PRAKTIK SEWA MENYEWA PERALATAN KEMAH DALAM BINGKAI HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH

Exploring the rental practices of camping equipment within the framework of Sharia economic law is an area that has not been extensively researched. This study aims to describe the rental practices of camping equipment at the Handy Talky and Tent Rental Outlet in Palu and to assess their compliance with the principles of Sharia business contracts. The research methodology employed is empirical, utilizing interviews and direct observation as the primary data collection techniques. This approach seeks to understand the application of law in real social interactions. The study reveals that the rental process of camping equipment at the Handy Talky and Tent Rental Outlet in Palu involves several stages, from equipment selection to the return of the items. This practice reflects the application of Sharia business contract principles such as al-Hurriyah (freedom to contract), al-Musawah (equality), al-‘Adalah (justice), al-Ridhaiyyah (mutual consent), Ash-shidiq (honesty), and al-Kitabah (written documentation). Although these principles are generally adhered to, there is a weakness in the detailed written documentation. Conversations on social media and borrower records do not cover all the essential aspects of the agreements. The study suggests that to enhance compliance with Sharia business contract principles, more comprehensive and formal written contracts are needed. This research provides valuable insights for the development of policies and business practices that are more aligned with Sharia economic law

ANALISIS PENERAPAN BAGI HASIL TERHADAP PEMBIAYAAN UMKM OLEH PT.BPRS HIKMAH WAKILAH : Studi Fatwa DSN MUI NO: 15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000

Penelitian ini berfokus pada untuk  menganalisis penerapan bagi hasil  terhadap pembiyaan UMKM oleh PT BPR Syariah Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh  yang menggunakan revenue sharing sehingga berbeda dengan Fatwa DSN MUI NO:15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan di PT BPR Syariah Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh  dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah PT BPRS Hikmah Wakilah menerapkan mekanisme bagi hasil dalam pembiayaan UMKM dengan revenue sharing  menyebabkan fluktuasi sesuai dengan pendapatan usaha nasabah. Pendekatan ini menggambarkan dinamika pembagian hasil yang terkait dengan performa pendapatan usaha nasabah. Meskipun bagi hasil ditentukan berdasarkan proyeksi keuntungan nasabah pada awal perjanjian, ada ketidaksesuaian dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No 15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000. Keberadaan nominal tetap dalam pembayaran angsuran bulanan tidak sejalan dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah yang menekankan bagi hasil berdasarkan pendapatan usaha nasabah dan persentasi yang disepakati dalam perjanjian

The Central Idea of the Text on the Benefits of Spices: Ide Sentral Naskah Khasiat Rempah-rempahan

This Text on the Benefits of Spices is an Arabic-Malay text that discusses the properties of spices as medicine. This manuscript is from the Pedir Museum collection with inventory number MS.PM.0432/2019 which is included in a collection of texts totaling 94 pages. This research was carried out because there are still many manuscripts that have not been studied thoroughly and the condition of the manuscripts needs serious treatment, as a result the information in the manuscripts cannot be understood perfectly. So the aim of this research is to produce edits to the text so that it can be read correctly and highlight the central ideas contained in the text on the properties of spices as useful information for society. Because this manuscript is a single manuscript, the researcher used a single manuscript research method with a standard edition. Apart from that, researchers also used the theory of the use of herbs in the world of health to study the text. The central idea contained in this text is the spices used for treatment, some of these spices are black cumin, hinggu, kerosene, ginger, shallots, garlic, ma'jun, coriander, nutmeg, wheat rice, cloves, vinegar sour, and moist. The results of this research show that, first: edit the text to a standard edition, and second: clearly understand the contents of the text on the properties of spices which discusses how to use spices for treatment

Potensi Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Perekonomian Pedangan Kecil di Kota Banda Aceh

