    MULTICULTURAL ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING

    This study discusses the learning of multicultural Islamic religious education at SMA Antartika Sidoarjo and SMA NU 1 Gresik, East Java. The research approach is qualitative, the type of research is a case study. The results showed that the learning components contained the values of multicultural Islamic education in Antarctica Sidoarjo High School and NU 1 Gresik High School, namely: teachers, students, objectives, materials, methods, media/sources, environment. The learning process is carried out by appreciating and accommodating the diversity of both the learning of Islamic Religious Education subjects as well as the learning of multicultural values, and school achievement.     The Urgency of Teachers' and Parents' Understanding of Underachievers

    The purpose of this study is to describe the learning difficulties. Student learning difficulties can cause learning achievement to be disrupted, the assessment criteria set by the school and the teacher as an instructor cannot be achieved properly by students. The lowest passing grade in mastery learning theory assessment is 6 on a 0-10 scale or 60 on a 0-100 scale. Underachievement is a mismatch between school performance and an index of ability as evident from tests of intelligence, achievement or creativity, or from observational data. Underachievers are those whose achievement turns out to be lower than what was expected based on the results of tests of their learning abilities. Reis and McMoach define underachievement as an acute gap between potential achievement (expected achievement) and actual achievement.     The modern canteen located at the school or commonly called ma'arif mart which is under the auspices of LP Ma'arif NU, is a modern shop or canteen that serves the basic needs of school residents directly. The existence of businesses in the field of education such as ma'arif mart can provide learning to students for entrepreneurship. Edupreneur is a structured and formal process of transmitting entrepreneurial competencies that refers to the provision of conceptual skills and individual mental awareness. The purpose of this research is to: (1) Explain the Ma'arif Mart Program at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo. (2) Explaining Student Edupreneurs at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo. (3) Explaining the Effect of the Ma'arif Mart Program on Student Edupreneurs at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this study were all students of MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo whose population totaled 857 students and the sample used a stratified technique which totaled 85 students. The instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire instrument. The results of the study show that, (1) That the Ma'arif Mart Program at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo is categorized as "Good Enough". This is based on percentage calculations with a value of 70.03%, according to the standard percentage at intervals of 56% to 75%. (2) Edupreneur students at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo have developed which are categorized as "Good". With the results of the percentage analysis of 76.62% which is in the interval between 56% to 75%. (3) The results of data analysis rxy = 0.521 show that "There is an Influence of the Ma'arif Mart Program on Student Edupreneurs at MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo". This is evidenced by the analysis carried out using the "r" product moment table, the rxy price is 0.521 and the rxy value from the interpretation table is between 0.40 and 0.599 in a fairly strong category

    The Influence of Teacher's Authority on The Formation of Students' Materials

    Having and maintaining credibility is essential and absolutely necessary when fulfilling the role of an educator. With credibility, a teacher can provide guidance and advice to students without the need for coercion. If credibility is lost, students may become emboldened to oppose authority, which they initially respected. This indicates that the school's values, rules, and even the teacher's instructions may not be respected. Therefore, education cannot effectively proceed without credibility. In this context, the teacher's role in shaping morals becomes even more prominent, with credibility as the key factor driving this process. It is crucial to instill moral values in the younger generation, especially students, so they are not easily influenced by their surroundings and can adapt themselves according to the Islamic educational goal of fostering individuals who are faithful, pious, and morally upright. This research employed quantitative research methods, specifically correlation analysis. The findings revealed that teacher credibility was rated at 75.42%, considered good as it falls within the 61%-80% interval. The assessment of students' moral development scored 72.73%, also falling within the 61%-80% interval, indicating a good level of moral development. The correlation coefficient, rxy, was calculated as 0.793, indicating a strong influence. In conclusion, this study demonstrates a strong correlation between teacher credibility and students' moral development, which is crucial for achieving the goal of creating morally upright individuals in Islamic education. Memiliki dan menjaga kewibawaan merupakan hal yang esensial dan mutlak diperlukan dalam menjalankan peran sebagai pengajar dan pendidik. Dengan memiliki kewibawaan, seorang guru dapat memberikan petunjuk dan nasihat kepada peserta didik tanpa adanya rasa paksaan. Jika kewibawaan hilang, maka peserta didik mungkin akan merasa berani untuk menentang, yang pada awalnya mereka patuh terhadap kewibawaan guru. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa tata nilai sekolah, aturan, dan bahkan petunjuk guru tidak akan dihormati. Dengan demikian, pendidikan tidak akan berjalan efektif tanpa adanya kewibawaan. Dalam hal ini, peran guru dalam membentuk akhlak menjadi semakin menonjol, dengan kewibawaan sebagai faktor kunci yang menggerakkan proses ini. Maka, sangat penting untuk melakukan pembentukan akhlak pada generasi muda, terutama peserta didik, agar mereka tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh lingkungan sekitarnya dan mampu menyesuaikan diri sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam yang bertujuan membentuk pribadi muslim yang beriman, bertaqwa, dan berakhlak baik. Pembentukan akhlak memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan individu yang memiliki ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini pada analisis persentase kewibawaan guru diperoleh hasil nilai 75,42% dan tergolong baik, karena berada pada interval 61%-80%. Pada analisis pembentukan akhlak mahmudah peserta didik diperoleh hasil 72,73% dan tergolong baik, karena berada pada interval 61%-80%. pada analisis product moment dengan nilar rxy = 0,793 dan pada tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi di atas menyatakan bahwa nilai “r” yang diperoleh berada pada taraf 0,60-0,799 sehingga tergolong memiliki pengaruh kuat.

