    采用回顾性分析法,分层随机抽取2014年1月1日~12月31日使用抗菌药物的处方3600张,统计抗菌药应用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法,并对抗菌药处方进行合理性分析。口服给药的处方占87.72%,注射给药处方占12.28%;单品种用药占83.67%,联合用药占16.33%;抗菌药处方合格率为95.08%

    用dEXTrAnT40为中介体的方法交联抗人肺腺癌单抗3d3和平阳霉素(A5),每克分子抗体可携带68克分子的药物,交联物中抗体活性仍能达到10-4水平,能较好地与靶细胞l-342结合。体外细胞毒实验,显示交联物和游离A5对靶细胞50%杀伤浓度分别为0.9μMOl/l和4.6μMOl/l,杀伤效果比游离A5强5倍多。单抗对靶细胞几乎没有杀伤作用;无关抗体交联物的作用也很弱。交联物和游离A5对非靶细胞MgC-803的杀伤作用无明显差别。结果提示MCAb3d3具有良好的导向作用,能携带结合的A5特异地杀伤肺腺癌l-342细胞,可作为临床抗肿瘤药物导向治疗的一种载体。The conjugate of pingyangmycin (A5) and monclonal antibody3D3(MCAb3D3) against human lung cancer was prepared with dextran T40 as the mediator.The molar ratio of A5 McAb3D3 in the conjugate was 68:1 the titer of the conjugate was remained at 10-4.In vitro,the cytotoxicity of the conjugate and Free A5 yieded IC50 of 0.9μmol/L and 4.6μmol/L,respectivel.The conjugate was Fivetimes stronger than Free A5 The cytotoxicity of the conjugate on non-target cells MGc-803 was much weaker and similar to that of.Free A5.There is no doubt that MCAb3D3 had targeting activity and could kill or damage tumor cells speciFically and could be taken as a kind of vector in studies of clinical targeting therapy

    Extraction of insecticidal toosendanin from meliaceae by supercritical CO_2

    王宏涛(1968-),男,博士,副教授,主要研究方向为天然产物的提取分离等, E-mail: [email protected]。[中文文摘]苦楝素是楝科植物中制备植物源农药的主要杀虫成分。针对不同种源楝树的皮、叶及果实,采用溶剂浸提法提取筛选苦楝素含量较高的种源作为实验原料,采用乙醇提取,考察液固质量比、提取时间和提取次数等参数对苦楝素提取率的影响。当液固质量比为25∶1、提取时间为4 h、提取次数为3次时,苦楝素的提取率达18%。进一步采用超临界CO2萃取考察压力、温度、萃取时间、原料粒径和夹带剂等参数对苦楝素萃取率的影响,当温度为40℃、压力为20 MPa、时间为2.0 h、原料粒径为40目、夹带剂乙醇质量为CO2质量的12.5%时,苦楝素的萃取率达43.5%。在对萃取液结晶纯化中成功分离得到质量分数达98%的苦楝素。[英文文摘]Toosendanin is the main insecticidal component of meliaceae plants for producing botanical insecticides.The extraction of toosendanin from the parks,leaves and fruits of the various meliaceae plants was studied by using ethanol,and the part of the meliaceae plants with the maximal mass fraction of toosendanin was selected as experimental materials.The effects of the mass ratio of liquid to solid,extraction time,and extraction times on the yield of toosendan were investigated by using ethanol extraction method. The yield of toosendanin is up to 18% at them ass ratio of liquid to so lid of 25:1, extraction time of 4h and extract ing 3 times. The effects of pressure, temperature, extraction time, and the partic le size of materials and the dosage of mod if iers on the yield of toosendanin w ere investigated bym eans of supercritical CO2 extraction. The yield of toosendan in is up to 43.5% when ethanol is used as mod ifier with its mass 12.5% of CO2 mass at temperature 40,pressure 20 MPa,extraction time 2h and material particle size 40 mesh.     A new approach to treat the problems of trapped ideal gases

    Research Foundation of Ministry of Education [20050384005]; People's Republic of ChinaBy comparing the thermodynamic properties of ideal atomic gases in a power-law potential and in a rigid box, it is found that the power-law potential is equivalent to the rigid box as far as the macroscopic behaviors of the system are concerned. The dimensionality and volume of the equivalent box are dependent on the parameters charactering the power-law potential. This equivalent relation enables us to treat a trapped ideal gas as a free one, and consequently, several useful conclusions of the trapped-gas system can be easily derived from the corresponding results of the free-gas system

    Thermodynamic properties of a trapped relativistic Bose gas with pair production

    An ideal gas of relativistic bosons trapped in a D-dimensional powerlaw potential is explored, where the possibility of particle - antiparticle pair production is taken into account. Expressions for several important parameters, such as the critical temperature of Bose - Einstein condensation (BEC), ground-state fraction and heat capacity, are analytically derived and used to discuss the relevant properties of the system. An important parameter chi is introduced to mark the extent of the relativistic effects on the characteristics of BEC. It is found that the correction of the critical temperature due to the relativistic effects is considerable for the system with a large parameter chi. It is more important to show that the pair production may lead to several novel characteristics for a relativistic Bose gas, such as the high temperature BEC, the rapid increase of the heat capacity at high temperatures and the disappearance of the anomaly of the heat capacity at the critical temperature in the ultrarelativistic limit

    Thermostatistic properties of a q-deformed ideal Fermi gas with a general energy spectrum

    The thermostatistic problems of a q-deformed ideal Fermi gas in any dimensional space and with a general energy spectrum are studied, based on the q-deformed Fermi-Dirac distribution. The effects of the deformation parameter q on the properties of the system are revealed. It is shown that q-deformation results in some novel characteristics different from those of an ordinary system. Besides, it is found that the effects of the q-deformation on the properties of the Fermi systems are very different for different dimensional spaces and different energy spectrums

    A quickly-speed running watermarking algorithm based on quantum evolutionary algorithm

    针对传统基于人类视觉系统特性的空间域与变换域相结合的水印算法中嵌入信息量小、嵌入位置定位及检测准确率低和算法运行速度慢等缺陷,提出并实现一种基于量子进化算法(QEA)的快速水印新算法。仿真实验结果表明,新算法不仅生成水印图像的速度快,而且对各种攻击具有良好的敏感性和鲁棒性。新算法在应用中有较大的灵活性,并且具有可嵌入信息容量大、运算速度快和可操作性强等特点。There are limitations such as smaller embedded information capacity,lower accurate rate for positioning embedded location and detection and slower running speed in traditional watermarking algorithm which combines spatial domain and transform domain based on characteristics of human visual system.A quickly-speed running watermarking algorithm based on quantum evolutionary algorithm is proposed and implemented.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm owns not only faster watermark image generation,but also have good sensitivity and robustness for all kinds of attacks.The proposed algorithm is more flexible in application,and it can embed more information and improve the computing speed.The method can be easily operated.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60873179);广西教育厅科研资助项目(200707LX196

    The thermostatistical properties of an ideal gas of q-deformed bosons trapped in a D-dimensional power-law potential are studied, based on the q-deformed Bose-Einstein distribution.