Pantai Ulee Lheue merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alami sehingga ada nilai ekonomisnya jika disediakan fasilitas berkreasi atau bersantai. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh menata pembangunan area pantai Ulee Lheue semenarik mungkin. Pantai Ulee Lheue ini sangat dominan dikunjungi oleh wisatawan, oleh karena ada kegiatan pariwisata, tentu memunculkan berbagai peluang usaha di daerah ini. Hal ini didasari oleh adanya kandungan nilai ekonomi yang tentu berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat yang berdagang di sekitar pantai Ulee Lheue atau bisa disebut pedagang kaki lima. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengembangan sektor pariwisata dan untuk mengetahui dampak sektor pariwisata terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima pantai Ulee Lheue. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sektor wisata Pantai Ulee Lheue terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima terus mengalami kemajuan dan terus adanya pembaharuan, ini juga dapat dilihat dari jumlah pedagang kaki lima yang semakin bertambah dan dampak pengembangan sektor pariwisata terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima Pantai Ulee Lheue adalah positif

Menggagas Dunia Digital di Pedesaan: Evaluasi Efektivitas Pendampingan Sistem Informasi di Gampong Balee Kecamatan Meureubo Aceh Barat

Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, peran teknologi digital menjadi krusial dalam membentuk gaya hidup dan perkembangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendampingan sistem informasi desa dalam mendukung program pemerintah gampong khusunya Gampong Balee, Kecamatan Meureubo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Meskipun perkembangan teknologi digital dapat diimplementasikan di berbagai lapisan masyarakat, desa-desa seperti Gampong Balee menghadapi tantangan khusus, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi teknologi. Evaluasi efektivitas pendampingan sistem informasi Gampong Balee menunjukkan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi penyusunan program gampong. Meskipun Geuchik dan Ketua PKK Gampong Balee mengakui manfaatnya, namun pandangan masyarakat terbagi yaitu dengan beberapa dari mereka menyambut baik transparansi sistem, sementara yang lain mengatakan bahwa ketersediaan data masih sangat kurang bahkan sebagian yang lain belum bisa mengaksesnya. Disimpulkan bahwa diperlukan perhatian dan upaya yang lebih intensif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan aksesibilitas sistem informasi desa agar manfaatnya dapat dinikmati secara merata oleh seluruh masyarakat Gampong Balee melalui pendampingan dari Pemerintah Daerah, lembaga-lembaga mitra Pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi. Evaluasi ini memberikan dasar untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan penerapan teknologi informasi desa guna mendukung pembangunan yang lebih efektif dan inklusif

Peran Tadika (Taman Didikan Kanak-Kanak) dalam Mempertahankan Nilai-Nilai Keislaman dan Identitas Melayu di Pattani, Thailand Selatan

The research aims to see the role of Tadika in maintaining the next generation based on Islamic values and Malay Pattani identity. The research method used in this paper is (field research) or field research. Field research is a method that involves collecting data directly from the location that is the focus of the research. In the context of this paper, field research was conducted in Lubuk Luas Village, Pattani, Southern Thailand, to obtain information about the role of Tadika in maintaining Islamic values and Malay identity. The results of this study indicate that Tadika has an important role in maintaining Islamic values, as well as playing an important role in shaping Malay personality as the next generation of identity. ORANG TUA SEBAGAI PIHAK KETIGA TERJADINYA PERCERAIAN DI GAYO LUES

Nikah merupakan anjuran yang sangat ditekankan oleh Rasulullah SAW, ketika sudah mampu dan berkeinginan maka bersegeralah untuk menikah bagi kaum laki-laki dan perempuan. Pernikahan bukan hanya suatu perbuatan hukum yang mulia untuk mengatur dan membangun rumah tangga yang bahagia bagi suami dan istri, namun jauh kedepan pernikahan dapat menyatukan 2 (dua) kaum yang berbeda menjadi satu-kesatuan dan saling menolong antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Maka dengan demikian melalui pernikahan terbentuklah sebuah rumah tangga baru yang akan berkembang menjadi keluarga yang diharapkan bahagia baik lahir maupun batin seperti yang diinginkan oleh setiap manusia bahkan oleh agama dan negara, karena rumah tangga merupakan lingkup terkecil unsur dalam sebuah Negara. Permasalahan-permasalahan keluarga kerap terjadi dalam sebuah rumah tangga yang mengakibatkan konflik antara suami dengan istri, dan tidak jarang berujung pada perceraian di Mahkamah Syar’iyyah. Dalam perjalanan konflik dalam rumah tangga tersebut masing-masing unsur (suami dan istri) menyampaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi kepada orang tua masing-masing.Ketika permasalahan sampai kepada orang tua, seharusnya orang tua menjadi mediator (penengah permasalahan) tersebut, namun kenyataannya banyak juga orang tua malah menambah masalah anak, bukannya masalah itu selesai jadinya bertambah rumit sehingga akhirnya harus berpisah antara suami dan istri.Ikut campurnya orang tua terhadap permasalahan keluarga anaknya juga menjadi pemicu terjadinya perceraian sebuah pasangan suami istri.Kasih sayang yang berlebihan kepada anak menjadikan orang tua memihak kepada anak walaupun anak tersebut salah, sehingga titik temu masalah keluarga anak tidak didapatkan akibat dari terlalu membela anak karena kasih sayang yang berlebihan

