Recurso Electr?nicoEste trabajo de investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo desarrollar el concepto sujeto sexuado, a trav?s del juego y las TIC herramienta did?ctica para formar la sexualidad en las ni?as. La investigaci?n fue realizada como trabajo de grado en la Universidad del Tolima, en el programa de Licenciatura en Pedagog?a Infantil, desarrollado en el Municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal Risaralda, en grado primero. El Proyecto fue dise?ado en la l?nea de investigaci?n, acci?n participaci?n, el cual se trabaj? en dos fases, la primera en punto a la observaci?n detallada de los discursos pedag?gicos; en la segunda fase se dio a conocer el Proyecto Pedag?gico de aula llamado ?Jugando y cyber investigando descubro mi cuerpo?. Se llev? a cabo a trav?s de tres n?cleos con actividades innovadoras y se integr? con las habilidades art?sticas, cient?ficas y corporales que desarrollaron las ni?as para descubrir su cuerpo y su ser sexuado. El trabajo fue de gran valor, y se pretende que este Proyecto Pedag?gico de Aula se replique en otras Instituciones Educativas, donde se vinculen familia, sociedad y escuela en la formaci?n y orientaci?n de los educandos, para contribuir al desarrollo de sus dimensiones y su personalidad. Palabras claves: ser sexuado, juego, TIC y Proyecto Pedag?gico de AulaThe main objective of our paper was to develop the concept of the sexual being through games and the ICT as a didactical tool to develop sexuality in boys and girls. This investigation was carried out as a final degree Project and as prerequisitefor the Bachelor in Pedagogy at University of Tolima and it was conducted in Santa Rosa municipality with first grade students. This Project framed in the effective participation line was developed in two phases. The first phase was a detailed observation focused on pedagogical speeches and during the second phase our Pedagogical Classroom Project, titled ?Through games and web search, I am able to discover my own body?, became known. This Project was implemented in three pedagocical stages, within innovative activities attached to artistic, scientific and physical habilities that the students could develop, in order to discover their bodies and their sexual beings. This is a significant paper, due to the fact that this could be multiplied in other Educative Institutions and scolar grades. To this, family members, society in general and Educative institutions must be involved, thus, to contribute to child?s dimensions and personality development. Desarrollo moral e índice de pensamiento post-convencional en estudiantes de grado décimo y undécimo en la ciudad de Manizales

Maestría en Educación desde la Diversidad, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas.En el presente artículo se muestran los resultados de estudio sobre el desarrollo moral e índice de pensamiento post-convencional en estudiantes, con el fin de conocer el estadio predominante del desarrollo moral y el índice de pensamiento post-convencional en relación con las variables de sexo, edad y escolaridad en estudiantes de grado décimo y undécimo de dos instituciones educativas de carácter privado en la ciudad de Manizales. El estudio, de enfoque cuantitativo, se enmarca en un diseño descriptivo, no experimental. La recolección de datos se realizó a través del Defining Issues Test (DIT) de James Rest (1993) en su versión corta. Se encontró que para la muestra seleccionada, el estadio predominante más frecuente fue el 4, correspondiente al nivel convencional y que se relaciona con una moral de sistema social y de conciencia, que se guía por el cumplimiento del propio deber aceptado y dar una base a las leyes. Se evidenció igualmente, que no hay diferencias reveladoras en las variables de edad y escolaridad con relación al índice post-convencional, sin embargo se puede suponer que posiblemente hay presencia de razonamiento post-convencional desde edades tempranas. Así mismo, los resultados expusieron cómo el índice de pensamiento post-convencional muestra una tendencia evolutiva en los estadios de desarrollo moral que se incrementa en la medida en que los estudiantes se acercan o se encuentran estadios post-convencionales

Aplicación de los SIG para la evaluación del estado de conservación del hábitat del Paujil De Pico Azul Crax Alberti (Aves: Cracidae) en el Nororiente de Antioquia, Colombia

El paujil de pico azul, Crax alberti, es un ave endémica del norte de Colombia en peligro crítico de extinción, sometida a la pérdida del hábitat y a la cacería de subsistencia como principales amenazas. Se desarrolló una aplicación de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) para comparar el estado de conservación de las áreas de bosque, hábitat del paujil de pico azul, en 15 municipios de la región del nororiente de Antioquia en dos períodos de tiempo diferentes (1986 y 2002). La aplicación desarrollada que incorpora información cartográfica digital permitió clasificar ocho zonas definidas en el área de estudio para realizar un análisis de las prioridades de conservación. Se formularon, además, algunas recomendaciones para futuras aplicaciones de SIG como herramienta para la gestión de la conservación de especies amenazadas en Colombia.The blue-billed curassow, Crax alberti, is a critically endangered endemic bird from the northern part of Colombia, mainly subjected to habitat loss and subsistence hunting. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were used to compare the conservation status of forested areas, habitat of the blue-billed curassow, in 15 municipalities of the northeastern region of Antioquia for two different time periods (1986 and 2002). The developed application using digital cartography, allowed the classification of eight zones defined for the study area in order to analyze conservation priorities. Recommendations are made as well for future applications of GIS as a management tool for threatened species in Colombia

