    Tanggapan Pelaku Olahraga Futsal Di Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2016

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Tanggapan Pelaku Olahraga Futsal di Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2016”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan pelaku olahraga futsal terhadap olahraga futsal di kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 30 orang yang peneliti ambil dari beberapa tempat penyedia olahraga futsal di kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan informasi yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu dengan mengambil subjek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik statistik sederhana dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Olahraga futsal telah menjadi trend baru di kota Banda Aceh yang digemari mulai dari anak- anak muda hingga orang dewasa. Olahraga futsal disamping menyehatkan dan menyenangkan juga telah menjadi sebuah komunitas sosial yang positif di kota Banda Aceh sekarang ini. (2)Tempat- tempat penyedia fasilitas futsal dikota Banda Aceh masih sebatas sebagai ajang bisnis pengusaha. Dari segi fasilitas yang ditawarkan memang sudah standar tetapi masih banyak pengelola USAha futsal yang belum paham tentang peraturan- peraturan olahraga futsal. (3) Peran pemerintah kota Banda Aceh dalam mengembangkan olahrga futsal di kota Banda Aceh belum maksimal

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing tipe pre-solution posing berbasis Eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa SMP Negeri 14 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen kuasi dengan desain the non-equivalent pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Palu, dengan sampel sebanyak 33 siswa untuk kelas kontrol dan 32 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen. Instrumen hasil belajar fisika berupa tes pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi melalui validitas konstruksi. Berdasarkan tes hasil belajar fisika pada materi kalor yang diperoleh, menunjukan bahwa nilai rata – rata untuk kelas eksperimen yaitu 16,97 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,97 dan nilai rata – rata hasil belajar siswa untuk kelas kontrol yaitu 13,85 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 3,28. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikan pembelajaran model problem posing tipe pre-solution posing terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 14 Palu

    The actual dynamic authenticity of social life often shows accusations that religion is a source of social friction, violence, or conflict. The spirit of the Koran shows an appreciative attitude, even inviting to the meeting point (common platform) of monotheism (tauhid) which is the basic teaching of the Torah, the Bible, and the Koran. This paper aims to explore the existence of non-Muslims from the perspective of the Koran, the variants, and principles of social harmony with them. This paper uses qualitative as a method and literature as an approach. From the perspective of the Koran, there are 3 variants of arranged interactions. First in trade relations, second in marital relations, and third in political relations. The three variants of interaction must be based on the principle of Ihsan (good behavior) and Adalah (fair). Implications of this research present the idea of a meeting point between religions. This meeting point is expected to eliminate the friction of exclusivity between religious communities to create harmony and peace

    The revitalisation of religious tolerance in the perspective of multicultural psychology at SDN 1 Balun Village, Lamongan Regency is realised through three approaches, namely individual approach, relational approach, and ideological approach as well as multiculturalism policy through a policy formula that supports all religions fairly. Some of the driving factors for the achievement of revitalising religious tolerance include the high level of inter-religious tolerance in the surrounding community, government policies related to the cultivation of religious moderation values, and the cooperation of all school members to create a pluralist-multicultural learning environment. The lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the lack of slogans and posters about respecting diversity, are the main obstacles to this revitalisation effort

This article provides the idea that absorption of Fatwas is moderated by balancing all aspects. It is neither hard nor loose. Such a style of Fatwa can be seen from the results of the decided Fatwa that remains in the corridor of the Shari’a, weighs greater consideration, matches the reality of the needs of Muslims, and provides equal convenience