    Reading habits must become a culture, especially ini educational institutional such as schools, the reading habits has been determined by the goverment in accordance with UU RI Nomor 20 pasal 4 ayat 5 tahun 2003 about the national education system. Many factors affect the level of cognitive intelligence of  students, one of wich is silent reading. Reading this silent make it easier for students to understand the knowledge they get from books and teacher information, one of the schools that has implemented silent training is YPM Junior High School, this silent reading activity provides a special time for silent reading before starting lessons. As for the objectivites to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out about silent reading activities at YPM Taman Sidoarjo High School, 2) to find out the level of cognitive intelligence of students in akidah akhlak subjects at SMK YPM 3 Sidoarjo, 3) to find the effect of the implementation of silent reading on the level of cognitive intelligence of students at SMA YPM 3 Sidoarjo. This research is a quantitative. As for the data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using teh percentage and correlation of the production moment. The result is 1). Implementation of reading a razor blade in SMK YPM 3 Taman Sidoarjo otherwise good enough, because it is in the range of 56-75% this is based on the percentage results with a value of 71% 2) the level of cognitive intelligence of students at SMA YPM 3 Taman Sidoarjo is in the range of 56-75% this based on the percentage results with a value of 68%. Wich is ontherwise good enough. 3).     Implementation of Handshaking Culture (Mushafahah) in Cultivating Tolerance Among Junior High School Students

    Inculcating the values ​​of tolerance in the school environment can be formulated through the implementation of the learning process and school programs. One of them is through a handshake program (Mushafahah) accompanied by greetings, greetings, smiles, and polite and courteous behavior. However, on the other hand, there are still students who carry out less commendable behavior, for example lying, being late for school, fighting, mocking each other, and lack of enthusiasm for learning. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, the results of this study indicate that first, the implementation of the culture of shaking hands as an effort to form an attitude of tolerance in Buana Waru Middle School students is structured in routine school activities, spontaneous activities, and exemplary. Second, the supporting factors for the implementation of the culture of shaking hands start from the supervision of the school principal, family, discipline and teacher role models, and a conducive educational environment. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of support from some teachers and students in this habituation, the lack of role models for some teachers, and the less active participation of the parents. Third, the impact of the culture of shaking hands as an effort to form an attitude of tolerance in Buana Waru Middle School students can improve the personal quality of students in respecting and appreciating their teachers, as well as ethics in establishing relationships between teachers and students or students with students

    A unique ZnFe2O4/graphene nanoplatelets nanocomposite for electrochemical energy storage and efficient visible light driven catalysis for the degradation of organic noxious in wastewater

    A series of ZnFeâ‚‚Oâ‚„/graphene nanoplatelets ((ZF)(GNPs)) nanocomposites have been synthesized and characterized. By optimizing the weight ratio of graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs), the synthesized nanocomposites have been identified as an excellent material for electrochemical capacitors with outstanding electrochemical capacitance (314 FgÂŻÂą at 0.5 AgÂŻÂą), high rate performance, and long-standing cyclic stability (77.6% retention). The enhanced electrochemical performance might be adduced to the improved electrode/electrolyte charge transfer interface and conducting nature of GNPs. Besides, (ZF)(GNPs) nanocomposites exhibit outstanding visible light driven photocatalytic efficiency for the removal of methylene blue (MB) dye in water i.e., 97.46% of the MB is degraded in 70 min, which can be primarily ascribed to the enhanced photo Fenton reaction, effective electron-hole (e/h) separation and strong interfacial coupling between ZnFeâ‚‚Oâ‚„ nanoparticles (ZF NPs) and GNPs. Our results offer new insights into multifunctional nanocomposites for the electrochemical energy storage and treatment of polluted wastewater

    Dry Gongronema latifolium aqueous extract mediated silver nanoparticles by one-step in-situ biosynthesis for antibacterial activities

    In-situ biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles for antibacterial activities doped with aqueous extract of dry Gongronema Latifolium (DGL) is presented in this work. The absorbance was determined using a UV-Visible analysis with a peak of 428 nm. The obtained particles confirmed by the TEM image analysis were spherical in shape with an average particle size between 5 and 20 nm. A single crystalline phase of FCC was confirmed by the powder. The functional groups showed the phytochemical inherent in the sample. The colloidal solution of DGL-AgNPs with MIC of 10 µg/ml showed a noteworthy functional susceptibility against the bacterial strains, particularly, K. pneumonia with susceptibility greater than gentamicin. Based on these observations, the formulated DGL-AgNPs show strong bactericidal against the pathogens with facile, benign, eco-friendly, biocompatibility and innocuous synthesis procedures. This can serve as an efficient bactericidal agent

    Relative straggle of sputtering parameters as a potential measure of power conversion efficiency of Perovskite materials

    The growing demand for electricity necessitates the development of time-efficient computational methods in search of better solar energy-harvesting materials. One challenge has been ways to improve the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of potential harvesters.In this paper, an ion sputtering approach was used to study the problem of estimation of the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of perovskite solar device materials through their surface sputtering signatures. This rests on a hypothesis that the similarity between the phenomenon of photon excitation from light-sensitive absorbers, leading to electricity generation, and ejection of energetic particles from sputtered surfaces, could be exploited to estimate PCE. Hence, a Monte Carlo (MC) simulation of the sputtering of surfaces of perovskite materials with energetic ions was performed; and a number of quantities that could be used for the estimation of PCE were calculated. The results indicated that the relative straggle of surface sputtering parameters of the materials could be an effective measure of the theoretical maximum power conversion efficiencies of these materials. In particular, the relative straggle of the projected range of the ions in the respective materials was found to be close to reported experimental results of PCEs in the literature
