examine the relationship between rhythmic gymnastics exercises toward children coordinated movement ability. The research used correlations study. Data were analyzed by using test table and statistical test method with Spearman Rank test. Data were collected by using observation and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between rhythmic gymnastics exercises with children coordinated movement ability aged 5-6 years in Melati Puspa kingdergarten Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung 2015.Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dari rendahnya kemampuan melakukan gerakan yang terkoordinasi anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Melati Puspa Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan yang positif antara latihan senam irama dengan kemampuan melakukan gerakan terkoordinasi Anak. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Korelasional dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis tabel dan uji statistik dengan rumus korelasi Tata Jenjang (Spearman Rank). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara latihan senam irama dengan kemampuan melakukan gerakan yang terkoordinasi pada Anak Usia 5-6 tahun di TK Melati Puspa Tanjung Senang Bandar lampung Tahun 2015.Kata Kunci: gerakan terkoordinasi, latihan senam irama, anak usia dini

Pengaruh Waktu Penyangraian Beras terhadap Komponen Bioaktif pada Bekasam Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus)

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of rice roasting time on bioactive compounds in bekasam from tilapia. This research used a Randomized block Design with four treatments. The treatments were the production of bekasam used rice (as a control) and rice with roasting time (0, 5, 10, 15 minutes). The parameters observed were acidity level (pH), lovastatin, peptide, and n-amino contents. The results of this study indicate that, roasting rice had a significant effect on the lovastatin content (54.35-57.73 ppm), where the highest lovastatin content was bekasam was produced by rice treatment (control). Rice roasting gived no significant affect to the pH value (6.12-6.35), peptide (9.24%-14.28%), and n-amino (0.014%-0.028%). Based on results of the research, fermentation bekasam process of tilapia fish with rice and rice roasting in the vacuum packaging has not been perfect

OPTIMALISASI SENI MUSIK DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

This paper describes the optimization of art in Islamic education. The source of the idea comes from various journal literature. By using a literature study approach, this research shows that the position of art in Islam has a very important role, because art is a part of culture that cannot be separated from education. Therefore, in the context of Islamic education, especially in Islamic educational institutions, art must continue to be preserved through various creative activities. An ideal extensionist at least masters the map of da'wah, understands the characteristics of the community and is rich in da'wah methodologies. So that the message conveyed to the people is easy to accept and succeed. The characteristics of the majority community in Indonesia are, they like all things that smell like art from the young to the old. Da'wah wrapped in art has been widely used by preachers, for example, music, puppets, theater, and many others. There is a lot of evidence of the success of art in da'wah methods such as music, this da'wah method is suitable for all people from the young to the young, this da'wah method is very popular with Preacher because it brings a cheerful and fun atmosphere and is easily absorbed by listeners in Islamic values that contained in the song that is sung. The brain development approach is an important concern in the care and development of early childhood because as it has been previously known that the brain controls human life. Pelatihan Pembukuan Sederhana pada UMKM Kuliner Di Kelurahan Laweyan Kota Surakarta

Di daerah Laweyan terdapat UMKM kuliner yang cukup banyak, namun sangat disayangkan, pelaku UMKM tersebut kurang memperhatikan cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik. Padahal, pada pelaku usaha, laporan keuangan harus diperhatikan dan ditata sebaik mungkin. Pada pengelolaan UMKM, pembukuan sangat penting dilakukan untuk melihat laporan keuangan selama menjalankan usaha. Selain itu, laporan keuangan pembukuan juga dijadikan sebagai patokan untuk membuat strategi kedepannya. Pentingnya melakukan pembukuan, mahasiswa Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta melakukan pembimbingan pembukuan sederhana kepada beberapa pelaku umkm yang ada di Laweyan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kendala yang ada di UMKM Laweyan Surakarta, melakukan pembinaan terkait pembukuan sederhana, serta memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola laporan keuangan.  Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara pendekatan serta pembinaan kepada para pelaku UMKM melalui observasi secara langsung. Adapun hasil dari program yang telah kami lakukan yaitu pelaku UMKM dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah diberikan, mereka menerima dengan baik program yang kami laksanakan dan juga mereka mulai memahami bahwa mengelola laporan keuangan itu penting.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, UMKM, Pembukuan Sederhan

Edukasi Kesehatan Mental Remaja Menggunakan Media Leaflet Pada Anak Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Mental health education for teenagers is very important to increase teenagers' knowledge and awareness about mental health and prevent mental health disorders in teenagers. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about adolescent mental health. This research uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design to measure students' level of knowledge before and after conducting youth mental health education using leaflets and short presentations. The research was conducted on 58 junior high school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat, Pancur Batu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of this activity show a positive trend in increasing students' understanding and knowledge of Mental Health using leaflet media. This is shown by the increase in the percentage of students who have good abilities in the post-test results. As many as 86.6% of class VII students and 100% of class IX students have good abilities. The improvement in the abilities of class VII and class IX students was more significant in the post-test results. The conclusion is that educating using leaflet media can expand the knowledge and understanding of Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat Middle School students regarding mental health in adolescents

POTENSI WIRAUSAHA PRODUK OLAHAN DARI KOMODITAS LOKAL BERSKALA HOME INDUSTRI DI DESA BANJAR KEMUNING

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Desa Banjar Kemuning, Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo tentang meningkatkan potensi wirausaha melalui branding produk pada pengemasan dan pemasaran produk hasil olahan komoditas lokal. Beberapa masyarakat Desa Banjar Kemuning telah memproduksi olahan hasil komoditas lokal namun terkendala dari segi pemasaran produk yang jika ditinjau lebih jauh permasalahan dasar pada produk tersebut berawal dari kemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan label yang kurang sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Sehingga tim pengabdian berupaya untuk memberikan solusi berupa penyuluhan cara pengemasan dan pelabelan produk serta strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya antusiasme yang cukup tinggi dari masyarakat untuk berupaya memperbaiki kemasan dan label produknya serta berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan pemasaran produknya. Keinginan untuk memperbaiki kemasan dan label serta pemasaran produk setelah diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini menandakan bahwa pelatihan ini telah berhasil. Saran untuk mitra adalah dapat memproses pengajuan nomor PIRT maupun BPOM produk olahan agar tercatat dan terjamin keamanan pangannya

PELATIHAN EKONOMI KREATIF DAN PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK BERSERTIFIKASI HIGIENIS DAN HALAL PADA UMKM YANG ADA DI DESA SEI ALIM HASAK

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah) merupakan salah satu pokok pengembangan di desa Sei Alim Hasak dari sisi perekonomian. Penerapan ekonomi kreatif merupakan konsep pengembangan ekonomi para pelaku UMKM kue Pao untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dengan menciptakan produk melalui perbaikan proses produksi, perbaikan packaging kemasan, memberikan label higienis dan halal, serta perluasan pemasaran. Maka dengan memanfaatkan keadaan ini kami kelompok 7 Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik ( KKN-T ) Universitas Asahan Membuat Program kegiatan pelatihan produk sabun cair (Ecoenzym) dan pengembangan produk higienis dan halal bagi UMKM dan Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat desa Sei Alim Hasak dapat menciptakan peluang usaha baru dengan menciptakan produk baru sabun cair (Ecoenzym) dan masyarakat desa Sei Alim Hasak terutama untuk pemilik UMKM mengerti tentang penting nya label higienis dan halal terutama untuk produk makanan dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan peningkatan penjualan. Kata kunci: ekonomi kreatif, higienis dan halal, UMK