LITERATURE REVIEW: KONTAMINASI PESTISIDA DI PERAIRAN INDONESIA

Water pollution is a serious problem that affects aquatic ecosystems. Pesticides are used widely in agriculture to control pests and increase crop yields. However, the use of this pesticide causes negative impacts, including water pollution. Pesticides enter the aquatic environment through surface runoff, river flows, and leaching from contaminated soil. Accumulation of ecosystems in aquatic ecosystems can disrupt ecological balance, reduce biodiversity, and potentially poison aquatic organisms. Organophosphates are the most common type of pesticide found in Indonesian waters. Research related to pollution in Indonesian waters amounted to 25 journals with the highest frequency found in 2019. Over the last ten years, research related to pesticide contamination found in waters has been reported by researchers in various regions including West Java, Jakarta, Central Java, East Java , Yogyakarta, Bali, West Sumatra, South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Lampung and Manado

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AIR KELAPA (Cocos nucifera L.) DAN AIR CUCIAN BERAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN BAWANG DAUN (Allium fistulosum L.)

The scallion (Allium fistulosum L.) is a type of horticultural plant that is in great demand by the people. This study aims to identify the effects the growth of plants a scallion grow regulation (GR) with a combination of coconut water and leri water. The draft in this research is a random group rack consisting of 5 treatment by 5 repetition, the treatment consists of (P0 : control), (P1: 80% coconut water and 20% leri water), (P2 : 60% coconut water and 40% leri water), (P3: 40% coconut water and 60% leri water and (P4 : 20% coconut water and 80% leri water). Parameter observed in this study is leaf length number of leaves and a heavy wetness perpolybag. The result showed that the GR from the combination of coconut water and leri water affected the growth of leaf length, number of leaves and a heavy wetness perpolybag. The best GR combination treatment is the P4 treatment with a concentration of 20% coconut water and 80% rice washing water, namely leaf length (31.28 cm) and wet weight (5.8 g)

PENGARUH VARIABEL MAKROEKONOMI TERHADAP INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA (ISSI) PADA TAHUN 2011-2022

This research was motivated by the inconsistent relationship between the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and macroeconomic variables that influence Indonesian sharia stock prices including the inflation rate, Bi Rate, rupiah exchange rate, world oil prices, gold prices, and economic growth. The research aims to analyze, determine and explain the impact of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index on macroeconomic variables. This type of research uses quantitative data for the period 2011 to 2022 sourced from BPS, Investing.com, BI and OJK. Data analysis techniques involve multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The indicator achievement results describe macroeconomic variables, namely Bi Rate has a significant negative impact, the rupiah exchange rate tends to be positive and significant, and economic growth has a significant positive impact, while inflation, world oil prices and gold prices have no impact and are not significant, meaning that the Indonesian ISSI sharia stock price experiences Volatility is not fully influenced by macroeconomics, especially Bi Rate, Rupiah exchange rate, and economic growth, which means these variables contribute to the movement of Indonesian Sharia stock prices (ISSI) so that research refers to policymakers, stakeholders and investors who can consider factors fundamentally. as well as analytics in decision making and portfolio management in the Indonesian sharia stock market. &nbsp
