台语支后高展唇元音的音变类型
有标记的后高展唇元音/ш/在台语支中高频出现,并在元音系统里处于单向对立的聚合中,这使得/ш/要比其他元音更为易变、多变。本文发现台语支元音/ш/主要来源于原始台语的*γ:、*ш:、*ш、*γш等,其中*γ:和*ш在闭音节中形成长、短对立,*ш:和*γ:在开音节中形成高、低对立。台语支元音/ш/涉及的音变类型非常丰富,除了常见的高化、低化、裂化以外,还有前化、央化、圆唇化等多种变化。2018年国家社科基金青年项目“侗台语语音类型研究(18CYY053)
Computational Analysis on the Relationship among Branches of Kam-Tai Languages

School libraries provide invaluable support to national education
systems of China. The current status of school libraries in China is
generally far from being able to meet the demands of students and
teachers. This study explores the factors that prevent the
development of public school libraries in Guangzhou, China.
A questionnaire and four sets of interview questions were designed
to explore the factors which hinder the development of school
libraries in 12 districts of Guangzhou. 132 valid responses were
collected from primary and middle schools in Guangzhou. School
libraries call for considerable improvements, especially from the
views of teachers. This research found that lack of sufficient funds
and professional personnel prevents school libraries from providing

A New Error Estimation of Even Order Newton-Cotes Formula
牛顿-柯特斯(Newton-Cotes)求积公式在数值积分方面具有广泛的应用性.在插值型求积公式的基础上,利用泰勒展式对偶数阶Newton-Cotes公式的截断误差进行改进,获得不带积分项的一种新误差估计式.同时也得到相应的复化求积公式的误差估计.Newton-Cotes formulas have a wide range of applications in numerical integration. In this paper, error estimation of even order Newton-Cotes formula is improved by using Taylor expansion, and the new error estimation formula without integration is given. The Influence Factors and Cultivation Strategies of Teachers' Professional Spirit in the Ethnological Universities and Colleges
教师的专业精神是教师专业素质的核心部分,影响着教师工作的投入程度和教学效果。民族院校独特的办学定位、教学环境、科研工作及校园文化都对教师的专业精神提出更高的要求。然而,由于教师对民族院校办学使命理解存在不足、人才外流现象突出、非个性化的科研考核制度以及教师多元文化素养欠缺等因素的影响,教师专业精神的发展受到制约。建议应强化政治使命感和责任感,加强民族团结;优化教学资源稳定队伍,增强教师职业意识;完善科研评价考核制度,突出科研的区域性和服务性;提高民族文化素养,自觉传承民族文化,提高民族院校教师的专业精神。
