Fundamentalist Rules for the MenofAl-Asfiya School Using HashemJ ameel's Book Issues of Comparative Jurisprudence
All Praise is due Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Messenger Muhammad and due all his companions and due all his household. This study reviews some of the fundamentalist issues raised by Dr. HashemJamil in his book Issues in Comparative Jurisprudence. It seeks to shed light on one of the most outstanding scholars across Fallujah and the larger Iraq, given that he is an Al-Asifiya alumna where Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Samarrai was teaching (a school which produced hundreds of brilliant scholars). More specifically, I intend to review a number of key contributions made by Dr. Hashem Jamil during his scholarly career. I studied and analyzed some fundamentalist rules from Issues in Comparative Jurisprudence, given that it is one of the important textbooks taught in the faculties of Islamic Sciences which shows the way the inferential contradiction is removed between Sunni and other resources in addition to the contradictions among prophetic hadiths. It is noteworthy that Sheikh Hashem Jameel has relied on the concrete evidence in hadith and Sunna rather than being influenced by a certain doctrine.

Insights into well performance and completion optimization using a coupled FracFocus and DrillingInfo database
“The hydraulic fracturing designs, drilling, and completion trends are undergoing continuous change as the oil and gas industry pushing the boundaries of the traditional designs to increase wells productivity and meet the energy demand. The lateral length in addition to the amount of proppant and water used in well stimulation have witnessed a paradigm shift over the past few years. The motivation for this work began with a desire to better understand well performance as a function of the type of fracturing fluid treatment applied. An early objective was to compare whether East Texas Cotton Valley wells stimulated with water fracs had better long-term performance than similar wells stimulated with gelled fluids.
This initial work revealed challenges in acquiring sufficient data for the research, which led to the objective of building a new database from publically available information and then using that information to address the research questions. Developing this database required novel methods of determining at least two key parameters not readily available. One parameter was fluid and proppant volumes, as the FracFocus database reports mass percentages. The second parameter was perforated lateral length as a proxy for fracturing stage data, which was not available for this research.
This work resulted in a methodology for combining FracFocus fluid data with DrillingInfo. A dashboard was also developed to facilitate easy analysis with the newly created database. Once the database and dashboard were available, secondary objectives were to identify completion trends in specific shale play areas, such as the Marcellus and Permian Basin, and to apply data analytics to specific shale play areas”--Abstract, page iv

Feasibility study on utilization of palm fibre waste into fired clay brick
Malaysia is the second largest of palm oil producer after Indonesia, which contribute to 50 % of palm oil production. With this demand, the increasing of palm oil plantation over the years has led to the large production of agricultural waste, for example palm fibre waste. This study investigates different percentages of palm fibre (0 %, 1 %, 5 % and 10 %) to be incorporated into fired clay brick. Manufactured bricks were fired at 1 °C/min heating rate up to 1050 °C. The effects of manufacture bricks on the physical and mechanical properties of manufactured brick were also determined. All brick samples were tested due to the physical and mechanical properties which include dry density, firing shrinkage, initial rate of suction (IRS), water absorption, porosity and compressive strength. Findings show that increasing palm fibre waste affected the properties of brick, which decreased their density, besides increased firing shrinkage, IRS, water absorption, porosity and compressive strength. However, all the manufactured brick still followed the requirement
Seasonal biodiversity and ecological studies on the epiphytic microalgae communities in polluted and unpolluted aquatic ecosystem at Assiut, Egypt
A qualitative and quantitative study on epiphytic microalgae was carried out seasonally from November 2015 to August 2016 to follow up their community structures on aquatic macrophytes related to some physico-chemical properties of two polluted and unpolluted water bodies at Assiut, Egypt. A total of 169 species related to 64 genera of epiphytic microalgae were recorded. The most dominant algal group was Bacillariophyceae (43.2%), followed by Chlorophyceae (34.91%), Cyanophyceae (20.71%) and Euglenophyceae (1.18%). The total number of epiphytic algae fluctuated between 11.1 × 104 ind.g-1 plant dry wt. on Phragmites australis in summer at Nazlet Abdellah (polluted site) and 10.02 × 107 ind.g-1 plant dry wt. on Myriophyllum spicatum in winter at El-Wasta (unpolluted site). Some epiphytic microalgae were dominant as Pseudanabaena limnetica, Calothrix braunii, Scenedesmus acutus, and Ulnaria ulna. Others were specific on certain macrophytes as Aphanocapsa thermalis and Ulothrix sp., which grow on Phragmites australis, while Synechocystis minuscula attached itself on Myriophyllum spicatum. Analysis of PERMANOVA showed that the most important factors that induced the variation in epiphytic microalgae were the temporal variation and host plant. Water temperature, pH, nitrate, chloride, phosphate and total dissolved salts were the highest abiotic factors correlated with the variation in composition of epiphytic microalgae
The use of Metaphor in Toni Morrisonas Beloved
This study exploressome metaphorical uses in Toni Morrison s Beloved Colors are used very widely because slavery is one of the main themes of the novel and the conflict between white and black skinned people is shown as a main reason of slavery As a result of that conflict white and black colors can be seen very frequently Some of the speeches will be analyzed in which colors are used metaphorically The use of white color will be explained in deep as it is used regularly by a slave character because this color is the color of the slave owners hunters and masters Black color is used mainly for two reasons to show the insults which were committed towards black people and it is also used to exaggerate the beauty of eyes Crossing water is also a metaphor and it will be discussed it will be shown how it is used to show a change in some people s entire lif
