    Food policy is an element of the implementation of the mechanism of strategic management of food security and the development of the national food supply system. It involves a set of coordinated measures aimed at changing the productive capacity of the agri-food sector of the national economy in accordance with the resource capabilities and market needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that have the greatest impact on food security in various countries. The study has allowed the authors to identify the factors that have the greatest impact on ensuring food security. The restrictive impact of these factors on ensuring national economic security has been analyzed. Financial and non-financial measures to support agro-industrial production in the context of import substitution policies have been highlighted. In this paper, the authors have used a methodological approach to the development of proposals for the development of agri-food policy, based on the integrated improvement of the production structure of the regional food supply system.La política alimentaria como un elemento de la implementación del mecanismo de gestión estratégica de la seguridad alimentaria y el desarrollo del sistema nacional de suministro de alimentos implica un conjunto de medidas coordinadas destinadas a cambiar la capacidad productiva del sector agroalimentario de la economía nacional de acuerdo con las capacidades de recursos y las necesidades del mercado. El propósito de este estudio es analizar los factores que tienen el mayor impacto en la seguridad alimentaria en varios países. El estudio permitió identificar los factores que tienen el mayor impacto para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria y se analizó el impacto restrictivo de estos factores para garantizar la seguridad económica nacional. Se destacan las medidas financieras y no financieras para apoyar la producción agroindustrial en el contexto de las políticas de sustitución de importaciones. En este documento, utilizamos un enfoque metódico para el desarrollo de propuestas para el desarrollo de políticas agroalimentarias, basadas en la mejora integrada de la estructura de producción del sistema regional de suministro de alimentos.Продовольственная политика как элемент реализации механизма стратегического управления продовольственной безопасностью и развитием национальной системы продовольственного обеспечения предполагает совокупность скоординированных мер, направленных на целевое изменение производственных возможностей агропродовольственного сектора национальной экономики в соответствии с ресурсными возможностями и потребностями рынка. Целью данного исследования является анализ факторов, оказывающих наибольшее воздействие на обеспечение продовольственной безопасности в различных странах. Исследование позволило выделить факторы, оказывающие наибольшее воздействие на обеспечение продовольственной безопасности проанализировано ограничительное влияние этих факторов на обеспечение национальной экономической безопасности. Выделены финансовые и нефинансовые меры поддержки агропромышленного производства в условиях политики импортозамещения. В данной работе использован методический подход к разработке предложений по развитию агропродовольственной политики, основанный на комплексном совершенствовании производственной структуры региональной системы продовольственного обеспечения

    Лечебный патоморфоз опухоли после проведения предоперационной химиотерапии при распространенном раке ободочной кишки

    Background. Our aim was to investigate efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in colon cancer based on tumor regression.Materials and methods. This retrospective study included colon cancer patients, who underwent treatment at the department of oncoproctology of Russian N. N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center during 2007–2014 and who received a minimum of 2 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Primary endpoint was tumor regression. Tumor regression was analyzed separately considering treatment scheme, number of treatment cycles and presence of lymph node metastases.Results. 18 patients were included (9 male and 9 female). 9 patients had locally advanced T4N0–2M0 colon cancer and 9 patients had metastatic T3–4N0–2M1 colon cancer. 17 (94.4 %) patients had macroscopic signs of residual tumor. Grade 1 and 2 tumor regression(Dworak) was observed in 6 (33.3 %) and 10 (55.5 %) patients respectively. 2 (11.1 %) patients had no signs of tumor regression. Grade 2 tumor regression was most frequently (in 6/10 patients) observed after XELOX or FOLFOX chemotherapy.Conclusions. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy leads to tumor regression inn most colorectal cancer patients. In our group chemotherapy regimens including oxliplatin were more effective.Введение. В данном исследовании на примере изучения патоморфоза опухоли в удаленных препаратах рассматривается эффективность предоперационной химиотерапии при раке толстой кишки.Материалы и методы. В ретроспективное исследование были включены больные раком ободочной кишки, находившиеся на лечении в хирургическом отделении № 3 (онкопроктологии) РОНЦ им. Н. Н. Блохина в 2007–2014 гг., которым на дооперационном этапе проводилось 2 курса химиотерапии или более. Основным оцениваемым параметром был лечебный патоморфоз: мы проводили его анализ в зависимости от схемы лечения, количества курсов химиотерапии, наличия регионарных метастазов.Результаты. В исследование вошли 18 пациентов (9 мужчин и 9 женщин), из них с местно-распространенным раком стадии T4N0–2M0 9 (50 %) больных и с раком ободочной кишки стадии T3–4N0–2M1 с отдаленными метастазами 9 (50 %) пациентов. Макроскопически в 17 (94,4 %) случаях при исследовании операционного материала хорошо визуализировалась резидуальная опухолевая ткань. Выраженность лечебного патоморфоза опухоли, соответствующая I и II степени по О. Dworak, была выявлена у 6 (33,3 %) и 10 (55,5 %) больных соответственно. У 2 (11,1 %) пациентов признаки лечебного патоморфоза в опухоли отсутствовали. Наиболее часто, у 6 из 10 больных, получавших химиотерапию по схемам XELOX или FOLFOX, отмечался выраженный лечебный патоморфоз II степени.Выводы. Проведение неоадъювантной химиотерапии позволяет добиться лечебного патоморфоза у большинства больных раком ободочной кишки. В нашей группе пациентов наиболее эффективно было использование схем с включением оксалиплатина

