Through this article, the author has carried out work on restorative justice, which can be a guide and concern in the pursuit of justice and the safety of children in particular. The rise in criminal acts of sexual abuse committed by children has been very serious in recent times. In compliance with the rules of the existing laws and regulations, law enforcement agencies are obliged to pursue diversion for children who are engaged in a criminal act but, in particular, for children who have committed a criminal act of fornication, no effort can be made at diversion. A child who performs a criminal act of sexual immorality shall be prosecuted in compliance with the laws in effect. In the case of children as victims of sexual immorality, it is definitely not easy to agree on criminal penalties against them, considering that they are children who also have the right to grow up and develop. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia No 35 of 2014 on the Protection of the Child and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No 11 of 2012 on the Child Criminal Justice System was also adopted in order to safeguard and secure the interests of children in conflict with that rule. The authors used qualitative descriptive methods and normative approaches in this study and included case examples to make it easier to analyze and contribute to legal remedies

Principal leadership is one of the factors that can encourage schools to be better. The leadership in question is leadership with the ideal type. In general, there are still schools whose leadership type is still not ideal. So that the school they lead is still not able to progress and develop. For example: principals are still less able to maintain school facilities; the principal has not been able to create a conducive school culture and atmosphere; principals are also less able to involve school personnel to be active in various activities at school; the principal has also not been able to direct the teachers to compose and develop the syllabus and lesson plans (Learning Implementation Plan); principals tend not to involve teachers in school committees for decision making. POTENSI ALELOPATI CAIRAN PERASAN GULMA SEBAGAI HERBISIDA HAYATI UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN GULMA PADA TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max L.)Aidil AmarPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh potensi alelopati dari gulma jenis alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica), teki (Cyperus rotundus) dan rumput grinting (Cynodon dactylon) yang berpotensi sebagai herbisida hayati untuk mengendalikan gulma pada tanaman kedelai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Gulma dan Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non Faktorial dengan 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan (kontrol, konsentrasi perasan alang-alang 10%, 20%, konsentrasi perasan teki sebanyak 10%, 20%, konsentrasi perasan rumput grinting 10%, 20%). Peubah yang diamati meliputi persentase pengendalian gulma bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus), persentase pengendalian gulma Jejarongan (Chloris barbata), bobot berangkasan basah gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot berangkasan basah gulma jejarongan (C barbata), bobot berangkasan kering gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot berangkasan kering gulma jejarongan (C barbata), keracunan tanaman, persentase kematian tanaman, tinggi tanaman kedelai, jumlah biji per tanaman kedelai dan bobot biji per tanaman kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian beberapa jenis perasan gulma berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keracunan tanaman pada 21 hari setelah aplikasi (HSA), pengendalian gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), dan jejarongan (C barbata). Sedangkan pemberian beberapa cairan perasan gulma dengan konsentrasi 10%, 20% tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot berangkasan basah gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot berangkasan basah gulma jejarongan (C barbata), bobot kering gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot kering gulma jejarongan (C barbata), kematian tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per tanaman. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Weed Science and the experiment station of Agriculture Faculty UNSYIAH Banda Aceh in May to August 2014.This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial with 7 treatments and 3 replications (controls, reeds juice concentration of 10%, 20%, the concentration of sedges juice as much as 10%, 20%, the concentration of bermuda grass juice 10%, 20% ). The parameters observed percentage of weed control spiny amaranth (Amaranthus spinosus), the percentage of weed control windmill (Chloris barbata), the weight of the wet weed spiny amaranth (A spinous), the weight of the wet weed windmill (C barbata), weight dry of spiny amaranth (A spinous), weight dry of windmill (C barbata), crops toxic, the percentage of deaths crops, height of soybean plant, number of seeds per soybean plant and weight of soybean seed per plant.The results showed that administration of some types of juice weeds affect the toxicity of plants at 21 days after application (HSA), control spiny amaranth weed (A spinous), and windmil (C barbata). While giving some weed juice liquid with a concentration of 10%, 20% showed no significant effect on plant height, weight of wet weed spiny amaranth (A spinous), the weight of the wet weed windmill (C barbata), weight of dry weed spiny amaranth (A spinous), weight of dry weeds windmill (C barbata), the death of the plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant

FILOSOFI SOSIOLOGIS GLOBALISASI DAN PEMBENTUKAN IDENTITAS KEAGAMAAN: INTERPRETASI GERAKAN HT

Artikel ini membuktikan ambiguisitas dan ambivalensi identitas HTI dalam menyikapi globalisasi yang dibuktikan dengan beberapa variabel. Ideologi khilafah yang menjadi misi HTI membawa konsep diferensialisme kultural. Artikel ini menggunakan teori globalisasi Appadurai (1996), yang menjelaskan unsur-unsur globalisasi, yaitu, Pertama, ethnoscape (orang). Kedua, technoscape (teknologi). Ketiga,  financescape (modal). Keempat, mediascape (gambar). Kelima, ideoscape (ideologi) yang merupakan idealitas yang bersifat politis yang berhubungan langsung dengan misi global yang diusungnya. Temuan dalam artikel ini yaitu: Pertama, an-Nabhani sebagai pendiri dan sekaligus ideolog Hizbut Tahrir menyerukan homogenisasi kultural dan politik dalam bentuk daulah Islam. Kedua, ideologi tertutup yang digunakan oleh HTI menyebabkan akan terjadinya perbenturan dengan ideologi lainnya. Ketiga, penguasaan terhadap media dan teknologi merupakan instrumen utama dalam penyebaran ideologi HTI. ACTUALIZE THE ISLAMIC EDUCATION VALUES IN TRAFFIC DISCIPLINE

Islamic education not only encompasses the sheer worship. The religious values of Islam are capable of covering all human activities. However, a Moslem makes use of his/her religion when dealing with his/her God. Conversely, when interacting with the environment either by humans or animals, these Islamic values are abandoned, including when on highway. As a religion of Rahmatan Lilalamin, a Moslem should necessarily be able to bring Islam to the benefit of the universe. On the highway, a Moslem should be able to demonstrate the Islamic behavior and prevent from having diverging behavior which is contrasted to Islamic values. Adherence to traffic regulations and laws should completely be reflected while on the highway. Islam has explained by its scripture, that human existence on this earth is not only to be submissive and obedient to the laws of religion, but there are government laws which are mandatory for all human beings to obey, as an effort to establish a peaceful earth. A Moslem should become a pioneer of discipline on the highway when a lot of people ignore the applicable regulations. A Moslem should be served as an example of traffic turmoil and chaos when on highway. A Moslem should convey the values of Islam to the fellow Moslems and the followers of different religions, anytime and anywhere including on highway.