    Ethnopharmacological relevance Bauhinia purpurea (Fabaceae) is a medicinal plant traditionally used to treat various ailments, including ulcers. In order to establish pharmacological properties of the leaf of Bauhinia purpurea, studies were performed on antiulcer activity of the plant's aqueous extract. Materials and methods The Bauhinia purpurea aqueous extract (BPAE) was prepared in the doses of 100, 500 and 1000 mg/kg. Antiulcer activity of BPAE was evaluated by absolute ethanol- and indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer, and pyloric ligation models. Acute toxicity was also carried out. Results BPAE, at the dose of 5000 mg/kg, did not cause any signs of toxicity to rats when given orally. Oral administration of BPAE exhibited antiulcer activity (p < 0.05) in all models used. However, the dose-dependent activity was observed only in the absolute ethanol-induced gastric ulcer model. Histological studies supported the observed antiulcer activity of BPAE. In pyloric ligation assay, BPAE increased the gastric wall mucus secretion. Conclusions The BPAE exhibits antiulcer activity, which could be due to the presence of saponins or sugar-free polyphenols, and, thus, confirmed the traditional uses of Bauhinia purpurea in the treatment of ulcers

    Development and characterisation study of liposomes-encapsulated piroxicam.

    The objective of present work was to develop a novel liposomes-based drug delivery system for a lipophilic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, piroxicam. The system was prepared using proliposomes method and optimised for different preparation parameters including type of proliposomes, concentration of drug, duration of hydration and type of particle size reduction treatment used. All prepared liposomal samples were extensively characterized for their drug-entrapment and size profile using various in-vitro techniques. Present work showed that the most optimum formulation (Pro-lipoTM Duo; 12mg piroxicam per gram Pro-lipoTM; 10 hours hydration time) produced highest amount of actual drug been entrapped in liposomes (800.4 mg/g Pro-lipoTM) with a satisfactory entrapment efficiency of 15.36%. This formulation had also produced liposomal samples with a homogenous (polydispersity index = 0.45) and small particle size (359.95nm). Extrusion technique was found to cause significant reduction in drug-entrapment and size profile of drug-loaded liposomes. A 4-weeks storage study showed that drug-entrapment and size profile of liposomal samples were stable in both refrigerated and room temperature. Electron microscopy revealed that prepared liposomal samples were spherical-shaped and showed concentric lamellae. In conclusion, present work successfully demonstrated a simple, reproducible and practical method of preparation for liposomes-encapsulated piroxicam

    PKM Online Classroom Management Training Based on Google Classroom and Edpuzzle Applications at SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo

    The purpose of this service activity is to improve the ability of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo in managing online classes by providing online class management training based on the Google Classroom and Edpuzzleapplications. The method of implementing this activity is lecture, practice, and discussions. Lectures were conducted to deliver material on the stages of classroom management using Google Classroom and using videos on Edpuzzle. The participants of this activity were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo, a total of 40 people. For online class management, participants were given training in class management and grades, using forums, and making materials and quizzes. For the use of videos as learning materials, participants were trained in choosing videos, editing videos, inserting messages and questions, and multiple choices. The results of this service activity are as many as72.5% of participants have been able to manage online classes and integrate with Edpuzzle. Partners have also agreed to use Google Classroom's added puzzle for learning for the 2021/2022 academic year

    Hyperparameter tuning and pipeline optimization via grid search method and tree-based AutoML in breast cancer prediction

    Automated machine learning (AutoML) has been recognized as a powerful tool to build a system that automates the design and optimizes the model selection machine learning (ML) pipelines. In this study, we present a tree-based pipeline optimization tool (TPOT) as a method for determining ML models with significant performance and less complex breast cancer diagnostic pipelines. Some features of pre-processors and ML models are defined as expression trees and optimal gene programming (GP) pipelines, a stochastic search system. Features of radiomics have been presented as a guide for the ML pipeline selection from the breast cancer data set based on TPOT. Breast cancer data were used in a comparative analysis of the TPOT-generated ML pipelines with the selected ML classifiers, optimized by a grid search approach. The principal component analysis (PCA) random forest (RF) classification was proven to be the most reliable pipeline with the lowest complexity. The TPOT model selection technique exceeded the performance of grid search (GS) optimization. The RF classifier showed an outstanding outcome amongst the models in combination with only two pre-processors, with a precision of 0.83. The grid search optimized for support vector machine (SVM) classifiers generated a difference of 12% in comparison, while the other two classifiers, naïve Bayes (NB) and artificial neural network—multilayer perceptron (ANN-MLP), generated a difference of almost 39%.