    On the Deformation of Dendrites During Directional Solidification of a Nickel-Based Superalloy

    Abstract: Synchrotron X-ray imaging has been used to examine in situ the deformation of dendrites that takes place during the solidification of a nickel-based superalloy. By combining absorption and diffraction contrast imaging, deformation events could be classified by their localization and permanence. In particular, a deformation mechanism arising from thermal contraction in a temperature gradient was elucidated through digital image correlation. It was concluded that this mechanism may explain the small misorientations typically observed in single crystal castings

    Isogenic Pairs of Wild Type and Mutant Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) Lines from Rett Syndrome Patients as In Vitro Disease Model

    Rett syndrome (RTT) is an autism spectrum developmental disorder caused by mutations in the X-linked methyl-CpG binding protein 2 (MECP2) gene. Excellent RTT mouse models have been created to study the disease mechanisms, leading to many important findings with potential therapeutic implications. These include the identification of many MeCP2 target genes, better understanding of the neurobiological consequences of the loss- or mis-function of MeCP2, and drug testing in RTT mice and clinical trials in human RTT patients. However, because of potential differences in the underlying biology between humans and common research animals, there is a need to establish cell culture-based human models for studying disease mechanisms to validate and expand the knowledge acquired in animal models. Taking advantage of the nonrandom pattern of X chromosome inactivation in female induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), we have generated isogenic pairs of wild type and mutant iPSC lines from several female RTT patients with common and rare RTT mutations. R294X (arginine 294 to stop codon) is a common mutation carried by 5–6% of RTT patients. iPSCs carrying the R294X mutation has not been studied. We differentiated three R294X iPSC lines and their isogenic wild type control iPSC into neurons with high efficiency and consistency, and observed characteristic RTT pathology in R294X neurons. These isogenic iPSC lines provide unique resources to the RTT research community for studying disease pathology, screening for novel drugs, and testing toxicology

    45S rDNA external transcribed spacer organization reveals new phylogenetic relationships in Avena genus

    Research ArticleThe genus Avena comprises four distinct genomes organized in diploid (AA or CC), tetraploid (AABB or AACC) and hexaploid species (AACCDD), constituting an interesting model for phylogenetic analysis. The aim of this work was to characterize 45S rDNA intergenic spacer (IGS) variability in distinct species representative of Avena genome diversity±A. strigosa (AA), A. ventricosa (CvCv), A. eriantha (CpCp), A. barbata (AABB), A. murphyi (AACC), A. sativa (AACCDD) and A. sterilis (AACCDD) through the assessment of the 5' external transcribed spacer (5'-ETS), a promising IGS region for phylogenetic studies poorly studied in Avena genus. In this work, IGS length polymorphisms were detected mainly due to distinct 5'-ETS sequence types resulting from major differences in the number and organization of repeated motifs. Although species with A genome revealed a 5'-ETS organization (A-organization) similar to the one previously described in A. sativa, a distinct organization was unraveled in C genome diploid species (C-organization). Interestingly, such new organization presents a higher similarity with other Poaceae species than A-genome sequences, supporting the hypothesis of C-genome being the ancestral Avena genome. Additionally, polyploid species with both genomes mainly retain the A-genome 5'-ETS organization, confirming the preferential elimination of C-genome sequences in Avena polyploid species. Moreover, 5'-ETS sequences phylogenetic analysis consistently clustered the species studied according to ploidy and genomic constitution supporting the use of ribosomal genes to highlight Avena species evolutive pathways.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

    Measurement of the VH,H → ττ process with the ATLAS detector at 13 TeV

    A measurement of the Standard Model Higgs boson produced in association with a W or Z boson and decaying into a pair of τ-leptons is presented. This search is based on proton-proton collision data collected at s=13 TeV by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb−1. For the Higgs boson candidate, only final states with at least one τ-lepton decaying hadronically (τ→hadrons+ντ) are considered. For the vector bosons, only leptonic decay channels are considered: Z→ℓℓ and W→ℓνℓ, with ℓ=e,μ. An excess of events over the expected background is found with an observed (expected) significance of 4.2 (3.6) standard deviations, providing evidence of the Higgs boson produced in association with a vector boson and decaying into a pair of τ-leptons. The ratio of the measured cross-section to the Standard Model prediction is μVHττ=1.28−0.29+0.30(stat.)−0.21+0.25(syst.). This result represents the most accurate measurement of the VH(ττ) process achieved to date
