    对肾上腺素自氧化反应进行了研究, 发现反应中间产物能发出较强的荧光, 其生成量受超氧化物歧化酶的抑制. 据此建立了分析超氧化物歧化酶的新方法. 该方法线性范围为0 ~52-6ng/M l, 检测限为8-56ng/Ml, 相对标准偏差为1-6 % ( n = 6) .A fluorescent method is proposed for the determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) based on epinephrine autoxidation.We found that the intermediate product of the autoxidation process of epinephrine autoxidation.Can fluoresce rather strongly at 533 nm when excited at 333 nm.The amount of SOD is linearly dependent on the extent of the decrease of the fluorescence of the immediate.Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph was linear over a range of 0~53 ng/mL SOD.The detection limit was 8 6 ng/mL SOD.The relative deviation was 1 6% for 26 ng/mL SOD ( \%n\%=6 ).国家自然科学基金!(29677014

    没食子酸衍生物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制机理

    蘑菇褐变过程主要是由于其酪氨酸酶的催化作用引起的,寻找该酶抑制剂在食品保鲜和储藏中的应用具有重要的意义.作者在实验中,发现没食子酸十二烷基酯和没食子酸香叶酯对蘑菇酪氨酸酶有较强的抑制作用,测定它们抑制蘑菇酪氨酸酶二酚酶的酶活力下降50%的抑制剂浓度(IC50)分别为1.55和0.25 mmol/L.显示没食子酸香叶酯的抑制作用强度是没食子酸十二烷基酯的6倍.研究了这两种抑制剂对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制作用动力学,结果表明:没食子酸十二烷基酯和没食子酸香叶酯对酶的抑制作用均表现为可逆反应,前者为反竞争性,其抑制常数KIS为0.636 mmol/L;而后者为混合型,抑制常数KI和KIS分别为0.133和0.453 mmol/L

    目的探讨甘露糖结合蛋白(MbP)基因突变与肝硬化及肝癌的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCr-rflP)方法和实时荧光定量PCr(fQ-PCr)技术针对代偿性肝硬化(CC)患者73例、失代偿性肝硬化(dC)患者78例、肝细胞癌(HCC)患者35例和对照组88例健康者的MbP基因第54位密码子多态性进行检测。结果 HCC组的MbP基因ggC/gAC基因型频率和gAC等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CC组、dC组MbP基因ggC/gAC基因型频率和gAC等位基因频率均显著高于HCC组和对照组(P 0.05).GAC allele frequency was also highest prevalence (36.5%) in DC group than that in CC group and HCC group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The MBP codon 54 polymorphism is associated with the progression of liver cirrhosis and might not play an important role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.福建省漳州市科技计划资助项目(Z2010085

    FT-IR spectroscopy is employed to investigate the methane dissociation and methane partial oxidation over the Rh/SiO 2 catalyst. When CH 4 is adsorbed onto the catalyst surface, it dissociates into adsorbed CH x (x=1~3) and atomic hydrogen on Rh surface. Atomic hydrogen can diffuse from Rh surface to SiO 2 surface where a proton exchange reaction of H with the surface Si-OH occurs, or it reacts with the lattice oxygen of SiO 2 to form new Si-OH

The structure of C50H10 is identified through NMR, mass spectrometry, and IR and Raman spectroscopy as a D5h symmetric closed-cage molecule with five pairs of fused pentagons stabilized by ten hydrogen atoms. UV/Vis and fluorescence spectrometric analyses disclose its optical properties as comparable with those of its chloride cousin (C50Cl10).
