Este trabajo atiende a la actual investigación en historia de la familia para llevar a cabo un estudio crítico de los conceptos sociológicos relativos al mundo campe-sino tradicional y de los modelos de cambio con los que esta disciplina interpreta la génesis de la moderna familia industrial. El mayor interés se ha puesto en señalar las dimensiones ideológicas de la modernización y de los marcos analíticos empleados por la sociología para caracterizarla

Algunas notas sobre los actores de las relaciones internacionales en la actualidad

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar la crisis múltiple del Estado, el cambio del modelo y de la praxis de las relaciones internacionales y sus actores, poniendo de relieve una serie de hechos relevantes, que son sin duda retos que se deben afrontar por todos los sistemas político-administrativos; y aquellos son: a) la revitalización del conflicto político, por razones económicas; b) la práctica de un pensamiento individualista y el darwinismo social, dejando atrás los principios de igualdad y equidad social, provocando la fractura social; c) lo que enfatiza la debilidad de la democracia como régimen político legítimo para dar respuestas a la sociedad; d) a lo que debemos añadir un proceso de mutación de valores; d) junto a la aparición de una actitud de “conservadurismo del miedo”; e) y el fin de la separación clásica entre “política interior” y “política exterior”.This article aims to show the multiple crises of the State, and the change in the model and praxis of international relations and its actors, by highlighting a number of significant facts, which certainly represent a challenge for all political- administrative systems. These include: a) the revitalization of the political conflict due to economic reasons, b) the practice of an individualistic thinking and social Darwinism, leaving behind the principles of equality and social equity thus causing social fracture, c) the factors which emphasize the weakness of democracy as a legitimate political regime to respond to society d) a mutating process of values; d) the appearance of an attitude of “fear conservatism,” e) and the end of the classical separation between “internal politics” and “foreign policy”

La Administración y la Función Pública durante la Transición política española (1975-1978): una aproximación y unas lecciones aprendidas

This article is primarily and firstly, an approach to the study of the role that Public Administration (basically central) and Civil Service in general, and the elite of it in particular, developed in the process of political change happened in SPAIN after the death of General Franco until 1978, and that has been called Political Transition. Secondly, it is also analyzed the utility of the knowledge of that period to the present time of crisis of the Spanish political system.El presente artículo constituye, ante todo y en primer lugar, una aproximación al estudio del papel que la Administración Publica (básicamente la central) y la Función Pública en general, y en particular la élite de la misma, tuvieron durante el proceso de cambio político acontecido en ESPAÑA tras la muerte del general Franco hasta 1978, y que se ha denominado Transición Política. En segundo término, se analiza también en ella la utilidad del conocimiento de ese período para el momento actual de crisis del sistema político español

En la actualidad, es una necesidad la modernización del control de la gestión y de las políticas públicas de las Administraciones Públicas; y las Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores juegan un papel importante en esta tarea. Possible prospects of territorial model of Spanish State

En el presente trabajo analizamos la actual situación del Estado Autonómico español. La actual crisis económica ha puesto de relieve las carencias del sistema territorial, establecido en su Constitución de 1978. La nefasta situación económica provocó una caída de la producción y de las rentas, y una drástica reducción de los ingresos en las Administraciones Públicas, las cuales debían mantener sus servicios y bienes de calidad a los ciudadanos. Pero estos servicios tienen altos costes, que no podían mantenerse por las Comunidades Autonómicas españolas, por lo que solicitaron ayuda económica a los bancos. Pero el sistema financiero español entró en una profunda depresión, lo que provocó que el sistema de Comunidades Autonómicas, dependientes del sistema financiero, también entrara en crisis. En nuestra ponencia proponemos dos posibles vías de solución, una a corto plazo y otra a largo plazo.In this paper we analyze the current situation of the Spanish Autonomic System. The current economic crisis has highlighted the shortcomings of the Spanish territorial system, established in the Constitution of 1978. The horrible economic situation caused a drop in production and incomes, and a drastic reduction in government revenues, which should maintain its quality goods and services to citizens. But these services have high costs, which could not be maintained by the Spanish Autonomous Communities therefore requested financial assistance from banks. But the Spanish financial system went into a deep depression, which caused the autonomic regional system, dependent on the financial system, went into the crisis too. In our paper we propose two possible solutions, one short term and otherone to long term

The narrative of a line of research from a feminist perspective: fiber optic sensors and actor-network theory (ANT)

The narrative of a line of research from a feminist perspective involves describing the situated practices that contribute to understanding inequality in the construction of the social relationships that build links between human and nonhuman materialities. This paper aims to link feminist epistemology and actor–network theory to the expert network that produces, sustains and manages the design of the chemical zone of a fiber optic sensor (FOS) and of new smart materials, tracing the path of a university research group with important scientific publications that has also developed a line of work in the field of science, technology and society (STS). We are interested in the generalized division of labor and the role of science and technology in the creation of symbols in our culture, particularly in the field of expert knowledge, where research carried out by men and women constructs trajectories of academic success that are predominantly male. An Analysis of the Confidence in the Public Sector Through the Element of Transparency

Es el Estado el universo en el que se concibe y desarrolla una sociedad, la cual establece un sistema de poder y un modelo económico capaces de asegurar deberes y derechos a todos sus integrantes. Con este postulado, y desde la óptica de la administración pública, es el gobierno el llamado a establecer principios y políticas de buen gobierno que garanticen la participación ciudadana a toda la sociedad civil, con transparencia, y a partir de principios universales como los derechos humanos, la meritocracia, la justicia y el orden constitucional, que son fruto de la cultura y de la idiosincrasia política de cada país en cada momento histórico.The government is the universe in which society has been conceived and developed, it has established a power system and economic model able to assure rights and responsibilities to all its members. From this perspective public management and the above postulate, government has to establish a proper policies of governance that guarantee participation to all civil society, in a transparent way and based upon universal principals,v such as human rights, meritocracy, justice and constitutional order, which are the result of cultural and political process in each country at all times
