    Pertumbuhan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang demikian pesat menjadikan website sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sebuah perusahaan dalam hal kualitas layanan bagi pelanggan khususnya pada website Bukalapak.com. layanan yang baik menjadikan alasan konsumen lebih tertarik untuk berbelanja secara online, Dengan itu suatu website perlu diukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, kualitas website Bukalapak.com diukur dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0. Webqual merupakan instrumen yang menilai kualitas suatu website. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna website. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisoner terhadap responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 24.0 for windows.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas website berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat dua dimensi Webqual yaitu kualitas kegunaan (Usability) dan kualitas informasi (Information Quality) tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan. Dengan kata lain pada dimensi kualitas kegunaan (Usability) dan kualitas informasi (Information Quality) perlu ditingkatkan lagi

The research   method used is comparative study. The results of this study showed that technically, the two hadith scholars have their own characteristics in researching the validity of a hadith.     SIMULASI DINAMIKA MOLEKUL FENOMENA ADSORPSI DI-(2-ETILHEKSIL)FTALAT (DEHP) PADA MINERAL MONTMORILONIT

    Senyawa di(2-etilheksil) ftalat (DEHP) merupakan salah satu polutan yang ditetapkan oleh European Union (EU) dan World Health Organization (WHO) ke dalam daftar polutan utama dan dianggap paling bermasalah bagi kesehatan manusia yaitu dapat menimbulkan gangguan sistem endokrin, sistem saraf, dan hepatotoksik. DEHP digunakan sebagai plasticizer terutama pada polivinil klorida (PVC) yang hampir 50% mengandung DEHP. Senyawa DEHP tidak terikat secara kovalen dengan produknya sehingga mudah terlepas dari produk dan dapat memasuki lingkungan bebas. Jumlah DEHP di lingkungan bebas perlu dikendalikan dan salah satu metode yang sederhana dan efektif adalah adsorpsi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan adsorpsi dengan pendekatan molekuler, yaitu simulasi dinamika molekul menggunakan perangkat lunak GROMACS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan adsorpsi DEHP pada montmorilonit dan montmorilonit termodifikasi BDED atau CTMA yang kemudian disebut sebagai organo-montmorilonit, serta menentukan kondisi optimum sistem adsorpsi DEHP. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, konsentrasi awal (C0) DEHP 0,044 mol/L menghasilkan adsorpsi maksimum yaitu sebanyak 3 molekul DEHP teradsorpsi (77,5%). Saat C0 DEHP dinaikkan menjadi 0,088 mol/L, tidak ada molekul DEHP yang teradsorpsi pada permukaan MMT. Sementara itu, pada MMT (1 lapis) termodifikasi BDED dengan jumlah molekul BDED 0,24 KTK, persentase adsorpsi mengalami peningkatan menjadi 44%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan surfaktan kationik berhasil meningkatkan persentase adsorpsi DEHP

    Agarwood (Aquilaria malaccensis Lank) is one of the forest wood that are continously exploited. Currently, the Indonesian export of agarwood is decreasing because its population is endangered by excessive logging. Agarwood propagations need technology for reproduction of agarwood seedlings and their fungal inoculum. In vitro technique for germination of recalsitrant seeds and micropropagation are technologies that can be used for propagation of agarwood seedlings. An experiment was done to develop techniques for in vitro germination and micropropagation of agarwood. The in vitro germination was done using two different techniques. Firstly, sterile seeds were germinated on an MS medium + 50 mg/l PVP, 50 mg/l GA, and 1 mg/l BA or kinetin. Secondly, sterile seeds were germinated on basal medium of MS, 1/2 MS medium, MS medium without vitamins, as well as on MS medium without pyridoxine, nicotinic acid and WPM. Shoot initiations and multiplications were done on MS and 1/2 MS media containing 1, 3, or 5 mg/l BA. The explants used were cotyledone nodes, terminal shoots, single node with leaf, and sinle node without leaf. The results showed that the seed germination rate on the different media ranged from 7,14 to 50%. The seed germination rate on the MS medium without vitamis was the highest. The best explants for shoot induction and multiplication was single node with leaf which was cultured on MS + 1 mg/l BA

    Interactive media for parental education on managing children chronic condition: a systematic review of the literature

