    Discussion on the Treatment of Hypertension from Retained Fluid

    根据古代文献关于"饮病"和现代医学关于高血压病的认识,"饮病"与高血压病无论从临床表现还是从发病机制上都有着密切的相关性。近年来,"痰饮"成为高血压病发病的重要病因之一,并贯穿于高血压病发病的始终。五苓散、苓桂术甘汤等具有"化饮"功效的方剂在治疗高血压病的临床实践中已取得较好疗效,但始终缺乏从饮论治高血压病的辨治纲要。因此,将"饮邪"引入高血压病的致病因素之中,对其做系统性、理论性的探讨,并总结出一套治则治法,对指导临床实践具有一定的帮助。According to the ancient literature on the"retained fluid disease"and modern medicine on the understanding of hypertension,"retained fluid disease"and hypertension disease from clinical manifestations or from the pathogenesis are closely related. In recent years,"phlegm"has become one of the important causes of hypertension,and always runs through the occurrence of hypertension. Wuling Powder and Linggui Zhugan Decoction have"dispersing retained fluid"effect of the prescription in the treatment of hypertension in clinical practice to obtain good curative effect,but always a lack of debate on the treatment of hypertension from the theory of"retained fluid disease"treatment program.     通过正交设计试验,优化了青霉(Penicillium)属真菌SHZK-15产胞外布雷菲德菌素(B refeld in-A,简称BFA)的液体发酵条件。最佳的BFA发酵条件为:培养基含马铃薯200g(煮汁),葡萄糖20g,(NH4)2SO44.0g,KH2PO41.0g,MgSO4.7H2O 2.0g,CaCO35.0g,pH自然,瓶装量为100mL/250 mL,培养温度为28℃,转速为120 r/m in,培养时间为7d,BFA的最高产量可达151.6mg/L

    Phytoplankton biomarkers in surface seawater from the northern South China Sea in summer 2009 and their potential as indicators of biomass/community structure

    生物标志物已被广泛应用于重建浮游植物生产力和群落结构变化。该方法假设之一是生标的含量可以反映表层海水的浮游植物生物量,但这个假设还缺乏现场观测的充分验证。对2009年冬季南海北部表层海水颗粒物中主要生标做了分析,利用其含量及比值研究浮游植物的生物量及群落结构的分布。生标含量表明硅藻、甲藻、颗石藻的高值区位于珠江口南部及广东沿岸,在陆坡区也有高值。生标比值显示硅藻在3个类群中的相对比例最高。其中,甲藻/硅藻比值高值区位于陆坡区,这与大洋水(黑潮)的入侵,带来大量暖水性甲藻有很大关系;颗石藻/硅藻比值总体趋势与生物量的分布相反,在近岸少数站位有高值,向外海逐渐增加,主要是因为颗石藻更适于寡营养盐的环境。生标结果所指示的生物量及群落结构的空间分布与前人的调查结果类似,为利用生标重建此区域的浮游植物生产力和群落结构变化提供了依据。Biomarkers have been widely used to reconstruct phytoplankton productivity based on the assumption that biomarker contents could reflect phytoplankton productivity in the surface seawater.However,this hypothesis has not been validated with modern survey.In this study,the contents and ratios of three phytoplankton biomarkers in the surface seawater of the northern South China Sea in winter 2009 were analyzed,to indicate spatial distributions of phytoplankton biomass and community structure.The results show high values for diatoms,dinoflagellates and coccolithophorids near the Pearl River Estuary and Guangdong coastal areas.The community structure indicates diatoms are the dominant phytoplankton species in winter.High values of dinoflagellate/diatom ratio occur near the slope area owing to intrusion of the Kuroshio,which favors the growth of dinoflagellates.The coccolithophorid/diatom ratio displays an increasing trend from the Pearl River Estuary to offshore region due to the advantage of coccolithophorids in oligotrophic environment,which is opposite to the productivity pattern of all biomarkers.These results are consistent with previous studies using phytoplankton cell and pigments,which provides support for the use of biomarker to reconstruct phytoplankton productivity and community structure in the SCS.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2007CB815934、2009CB421201);国家自然科学基金项目(40776029

    alpha-Aminophosphonic acids and their derivates, as phosphorous analogs of amino acid, have attracted much attention because they show wide biological activities. In this paper, the title compounds, {phenyl-[(pyridine-4-carbonyl)amino]methyl}phosphonic acid dialkyl esters, were synthesized via Mannich reaction and peptide coupling reaction. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR and MS spectra, and the antibacterial and antitumor activities of these compounds were given in this paper

    The effect of phosphoryl oxygen on the intermolecular action of alanine and lysozyme

    It was found that N-diisopropyloxyphosphoryl alanine (DIPP-Ala) could form adduct with hen egg white lysozyme (HEWL) as shown in electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy (ESI-MS), but the non-phosphorylated alanine couldn't. The capability for formation of DIPP-Ala dimmer was more stronger than that of alanine. It suggested that a specific non-covalent complex was formed in the solution phase and could be transferred to the gas phase via electrospray ionization (ESI). The results implied that phosphorylated alanine possessed relatively stronger affinities for protein and formed non-covalent complexes with protein more easily than alanine. Using Tripos force field, molecular mechanics calculation on DIPP-Ala dimmer showed that such non-covalent adduct formation was due to the intermolecular hydrogen bond
