Manpower is nowadays addressed as an infinite resource and the drive of any development. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs, in particular, play a significant role in the economic development process. The present study aims at investigating the relationship between time management, self-efficacy and entrepreneurship among Technical School students. The population under study is comprised of all the students majoring in the Female School of Technical Arts in Ramsar in the academic year 2011 – 2012. 150 of which were selected through cluster random sampling as the research sample. The participants responded to the Time Management, general Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial questionnaires enjoying the validity of 86%, 6/80% and 90%, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed employing multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings indicated a positive significant relationship between time management, self-efficacy and entrepreneurship among students (p<0.01). Time management and self-efficacy could explain 8% of the variance occurred in entrepreneurship

Risk Management Like other fields of knowledge management and its application utilize specific knowledge, instructions, regulations and principles to achieve predefined predictions and objectives. Risk management has developed principles and procedures that individuals, enterprises (commercial and industrial), insurance companies and governments can use to perform the foresight task of assessing, controlling and financing losses based on the systematic risk management approach. To this end, it is always working to answer two fundamental questions about the likely future consequences of the risk management criteria, securing organizations and investments against risks and losses requires the formation of an intellectual and practical system that integrates risk-based policymaking. The study show  that insurance companies with great risk management have better return on equity and better performance in other key business factors in comparison with competitors who do not provide good importance to risk management

Relationship between corporate governance and company performance is an important topic in Accounting. Performance of an economic company depends on different factors. One of them is corporate governance which has a greet effect on performance. Our purpose is to study the relationship between corporate governance and accounting measures of performance of the accepted companies in Tehran stock exchange. In our study corporate governance is an independent variable and accounting measure of performance is a dependant variable. Considering limited samples, 109 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange have been reviewed since 2006 to 2010 accounting to the ranking of the data. To test the hypothesis we have used the Spearman correlation coefficient for measurement of the impact of controlled variables on the relationship of independent chi-square test. Findings show that there is no meaningful relationship between percentage of independent directors of board and company performance while company performance has a meaningful relationship with institutional investors

Presenting a New Method Based on Branch Placement for Optimal Placement of Phasor Measurement Units

In this paper, a new method based on branch placement for the optimal positioning of Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) in power systems is proposed. In this method, the PMUs are in type of single-channel and are installed at the beginning of the branches. Therefore, they are able to measure the bus voltages. Also, the installation of the PMUs on the branches increases the security of observability in comparison to the bus placement method at the time of line or PMU outages. In this paper, the Genetic Algorithm (GA) method is used to solve the optimization problem. The proposed method is applied to IEEE 30-bus and 24-bus case study networks. In addition, the method is tested on a real 400 kV network in Iran

Abstract. In this research, we are looking for an appropriate answer to the question of whether job burnout can be considered as a factor in reducing job performance for employees. The purpose of this study was to measure burnout components and to investigate its relationship with employees' performance components in Social Security Organization in Tehran Province. This research is a descriptive-survey method. Using a suitable sampling method, a sample of 200 individuals was selected. The collected data were analyzed using correlation test. The results show that in general, job burnout has a significant effect on reducing employees' performance. Performance factors that affect burnout are: ability level, level of perception, motivation, evaluation, performance, perceived environmental fitness; also, various components of burnout, including emotional exhaustion, isolation and individual failure, also affect the performance of employees. Of course, the effect of burnout on perceived organizational components and credibilitywas not confirmed. Keywords: Job Burnout, Job Performance, Social Security Organization in Tehran Province

Introduction: Diabetes is a metabolic disorder groupreferred as a “silent epidemic”. Teachers’ justification attraining courses and explaining health promoting behaviorsto students can develop these behaviors to the communityand improve the health status of the general publicin the long term. Therefore, by examining the healthpromotingbehaviors in this community playing the mostimportant role in promoting knowledge, we can take stepsto enhance the level of public health in diabetic people.Methodology: This research is a retrospective cross-sectionalstudy in which 200 teachers of different levels ofeducation in southwestern of Iran participated. The PenderHealth Promotion Model Questionnaire was used to collectinformation. Results: 108 (54%) of participants were male and 92 (46%)of them were female. Their mean age was 39.95±7.25.The highest score of the questionnaire among these behaviorsbelonged to spiritual growth (24.81) and the lowestscore (13.13) belonged to interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the necessityof interventions, especially with an emphasis on physicalactivity and interpersonal relationships among teachersis necessary. Appropriate planning and application of themin eliminating the barriers, development and expansion offacilities, encouragement of people through health educationcan be the appropriate interventions in this regard

This paper process DWT-differential analysis for optimal relay coordination issue for the microgrid. This solution works for grid-connected as well as the disconnected mode of operation. Coordination among relays of the microgrid is a complex part to handle, as the insertion of DG causes a bidirectional flow of current. Advanced protection methods involving DWT analysis of fault current can provide intelligent and smart ways of protection. Previous work has been applied with the differential algorithm on grid-connected and islanded mode, but one major deficiency is an increase in operating time of primary and secondary relay, which further decreases the reliability of Microgrid. The proposed system relies on DWT-differential Analysis based approach, which removes all unwanted noise and bandwidth from fault signal and differential analysis helps to select the best pair of a relay. The problem is formulated as a Non-linear programming constraint to minimize overall operating Relay time. The Scheme is tested with IEEE-9 bus system. The comparative analysis is carried out with two traditional methods, the result shows that it achieves a remarkable reduction in operating time in the primary and backup relay
