    The Relationship between Organizational Justice Perception and Job Satisfaction: a study on employees of Kerman University of Medical Sciences

    Background: Motivated employees are the most valuable resource of the organization. Thus, considering their needs and satisfaction is important. Organizational justice, due to its significant impacts on the organizational and individual work outcomes, employees’ attitudes and behaviors like job satisfaction, is of a great importance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational justice perception and job satisfaction among employees of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The target population of this study was headquartering employees of Kerman University of Medical Sciences, among whom 285 ones were selected. For the assessment of distributive justice Niehoff and Moorman questionnaire, for procedural and interactional justice Moorman questionnaire and for job satisfaction JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) questionnaire were used. Results: All three dimensions of organizational justice including distributive, procedural and interactional justice had a significant relationship with job satisfaction. But among the three dimensions of organizational justice, only distributive and interactional justice could predict job satisfaction. Also, organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees were not significantly different based on sex, age group, job tenure, employment status, and education. Conclusion: Since organizational justice and its dimensions have a significant relationship with job satisfaction and organizational justice can predict job satisfaction, managers should pay attention to organizational justice which leads to enhanced job satisfaction.     Implementing cultural policies in universities of medical sciences: a model with mediating role of spirituality

    Introduction: The aim of this study was to present a model for the implementation of cultural policies in relation to organizational culture with an emphasis on the mediating role of spirituality and mental health in universities of medical sciences. Methods: The present study was descriptive-correlational research. The data collection method was a combination of library and field studies and the data collection instruments included a review of documents, interviews and a researcher-made Cultural Policy Questionnaire, Workplace Spirituality Questionnaire, and Organizational Culture Questionnaire. The statistical population included 21496 hospital staffs and managers of medical sciences hospitals. Since structural equation modeling approach was used in this study, finally 472 people were statistically analyzed. The samples were determined using a stratified sampling method. In the present study, SPSS-23 and AMOS-24 software was used to analyze the data. Results: The research results confirmed the proposed research model and indicated a significant relationship between cultural policies and spirituality in university hospitals. Given the positive path coefficient, this relationship is direct. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), 44% of spirituality changes in the hospital are explained by cultural policies. In addition to having a direct effect, cultural policies indirectly affect organizational culture through workplace spirituality. The level of direct impact was equal to 0.129 and the level of indirect impact through workplace spirituality was equal to 0.204. Conclusion: A direct relationship was between cultural policies and organizational culture and an indirect relationship between spirituality in university hospitals and organizational culture

    Investigation of Correlation between Entrepreneurial Strategies and Resistance Economics Policy in Copper Company

    The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and resistance economy policy in Kerman Copper Company. The research is applied and descriptive. The statistical population consisted of 400 experts, supervisors and managers of Shahid Bahonar Copper Company in Kerman. Based on Morgan table, the sample size was 196 people. The standard questionnaire was used for data collection. The validity of the questionnaires was 0.93 and 0.91 respectively and the reliability of the questionnaires was higher than 0.7. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and structural equation modeling test by Amos software. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and resistance economy policy in Kerman Copper Company. On this basis, it can be said that the promotion of entrepreneurial strategies will facilitate the implementation of the Resilience Policy

    Providing an Effective Model of Good Governance Based on the Criteria Proposed by Muslim Thinkers for Organizational Health in Governmental Organizations in Kerman Province

    Good governance is an unavoidable requirement to improve the health of the administrative system in a society. Thus, the purpose of this study is to design an effective model of good governance based on the proposed criteria of Muslim thinkers for organizational health in governmental organizations in Kerman province. Regarding the purpose, this research is applied, it is descriptive of correlational type in terms of nature, and is survey considering method. The statistical population includes all employees and managers working in governmental organizations and offices in Kerman (2310 people). The sample size was estimated to be 321 based on Morgan's table, and were chosen by simple random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather data. The validity of the good governance questionnaire was 94% based on the proposed criteria of Muslim thinkers and the validity of the organization's health questionnaire was 93%. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires was calculated to be 0.91 and 0.88; respectively. Spearman correlation test through SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Based on the results at a significant level of less than 0.05, the correlation coefficients of Spearman between the components of: accountability and the right to express good governance (0.156), political stability and the absence of good governance violence (0.154), the effectiveness of government Good governance (0.122), regulatory quality of good governance (0.238), the authority of good governance law (0.342), and the inhibition of good governance corruption (0.178) and organizational health were positive and significant. Considering that the capacity of a governing system to support the country's macro-strategies and policies for public welfare is increasingly recognized as the basis for the progress and development of society, government officials should double their efforts to solve the problems in the field of health system for achieving the goals of the upstream documents

    Identificación de indicadores de productividad de recursos humanos en organizaciones ejecutivas y análisis de su situación