Los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) en la planificación municipal

En el presente trabajo se revisan las experiencias con la tecnología de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) que han tenido diferentes municipios y entidades estatales del Oriente Antioqueño y el Valle de Aburrá, identificando las condiciones que han favorecido y dificultado su apropiación como herramienta cotidiana. Se muestran las bondades de la tecnología desde una perspectiva sencilla, al alcance de casi cualquier municipio. Con base en las experiencias de los municipios que desde hace ya algunos años entraron en el proceso de apropiación de esta herramienta, se muestra cómo la información que se recopila a diario puede ser fácilmente organizada, analizada y visualizada para la toma de decisiones de planificación con ayuda de la herramienta, partiendo de lo simple para ir robusteciendo el sistema en la medida en que se adquiere experiencia y familiaridad con ella. Se presentan los programas y funciones de uso más frecuente en Colombia y se describe la problemática de la disponibilidad de datos confiables de entrada y el flujo de información entre la autoridad local, regional y nacional que intervienen en el ordenamiento territorial, condición que se considera clave para dar coherencia a los procesos de planificación.A review of the experiences with GIS technology that different municipalities and governmental institutions in the Oriente Antioqueño and Valle de Aburrá regions have had is presented here, identifying conditions that have made its appropriation in a daily basis easier or more difficult. The advantages of GIS technology are shown here from a simple perspective, achievable practically by any municipality or governmental institution. Based on the experiences of municipalities that for several years have been in the process of using this tool, it is shown how general data that are daily obtained can be easily organized, analyzed, and visualized for decision making in planning helped by GIS technology, starting from simple systems, and making them stronger as experience and familiarity with the technology is gained. The most used GIS software and functions in Colombia are presented, as well as a description of the problem of reliable data availability and interaction between governmental institutions, since this is considered a chief condition for consistent planning processes

Una mirada prospectiva de la industria Risaraldense camino a la industria 4.0 : plan tecnológico 2020–2030 Centro de Diseño e Innovación Tecnológico Industrial

Se presenta el plan tecnológico del Centro de Diseño e Innovación Tecnológico Industrial del SENA para la vigencia 2002 - 2030. Comprende el análisis y diagnóstico de la industria risaraldense, sus necesidades y tendencias, con enfoque a la industria 4.0. Se provee información para: identificar tecnologías y ocupaciones emergentes que permitan anticipar la definición de perfiles de instructores, determinar requerimientos de modernización de infraestructura física y tecnológica del Centro de formación, actualizar, crear o eliminar programas de formación, establecer el tipo de formación, servicios tecnológicos e innovación que el centro de formación ofrecerá en un horizonte de 10 años e identificar los proyectos y actores estratégicos para el centro de formación.The technological plan of the SENA Industrial Technological Design and Innovation Center for the period 2002-2030 is presented. It includes the analysis and diagnosis of the Risaralda industry, its needs and trends, with a focus on industry 4.0. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. Geographic patterns of tree dispersal modes in Amazonia and their ecological correlates

Aim: To investigate the geographic patterns and ecological correlates in the geographic distribution of the most common tree dispersal modes in Amazonia (endozoochory, synzoochory, anemochory and hydrochory). We examined if the proportional abundance of these dispersal modes could be explained by the availability of dispersal agents (disperser-availability hypothesis) and/or the availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits (resource-availability hypothesis). Time period: Tree-inventory plots established between 1934 and 2019. Major taxa studied: Trees with a diameter at breast height (DBH) ≥ 9.55 cm. Location: Amazonia, here defined as the lowland rain forests of the Amazon River basin and the Guiana Shield. Methods: We assigned dispersal modes to a total of 5433 species and morphospecies within 1877 tree-inventory plots across terra-firme, seasonally flooded, and permanently flooded forests. We investigated geographic patterns in the proportional abundance of dispersal modes. We performed an abundance-weighted mean pairwise distance (MPD) test and fit generalized linear models (GLMs) to explain the geographic distribution of dispersal modes. Results: Anemochory was significantly, positively associated with mean annual wind speed, and hydrochory was significantly higher in flooded forests. Dispersal modes did not consistently show significant associations with the availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits. A lower dissimilarity in dispersal modes, resulting from a higher dominance of endozoochory, occurred in terra-firme forests (excluding podzols) compared to flooded forests. Main conclusions: The disperser-availability hypothesis was well supported for abiotic dispersal modes (anemochory and hydrochory). The availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits seems an unlikely explanation for the distribution of dispersal modes in Amazonia. The association between frugivores and the proportional abundance of zoochory requires further research, as tree recruitment not only depends on dispersal vectors but also on conditions that favour or limit seedling recruitment across forest types
