MULTICULTURALISM AND SUBCULTURAL IN INDONESIA GENERAL ELECTION 2019

The issue of multiculturalism and subcultural are developing in the even of Indonesian election in 2019 such as democracy, equality in the fields of law, social, political, and cultural, human rights, honesty, justice, political choice, and unfair legal enforcement, so that people tend to split. The problem of this research is what are the cultural perceptions of the Jakarta multicultural community toward the events of the 2019 Election?The case studied was 2019 Elecion and primary data was obtained through interview with 8 informants from Javanese, Batak, Sundanese, Bugis, Chinese, and Betawi subculturs, then confirm by intercultural communication experts, Alo Liliweri. Data were analyzing using Miles and Hubermans models.The result showed that the cultural perception of Jakarta multicultural community was based on subcultural perception, in which Javanese, Batak, and Chinese subcultures tended to support Jokowi, while the Sunda, Betawi, and Bugis subcultures tended to support Prabowo. Nonverbal behavior of subcultural member s regarding 2019 election is oriented towards Dominant Cultures or Indonesian National Culture as parta of Eastern Culture, and also influenced by their family background, profession and personal character.

Strategi Humas PT. Suryacipta Swadaya Untuk Meningkatkan dan Mempertahankan Citra Terhadap Warga Desa Kutanegara–Karawang Timur

The development of industry in Indonesia is very rapid, including the Suryacipta industrial area which is located in the East Karawang-West Java area. Area expansion has always been on the company's agenda in business development efforts, but it have the possibility of causing environmental problems that will affect the demographics of the people around the area. Therefore, the company must try to improve its image by carrying out environmental and other social responsibility programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations strategy of PT. Suryacipta Swadaya in increase and maintaining its image, the obstacles faced, and solutions to solve it. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods, data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of the study that PT. Suryacipta Swadaya in general still has a positive image of the people of Kutanegara village by carrying out several public relations strategies that refer to the public relations strategy according to Anwar Arifin. But behind it still leaves environmental and social problems that do not appear on the surface which can potentially become conflicts in the community and can disrupt the stability of industrial areas. Even though, a positive image can be maintained because the majority of people get the economic benefits of the existence of the industrial area. The suggestions given in this research for PT. GAYA KOMUNIKASI CAPRES JOKO WIDODO DAN PRABOWO SUBIANTO PADA PILPRES 2014

Style of communication sometimes can be more important than the content (content) ofcommunication. Many people who understand the content well, but not until the communicationmessage is received or not others because of the inability to convey the message properly. In thecontext of the organization of the state, in order to create a quality relationships between cabinetand people in general to the president, the president needs to develop specific communicationstyles that are part of the character of his personality so that it can contribute to the effectivenessof his administration. The issue to be observed is how the communication style tendencies Jokowiand Prabowo as a presidential candidate in the 2014 presidential election and the communicationstyle based on whether they can be examined personality traits. Norton suggests ten style ofcommunication that is dominant, dramatic, animated expressive, open, argumentative, relaxed,friendly, precise and leaving an impression. Tubbs and Moss mentions six communication stylethat is the controlling style, the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, and thewithdrawal style. Nutrient Digestibility and Productivity of Bali Cattle Fed Fermented Hymenachne Amplexia­calis Based Rations Supplemented with Leucaena Leucocephala

An experiment was conducted to study the effects of lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) leaf supplementation in fermented kumpai grass (Hymenachne amplexia­calis) based rations on the productivity of Bali cattle. Variables measured were dry matter and organic matter intakes, nutrient digestibility (dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and crude fiber), body weight gain, and feed efficiency. The types of rations were: Ration A= 45% fermented kumpai grass + 40% benggala grass + 15% concentrate + 0% lamtoro leaf, Ration B= 45% fermented kumpai grass + 30% benggala grass + 15% concentrate + 10% lamtoro leaf, Ration C= 45% fermented kumpai grass + 20% benggala grass + 15% concentrate + 20% lamtoro leaf, and Ration D= 45% fermented kumpai grass + 10% benggala grass + 15% concentrate + 30% lamtoro leaf. The supplementation of lamtoro leaf up to 30% into the ration could increase (P<0.05) dry matter and organic matter intakes, and crude protein digestibility. The highest body weight gain and feed efficiency were found in Bali cattle fed ration with 20% lamtoro leaf supplementation. The level of lamtoro leaf supplementation in the ration did not affect the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, and crude fiber. It was concluded that the supplementation of lamtoro leaf in the ration could increase dry matter, organic matter, and crude protein intakes. Addition of 20% lamtoro leaf gave the best effect on the increased body weight gain and feed efficiency in Bali cattle

ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AND ZAKAT COLLECTION UNITS

This research is a causal quantitative research. The subjects of the study were employees and zakat collection units (UPZ) of Baznas Padang Pariaman Regency and the objects were transformational leadership, work motivation and performance. The population in this study is 75 employees and zakat collection units (UPZ) of Baznas Padang Pariaman Regency. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: First, transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance with an influence of 72.8% Second transformational leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, contribution of influence by 70.0%, third transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence relationship of 61.7%, fourth Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence relationship by 34.2%

Analysis of Human Resource Management of Educators in Public Elementary Schools

The problem in this study is the importance of human resource management in improving the professionalism of educators. This study aims to analyze in depth the human resource management of educators carried out in public elementary schools with a research focus on human resource management of educators. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed referring to Miles and Huberman with the following steps data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. Data validity uses source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management of teaching staff in public elementary schools has been well implemented as seen from management activities, namely (1) planning in the form of staffing plans and short, medium and long term programs. (2) organizing is done through recruitment, orientation, placement and assignment. (3) actuating is done by means of training and development, performance appraisal, and career planning. ANALISA ASPEK REPRODUKSI IKAN TOMAN (Channa micropeltes) DI SUNGAI BELIDA KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM

Management of snakehead fish resources in swamp waters need to be done to anticipate a decline in stock in the waters. At this time the area where snakehead fish still have an abundant population is in southern sumatera, precisely in the Belida River, Muara Enim Regency. Until now there has been no information regarding the reproductive aspects of snakehead fish, their location and spawning season. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the reproductive aspect of snakehead fish which includes sex ratio, gonad maturity level. Gonad maturity index and egg fecundity. The research was conducted in September-December 2019. The location was determined based on the natural conditions of the Belida River and human activities. Fish sampels were caught using experimental gill nets with ½ mash net size. Sampling of fish is done every 4 months with a time interval of once a month. The resuls of study in the male and female fish ratio 1,6:1. This ratio consisted of 109 fish (62,3%) and 66 female fish (37,7%). Gonadal maturity indeks  for male snakehead fish ranged from 0,21 to 0,86, while female snakehead fish ranged from 1,18 to 2,30. snakehead fish egg fecundity were 24.786 eggs with a diameter of 2,20 – 2,5

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Informatika Melalui E-Learning untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui e-learning yang memudahkan siswa kelas x di SMAN 1 Pagelaran dalam memahami konsep algoritma dan pemrograman yang selama ini menjadi masalah bagi siswa karena metode pembelajaran yang belum tepat dan belum memanfaatkan sumber belajar yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono, penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai pada 6 tahap yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain  produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain,  uji coba produk. Pada uji validasi ahli media mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,46  dengan keterangan media layak, dan pada hasil pengujian oleh ahli materi rata-rata 3,58 dikatakan bahwa materi layak untuk digunakan, pada uji kemenarikan elearning yang dilakukan kepada 10 responden terdiri dari siswa dan guru mendapat nilai rata-rata 88% menunjukkan klasifikasi bahwa media e-learning sangat menarik digunakan untuk meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam mata pelajatan informatika pada  materi algoritma dan pemrograman.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop learning media through e-learning that makes it easy for students of class X at SMAN 1 Pagelaran to understand the concepts of algorithms and programming that have been a problem for students because of the learning methods that are not appropriate and do not utilize existing learning resources. The method used in this development is Research and Development (R&D) developed by Sugiyono, this research only reached 6 stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. In the media expert validation test the average value of 3.46 with media information is appropriate to use, and the results of testing by material experts on average 3.58 said that the material is suitable for use in the product interesting test conducted on 10 respondents consisting of students and teachers got an average value of 88% shows the classification e-learning media is very interesting to be used to improve students' creative thinking on informatics subjects on algorithmic and programming

Sekolah Efektif, Learning Organization, dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah

Pentingnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru dan implementasi learning organization untuk mencapai sekolah efektif. Hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi dasar untuk menentukan rumusan kebijakan dalam pendidikan untuk meningkatkan manajemen sekolah, khususnya manajemen penyelenggaraan di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sekolah efektif, learning organization, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 guru PAUD yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data melalui Uji Statistik Nonparametric Correlations menggunakan SPSS Version 25. Hasil penelitian: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sekolah efektif, learning organization, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Pelaksanaan sekolah efektif dan implementasi learning organization semakin baik seiring dengan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual Berbasis SAVI Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok (Gaya Ortodok) Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran materi atletik lompat jauh gaya jongkok ( gaya ortodok) kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dilatar belakangi oleh kebutuhan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Tahapan utama dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah (1) pengumpulan informasi dan penelitian pendahuluan; (2) perencanaan; (3) pengembangan produk; (4) pengujian terbatas, dan (5) revisi produk akhir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 5 (Lima) guru dan 5 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis SAVI untuk meningkatkan prestasi lompat jauh gaya jongkok (gaya ortodok) pada siswa SMP kelas VIII layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 92,5%, hasil validasi ahli desain sebesar 91,5%, hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 88,75 %, hasil tanggapan kepada guru sebesar 91,30