    This study aimed to identify the indicators of human resource productivity in the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and the province of Boyer-Ahmad and to analyze their situation. This research is applied on purpose, descriptive-correlational in nature, using a survey research method. The statistical population was made up of all the employees of the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad (8,089 individuals), which according to the Cochran formula, the sample size was estimated at 366 individuals and the selection was based on a method of random grouping. To collect data, Goldsmith's (1980) employee productivity questionnaire was used. The experts confirmed the validity of the face and the content of the questionnaire, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was higher than 0.7, which shows the consistency between items and the confirmation of reliability. To examine the data, an exploratory factor analysis was performed using LISREL. According to the results, the data obtained was adequately adjusted with the factor structure of the indicator of productivity of human resources and the items of this indicator were consistent with the construction of the infrastructure. The results of the subscales showed that the indicators of motivation (89.34), ability (87.15) and credibility (80.05) were respectively in first to third place in terms of level of human resources of the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. In conclusion, it is suggested to emphasize the importance of competent and efficient human resources to improve organizational productivity and motivate human resources working in the executive organizations of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad to work more and be more efficient using material and spiritual incentives.Este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar los indicadores de productividad de los recursos humanos en las organizaciones ejecutivas de Kohgiluyeh y la provincia de Boyer-Ahmad y analizar su situación. Esta investigación se aplica en propósito, de naturaleza descriptiva-correlacional, mediante un método de investigación por encuesta. La población estadística estuvo compuesta por todos los empleados de las organizaciones ejecutivas de Kohgiluyeh y Boyer-Ahmad (8.089 individuos), que según la fórmula de Cochran, el tamaño de la muestra se estimó en 366 individuos y la selección se basó en un método de agrupamiento aleatorio. Para recopilar datos, se utilizó el cuestionario de productividad de los empleados de Goldsmith (1980). Los expertos confirmaron la validez de la cara y el contenido del cuestionario, y el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach fue superior a 0.7, lo que muestra la consistencia entre ítems y la confirmación de la confiabilidad. Para examinar los datos, se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio utilizando LISREL. Según los resultados, los datos obtenidos se ajustaron adecuadamente con la estructura de factores del indicador de productividad de recursos humanos y los ítems de este indicador fueron consistentes con la construcción de la infraestructura. Los resultados de las subescalas mostraron que los indicadores de motivación (89.34), habilidad (87.15) y credibilidad (80.05) estaban respectivamente en el primer al tercer lugar en términos de nivel de recursos humanos de las organizaciones ejecutivas de Kohgiluyeh y Boyer-Ahmad. En conclusión, se sugiere enfatizar la importancia de los recursos humanos competentes y eficientes para mejorar la productividad organizacional y motivar a los recursos humanos que trabajan en las organizaciones ejecutivas de Kohgiluyeh y Boyer-Ahmad para trabajar más y ser más eficientes utilizando incentivos materiales y espirituales

    University entrepreneurship model based on public service motivation

    Background: Entrepreneurship is vital in today's modern societies. The purpose of this study was to develop a university entrepreneurship model based on public service motivation. Methods: The statistical population of this study in qualitative phase was 27 experts. The opinions of 315 employees were used to measure the variables in the studied Azad Universities of District 6. The present study was a descriptive-correlational research conducted by a survey method. It was also a developmental-applied research in terms of aim. Data collection method was a combination of library and field studies.  Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 25 and AMOS version 25. To examine the research questions, statistical methods of one-sample t-test and structural equations were used. Results: Also, there is a direct relationship between university entrepreneurship and its components including organizational competencies, continuous interaction, university goals and policies, culture and entrepreneurial marketing and good character and temper of administrators. The results also showed that there is a direct relationship between good character and temper of administrators and its components, including courage, patience, honesty, humility, optimism, responsibility of administrators and public service motivation. Conclusion: Given the importance and positive impact of university entrepreneurship on regional development and the new nature of international competition of universities in the economic development of countries, the results of the present study can be used by administrators and planners

    The relationship between hope and perceived social support with academic wellbeing by mediating role of psychological hardiness

    Background: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relationship between hope and perceived social support with academic wellbeing by mediating role of psychological hardiness. Methods: This was a descriptive study and was designed to test the proposed model.  The statistical sample was 334 students of the Islamic Azad University of Kerman in the academic year of 2019-2020. People selected by convenience sampling method. The research instruments were Hope Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Academic Wellbeing and Psychological Hardness Questionnaires. For data analysis, path analysis method was used in Amos and Spss-24 software. Results: The overall response rate was 94.6%. Most of the respondents were between 18 and 27 years old. Women were almost 5 percent more than men. To achieve the desired fit in the initial model, the burnout component was eliminated due to low correlation with academic wellbeing and a new path of social support to academic well-being was added to the initial model. In the next steps, the components of social support were drawn with the suggestion of covariance software. The results of path analysis in the final model showed that the model has a good fit with the data. The results also showed that psychological hardiness plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between hope and perceived social support with academic wellbeing. Conclusion: Social support and hope through their effect on psychological hardiness led to an increase in academic wellbeing
