    Abstract: Quality education can provide many benefits if implemented properly. To ensure the implementation of quality national education, in 2016 Indonesia began implementing a teacher and community empowerment program through KIAT Guru. The implementation of the KIAT program was not comprehensive in Indonesia, West Kalimantan and East Nusa Tenggara Provinces were chosen as the KIAT Guru working areas for the 2016-2019 period and have been extended to over the next several years. Using survey and literature methods, this paper aims to see the implementation of KIAT Guru in Golo Terong Catholic elementary schools. In general, the implementation has followed the design that has been developed although there are weaknesses that need to be fixed so that it can be implemented properly in the future. Now there are four fundamental changes to the implementation of KIAT Guru after the Covid-19 Pandemic but they can be overcome with a good work system arrangement.     STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SCHOOL BASED-ENTERPRISE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LULUSAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

    Abstrak: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) didorong untuk mampu mengembangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan baik bagi peserta didik maupun lembaganya. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan tersebut adalah dengan membangun unit usaha sebagai sarana belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa strategi peningkatan usaha berbasis sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik triangulasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Kepala SMK Cendekia Paseh Bandung, Wakasek dan Kepala Program. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas usaha berbasis sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh aspek (1) kepemimpinan, (2) sumber daya, dan (3) kurikulum. Kepala sekolah dituntut untuk membuat gagasan strategis tentang rencana dan program sekolah. Kurikulum yang dikembangkan harus sejalan dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA agar tercipta relevansi antara Pendidikan di SMK dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektivitas usaha berbasis sekolah diperlukan kriteria kepemimpinan yang memiliki komitmen, kompetensi serta kreatif dalam mengelola sumber daya yang ada dan menciptakan inovasi-inovasi dalam program sekolah. Abstract:  Vocational high schools (SMK) are encouraged to be able to develop entrepreneurial competencies for both students and their institutions. One form of developing entrepreneurial competence is to build a business unit as a means of student learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze strategies for improving school-based businesses to improve the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative research model. The subjects in the study were the head of SMK Cendekia Paseh Bandung, the vice principal, and the head of the program. The results of this study concluded that the effectiveness of school-based enterprises is strongly influenced by aspects of (1) leadership, (2) resources, and (3) curriculum. Principals are required to make strategic decisions about school plans and programs. The developed curriculum must be in line with DUDIKA's needs in order to create relevance between education in SMK and DUDIKA's needs. So to increase the effectiveness of school-based businesses, leadership criteria are needed that are committed, competent, and creative in managing existing resources and creating innovations in school programs

    Does Multicultural School Leadership Foster a Multicultural Teacher Culture?: The Mediating Role of Multicultural Inspiration, Personality, and Attitude

    Multiculturalism in the school environment is challenging for all educational systems. This study examines the effect of multicultural school leadership on multicultural teacher culture and determines mediating effects of multicultural inspiration, personality, and attitude. A quantitative research approach using a cross-sectional survey was used for this study. The population and sample of this study were school principals and high school teachers in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The participants were a total of 357 individuals. Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling (SEM) using the software AMOS 24. The results show that multicultural school leadership directly influences multicultural teacher culture. This study also highlights multicultural inspiration, multicultural personality, and multicultural attitude as factors that mediate the effect of multicultural school leadership on multicultural teacher culture. This study makes a practical and theoretical contribution, especially by providing data to support the improvement of multicultural teacher culture and the importance of multicultural leadership of school leaders in influencing these factors through multicultural inspiration, personality, and attitude

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pengelolaan sarana prasarana kantor pada salah satu perusahaan. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana kantor perlu dilakukan dengan baik dan berkala agar peralatan, perlengkapan, dan ruang kantor tetap dalam keadaan baik dan siap pakai sehingga kegiatan bekerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan permasalahan yang terjadi seperti peralatan dan perlengkapan kantor yang tidak disimpan dan dirawat dengan baik serta tidak dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala. Terlebih lagi, ruang penyimpanan peralatan kantor kurang terawat dan minim penerangan serta terdapat kebocoran pada ruang arsip.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) berbasis komputer yang ada di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM); (2) mengetahui keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM; dan (3) mengetahui hubungan SIM berbasis komputer terhadap keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas di lingkungan UM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan responden pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu; (1) tingkat pelaksanaan SIM berbasis komputer yang terdiri atas hardware, software, database, prosedur, jaringan telekomunikasi dan brainware di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM tergolong tinggi; (2) tingkat keefektifan kinerja pegawai yang terdiri atas kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, dan pemanfaatan waktu kerja di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM tergolong tinggi; dan (3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara SIM berbasis komputer dan keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM

    Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat niat berwirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki, (2) untuk mengetahui tingkat niat berwirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan. berdasarkan jenis kelamin siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian komparatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel di setiap fakultas di Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 381 mahasiswa. Analisis deskriptif dan independent sample t-test dengan SPSS 24 merupakan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.     Digital principal instructional leadership in new normal era

    The needs for new knowledge and skill are driven by several factors and two most general are indefinite nature of SARS-CoV-2 and the need for alternative ways for students’ instruction during pandemic era. The two factors require principal to take their role differently. This study aimed to describe model of digital principal instructional leadership in new normal era. This was a quantitative study by using structural relation model, involved 290 teachers as sample of this study. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) of AMOS 24.0. The study findings provided solid evidence that model of digital principal instructional leadership in new normal era is supported by field data. They also showed that respondents identify three crucial factors influencing the success of digital principal instructional leadership in new era. They are supporting online learning, proactive reducing issues of learning from home, and leading and managing virtual schools. Instructional leader should have adaptive capacity and flexibility to learn and develop during crisis. They should be able to give more effective response to overcome future challenges faced by the school institution

    ANALISIS HUBUNGAN COST EFECTIVENESS MAHASISWA PENGHUNI ASRAMA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR

    This study aims to, (1) determine the cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students, who are in the faculties of the State University of Malang (UM); (2) knowing student achievement in UM environment faculties; and (3) knowing the relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students to study achievement in UM faculties. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The instrument of this study was to use the Google form survey assistance with respondent are students of UM dormitory in UM environmental faculties. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of cost effectiveness analysis of the occupants of UM student dormitory residing in the faculties of the State University of Malang is classified as a rarity that uses cost effectiveness analysis in managing finances for dormitory and educational needs; (2) the level of learning achievement that is spread in all faculties at the State University of Malang tends to be poor; and (3) the results of the study show that there is a relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM student dormitory students on learning achievement

    Strategy to Determine the Priority of Teachers' Quality Problem Using USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) Matrix

    The purpose of this study is to know, (1) identify the problem of teachers’ and educational personnel, (2) the application of USG matrix method, and (3) the impact of the problems of the educator components and education in learning at integrated islamic primary school. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research performs analysis using the matrix theory Urgency, Seriousness and Growth (USG). The site of this research is at SD Islam Terpadu Robbani Malang Regency, Indonesia. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and library studies. The analysis of the data in the get resulted in the findings that correspond to the problems faced by the school. The results of the study are (1) problems that cause low PTK (Teachers and Educational Personnel) values i.e. teacher qualifications are not appropriate, teachers do not have a certificate of teachers’, and teachers do not teach in accordance with educational background, (2) problems that must be resolved in advance that (a) the teachers do not teach in accordance and (b) learners are lacking in receiving learning

    ANALISIS PROSPEKTIF KEBIJAKAN PENGHAPUSAN PEMBELAJARAN CALISTUNG PADA KELAS RENDAH SEKOLAH DASAR

    Abstract : The purpose of this study was to describe the prospect policy, forecast future policy, and compile policy recommendations of the elimination of “calistung” learning policies in the lower classes of elementary schools in Malang city. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study analyzed using the public policy prospective analysis theory from Dunn. This research in collecting data using interview techniques, and study reference. The key informant is the principal and additional informants namely the teacher and parents of students. The findings of the study are (1) The core of the substantive problem of policy is the problem of skills student and school curriculum; (2) The results of policy forecasting show the competitiveness of students towards “calistung” is slow; and (3) Policy recommendations made by the education authorities should immediately formulate policy guidelines, and schools can get around the “calistung” program by inserting on character building or educational games. Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan prospek kebijakan, meramalkan masa depan kebijakan, dan menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan penghapusan pembelajaran calistung pada kelas rendah sekolah dasar di kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis menggunakan teori analisis prospektif kebijakan publik dari Dunn. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan kajian kepustakaan. Key Informan yakni kepala sekolah dan informan tambahan yakni guru dan orang tua siswa. Temuan dari penelitianyakni (1) Inti permasalahan substantif kebijakan yaitu masalah kecakapan dan kurikulum sekolah; (2) Hasil peramalan kebijakan menunjukkan daya cakap siswa terhadap calistung lambat; dan (3) Rekomendasi kebijakan dilakukan dinas pendidikan seyogyanya segera menyusun panduan kebijakan, serta sekolah dapat menyiasati program calistung dengan menyisipkan pada pembinaan karakter atau permainan edukasi
