The problem that happened was the decreasing performance of PDAM
"Tirtha Darma" employee of Rembang Regency which can be seen from the
decrease of employee performance index every year from 2012 until 2016. Based
on the preliminary interview, two variables that influence the performance of
organizational justice and organizational commitment are expected. This study
aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and organizational
commitment to the performance of PDAM employees "Tirtha Darma" Kabupaten
Rembang.

"Tirtha Darma", Rembang regency, amounting to 104 people. The sampling
technique used is the census. Samples taken are all Regional Water Company
"Tirtha Darma", Regency of Rembang which amounted to 104 people. Methods of
data collection in this study using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using
multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of research, organizational justice and
organizational commitment have a positive effect on the performance of PDAM
"Tirtha Darma" employee of Rembang Regency. Performance of PDAM
employees "Tirtha Darma" Kabupaten Rembang is able to be explained by
organizational justice and organizational commitment of 58,4%
Shuttle/spacelab MMAP/electromagnetic environment experiment phase B definition study
Progress made during the first five months of the Phase B definition study for the MMAP/Electromagnetic Environment Experiment (EEE) was described. An antenna/receiver assembly has been defined and sized for stowing in a three pallet bay area in the shuttle. Six scanning modes for the assembly are analyzed and footprints for various antenna sizes are plotted. Mission profiles have been outlined for a 400 km height, 57 deg inclination angle, circular orbit. Viewing time over 7 geographical areas are listed. Shuttle interfaces have been studied to determine what configuration the antenna assembly must have to be shared with other experiments of the Microwave Multi-Applications Payload (MMAP) and to be stowed in the shuttle bay. Other results reported include a frequency plan, a proposed antenna subsystem design, a proposed receiver design, preliminary outlines of the experiment controls and an analysis of on-board and ground data processing schemes
Analysis of Factors Affecting Business Performance: Empirical Study of Hospitals in East Java
Purpose: Hospitalization in Indonesia continued to increase by 5.2% per year in 2018, with the most significant number of hospitals in Indonesia being in the province of East Java. However, Indonesia is the most important contributor to overseas medical visits. Total expenses reach IDR 161 trillion/year (US$ 11.5 billion/year), and 80% of visits are to Malaysia, where every year, million Indonesian citizens (WNI) seek treatment abroad. Of this amount, the total costs incurred reached IDR 97 trillion. This becomes a question, what triggers Indonesian citizens to seek treatment abroad? This study aims to analyze the factors that influence business performance in hospitals in East Java.
Methods: This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 62 respondents. Respondents in this study were hospital leaders in East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with the analysis in this study using Smart PLS.
Result: the results show that environmental uncertainties hurt the business performance of the hospital. This result is due to environmental uncertainties being a broad factor, difficult to predict either individually or collectively. However, environmental uncertainties have a significant positive effect on strategic orientation. Environmental uncertainties have a negative and significant effect on managerial capability. Meanwhile, strategic direction and managerial capability have a positive and significant effect on the business performance of hospitals in East Java
Article Patellar aneurysmal bone cyst in children: A case report
An aneurysmal bone cyst is rare in the patella. We report the case of a 9 year-old boy who presented with chronic pain and no previous traumahistory. Treatment included curettage of the cyst and filling with a iliac bone graft. Ten months after surgery, the knee was mobile and painlessand graft incorporation was good.Key words: Patellar, aneurysm, cyst, bone, childre
Antitrypanosomal, Antitopoisomerase-I, and Cytotoxic Biological Evaluation of Some African Plants Belonging to Crassulaceae; Chemical Profiling of Extract Using UHPLC/QTOF-MS/MS
In our continuous study for some African plants as a source for antitrypanosomally and cytotoxic active drugs, nine different plants belonging to the Crassulaceae family have been selected for the present study. Sedum sieboldii leaves extract showed an antitrypanosomal activity against Trypanosoma brucei with an IC50 value of 8.5 µg/mL. In addition, they have cytotoxic activities against (HCT-116), (HEPG-2) and (MCF-7), with IC50 values of 28.18 ± 0.24, 22.05 ± 0.66, and 26.47 ± 0.85 µg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, the extract displayed inhibition against Topoisomerase-1 with an IC50 value of 1.31 µg/mL. It showed the highest phenolics and flavonoids content among the other plants’ extracts. In order to identify the secondary metabolites which may be responsible for such activities, profiling of the polar secondary metabolites of S. sieboldii extract via Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to High-Resolution QTOF-MS operated in negative and positive ionization modes, which revealed the presence of 46 metabolites, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, anthocyanidins, coumarin, and other metabolites