    BackgroundAlthough some research has examined the use of games for the education of pediatric patients, the use of technology for parental education seems like an appropriate application as it has been a part of the popular culture for at least 30years. The main objective of this systematic review is to examine the literature for research evaluating the use of interactive media in the education of parents of children with chronic conditions.MethodsWe searched the MEDLINE, PSYCHINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane database of systematic reviews and EMBASE databases from 1986 to 2014 seeking original investigations on the use of interactive media and video games to educate parents of children with chronic conditions. Cohort studies, randomized control trials, and observational studies were included in our search of the literature.Two investigators reviewed abstracts and full texts as necessary. The quality of the studies was assessed using the GRADE guidelines.Overall trend in the results and the degree of certainty in the results were considered when assessing the body of literature pertaining to our focused questions.ResultsOur initial search identified 4367 papers, but only 12 fulfilled the criterion established for final analysis, with the majority of the studies having flaws that reduced their quality. These papers reported mostly positive results supporting the idea that parent education is possible through interactive media.ConclusionWe found limited evidence of the effectiveness of using serious games and or interactive media to educate parents of children with chronic conditions.Electronic supplementary materialThe online version of this article (doi:10.1186/s12887-015-0517-2) contains supplementary material, which is available to authorized users

    Transformation of Ponkan Mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) by CRISPR/Cas-9-gRNA-CsCS to increase plant resistance to huanglongbing disease

    The gene that regulates callose could be modified by CRISPR/Cas9 technology. This research aimed to insert the CRISPR/Cas9-CsCS gene into Ponkan orange genome using Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The explants were soaked in a bacterial suspension for 20 minutes and incubated for 2-3 days. In vitro acceleration growth was conducted with a two-factor completely randomized design. The first factor is the type of explant with three levels (nucellar embryo, zygotic embryo, cotyledon node), and the second factor is the type of media with 6 levels (VMW, MT, MSK0, MSK1, MSK2, MSK3). The results showed of all explant types, the highest plant height average and number of leaves were obtained in a media combination of MS + Kinetin 2 mg L-1, MT, and MS + Kinetin 3 mg L-1. The highest transformation efficiency was in the nucellar embryo explant, while the highest regeneration efficiency was in the zygotic embryo explant. The highest shoot tip grafting percentage was achieved in the cotyledon node explant at 100%. In the grafting phase, the putative transformants before and after artificial bacterial inoculation showed that Ponkan 606 and Ponkan 597 had the highest plant heights, respectively. The intensity of Huanglongbing attacks after bacterial inoculation showed that three genotypes did not show HLB symptoms in the 24th week of observation, namely genotypes 598, 606, and 607. This study concluded that gene transformation in citrus plants produced three genotypes that did not show HLB symptoms.     Metabolomic profiling of submaximal exercise at a standardised relative intensity in healthy adults

    Ten physically active subjects underwent two cycling exercise trials. In the first, aerobic capacity (VO2max) was determined and the second was a 45 min submaximal exercise test. Urine samples were collected separately the day before (day 1) , the day of (day 2), and the day after (day 3) the submaximal exercise test (12 samples per subject). Metabolomic profiling of the samples was carried out using hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) coupled to an Orbitrap Exactive mass spectrometer. Data were extracted, database searched and then subjected to principle components (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares (OPLSDA) modelling. The best results were obtained from pre-treating the data by normalising the metabolites to their mean output on days 1 and 2 of the trial. This allowed PCA to separate the day 2 first void samples (D2S1) from the day 2 post-exercise samples (D2S3) PCA also separated the equivalent samples obtained on day 1 (D1S1 and D1S3). OPLSDA modelling separated both the D2S1 and D2S3 samples and D1S1 and D1S3 samples. The metabolites affected by the exercise samples included a range of purine metabolites and several acyl carnitines. Some metabolites were subject to diurnal variation these included bile acids and several amino acids, the variation of these metabolites was similar on day 1 and day 2 despite the exercise intervention on day 2. Using OPLS modelling it proved possible to identify a single abundant urinary metabolite provisionally identified as oxo-aminohexanoic acid (OHA) as being strongly correlated with VO2max when the levels in the D2S3 samples were considered