Synthesis of components to form linked multi-metal constructs : potential MRI/optical contrast agents
Azamacrocyclic chelators with coordinating pendant arms can form complexes with lanthanide(lll) ions offering a high level of kinetic and thermodynamic stability. There are many potentially useful applications of these complexes in areas such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents, or luminescent imaging agents dependent on the incorporated metal centre (possible examples include gadolinium(lll), europium(lll) or terbium(lll)).The synthesis and characterisation of multi-metallic metal complexes as potential imaging agents have been carried out. A series of novel chelators designed to coordinate lanthanide ions (Gd³⁺, Eu³⁺, Tb³⁺, y³⁺) based on the known D03A chelator have been synthesised bearing various heterocyclic pendent arms (pyridine, pyrazine, pyrimidine), which can act as chromophore groups or as linking units to form multi-metallic species. NMR and potentiometric titrations of the ligands and the lanthanide complexes have been investigated to determine the protonation states across a pH range. The relaxometric properties have been studied for gadolinium(lll) complexes of the synthesised chelators showing high relaxivity rates for both T1 (up to 51.8 mM⁻¹ s⁻¹) and T2 (up to 21.6 mM⁻¹ s⁻¹)
The Role of Fintech Payment Instruments in Improving Financial Inclusion
This study examines the role of Fintech payments instruments in evolving accounts ownership as- a master indicator of financial inclusion; to determine if their effectiveness differs according to the different income levels of countries. The sample of the study consists of a panel of twenty-two countries over the period 2010-2020. The database is gathered from the Global Findex; 2021 edition of World Bank. The account ownerships are regressed on Fintech instruments using (FMOLS) method. The results had shown a significant effect of digital remittances, debit and credit cards; and macroeconomic indicators on financial inclusion, in high and middle-income countries, indicating that Fintech payment instruments had been accelerated financial inclusion, but with different levels due to the variation in technological developments and low level of financial literacy. An insignificant effect of the S&P indicator across varying income countries had shown the need for more attention to Fintech and financial literacy to accelerate financial inclusion. In addition to that, countries should work to develop and strengthen of the communication and information infrastructure especially, in developing countries, in order to activate the role of financial technology
Protection of melon plants against Cucumber mosaic virus infection using Pseudomonas fluorescens biofertilizer
This study was carried out to characterize a virus causing severe mosaic, yellowing, stunting and leaf deformation on melon (Cucumis melo L.), and evaluate the capacity of Pseudomonas fluorescens as biofertilizer to improve plant growth and restrict the accumulation of the virus in the plant. The virus was identified as an isolate of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) by means of symptoms on indicator plants, serological characteristics using double antibody sandwich-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) and immunochromatography, and molecular weight of coat protein on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The source of the virus infection was also determined by the same means. P. fluorescens was used as seed treatment and soil applications. The seedling grown from bacterial treated seeds in non-treated soil and those grown from non-treated seeds in bacterial treated soil were mechanically inoculated with CMV extract at the primary leaf stage. Two proteins representing CMV coat protein appeared on 10% SDS-PAGE of 24 and 26 kD. It has been found that 9 of 35 weed plants harbor CMV. Treatment seeds and soil with P. fluorescens suspension induced significant reduction in virus accumulation in the plants as proved by absorbance values of ELISA- reactions. Minimum absorbance values of ELISA reactions at 405 nm were found to be 0.160 and 0.298 for seed and soil treatments, respectively when compared with 1.190 for samples from CMV-inoculated plants (control). The inhibition activity of P. fluorescens against CMV continued to be significant up to 20 days of virus inoculation with absorbance values of ELISA-reactions (0.460 and 0.930) for seed and soil treatment, respectively. The results indicate that P. fluorescens is able to induce systemic resistance against CMV in the plants.Key words: Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Cucumis melo, melon, plant growth promoting microorganisms (PGPM), Pseudomonas fluorescens, viral diseases management
A new splitting-based displacement prediction approach for location-based services
In location-based services (LBSs), the service is provided based on the users' locations through location determination and mobility realization. Several location prediction models have been proposed to enhance and increase the relevance of the information retrieved by users of mobile information systems, but none of them studied the relationship between accuracy rate of prediction and the performance of the model in terms of consuming resources and constraints of mobile devices. Most of the current location prediction research is focused on generalized location models, where the geographic extent is divided into regular-shape cells. These models are not suitable for certain LBSs where the objectives are to compute and present on-road services. One such technique is the Prediction Location Model (PLM), which deals with inner cell structure. The PLM technique suffers from memory usage and poor accuracy. The main goal of this paper is to propose a new path prediction technique for Location-Based Services. The new approach is competitive and more efficient compared to PLM regarding measurements such as accuracy rate of location prediction and memory usage
