    股骨髁上简单骨折随愈合时期变化的负重能力研究

    股骨远端骨折稳定性差、并发症多,目前多主张进行积极的手术治疗。术后的早期康复训练有助于促进骨折愈合,但大多基于临床医生经验,缺乏客观指导。本文通过影像学数据获得了股骨的三维几何模型,建立了使用锁定板固定的股骨髁上简单骨折模型,研究了股骨在单腿站立姿态下,不同愈合时期骨折固定模型的应力分布和传递机制。结果表明:骨折固定模型的应力分布状态受骨折方向和愈合时期的影响,例如锁定板的最大Mises应力在相邻两个愈合期最高相差70%。文章以锁定板系统失效为标准,给出了股骨髁上简单骨折早期承载能力的半定量指标,表明了患者需要针对骨折方向和愈合时期及时调整术后负重大小,对临床康复训练有指导意义

    Self-Cleaning Glass Antireflection Films Prepared by Sol-Gel Method

    在酸催化体系中以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛粉末为SIO2-TIO2复合溶胶原料,采用提拉法在高硼硅玻璃基片表面制备出具有增透和自清洁功能的薄膜。研究了制备工艺对薄膜增透和光致超亲水性能的影响。制备的样品在400~800 nM波段,光线垂直入射时,透射率增加3%,紫外光照射一定时间后,样品对水接触角不超过5°,具有光致超亲水作用。The self-cleaning glass antireflection film was prepared on the surface of high borosilicate glass substrate by using TEOS and nanometer anatase type of titanium dioxide powder as sol-gel SiO2-TiO2 composite raw materials and using Czochralski method.The effect of preparing technique on antireflection and photoinduced super hydrophilicity properties was investigated.The experiments show that the light transmittance of prepared sample increased about 3% at wavelength between 400nm and 800nm under light vertical incidence.After UV irradiation for a certain time,the water contact angle was ≤5° which exhibited the characteristic of photoinduced super hydrophilicity.福建省区域科技重大项目(2011H41010083

    Study on Tobacco- Leaf Inventory Management Strategy Based on Revenues Sharing Mechanism

    文中以福建省两烟物流一体化为背景,建立了基于收益共享机制的烟叶代管策略模型,然后采用SHAPlEy值法来确定收益共享比例,并引入了风险修正因子,修正了物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配,探讨了物流公司的整合能力、所承担的风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比对收益共享比例的影响。在此基础上,通过数值分析论证了该方法的可行性。分析结果表明,收益共享比例与物流公司库存整合能力系数、承担风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比成正比,采用带修正因子的SHAPlEy值法对于物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配更加合理。Based on the background of integrated- logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf in Fujian province,this paper builds a model revealing revenue sharing mechanism on tobacco- leaf inventory management strategy.Then Shapley value method is adopted to determine the revenue sharing proportion,risk factor is introduced to fix distribution of profit between Tobacco Logistics Company and redrying factory,and this paper's discussion will show revenue sharing ratio is influenced by the coefficient of inventory integration ability,the risk of Logistics Company and inventory cost of tobacco leaf accounts for the ratio of the total cost of redrying factory.On this basis,using the numerical analysis demonstrates the feasibility of this method.The analysis results show that the coefficient,the risk and the ratio is proportional to the revenue- sharing ratio,Shapley value method with risk factors is more reasonable for distribution of profit between tobacco logistics company and redrying factory.中国烟草总公司福建省公司“两烟物流一体化运行模式研究与实践”项目; 国家自然科学基金项目(71371159); 浙江省科技厅软科学研究计划(2014C35018

    Effect of ashing temperature on accurate determination of plutonium in soil samples

    An acidic leaching method using HNO3 is widely employed to release the global fallout Pu from soil samples for further chemical separations in radioecology and toxicology studies, and in many applications using Pu as a useful tracer. In the method’s sample ash treatment step to decompose organic matter in soil, various ashing temperatures (400 – 900˚C) are used. However, the effect of ashing temperature on the accurate Pu analysis has not been well investigated. In this study, two standard reference soils (IAEA-soil-6 and IAEA-375) were used to determine the ashing temperature effect (from 375 to 600˚C) on HNO3 leaching method. The Pu analytical results of both standard reference materials showed that lower 239+240Pu activity was observed when the ashing temperature exceeded 450˚C, and the 239+240Pu activity continue to decrease as the ashing temperature was raised. Approximately 40% of the Pu content could not be leached out by concentrate HNO3 after ashing for 4 h at 600˚C. The Pu loss was attributed to the formation of refractory materials, which are insoluble in HNO3 solution. This hypothesis was confirmed by the XRD analysis of soil samples which revealed that plagioclase-like silicate materials were formed after high temperature ashing. To ensure the Pu release efficiency in HNO3 leaching, we recommend 450˚C as the ideal ashing temperature. This recommendation is also useful for analysis of other important artificial radionuclides (e.g. 137Cs, 90Sr, 241Am) for which an ashing process is needed to decompose the organic content in soil samples

    目的 :探讨留置针对血管物理刺激与静脉炎的关系。方法 :采用自身对照法 ,分别在家犬颈外静脉、右前臂头静脉、左前臂头静脉留置 2 0G、2 2G、2 4G套管针 ,并模拟输液 ,3d后取局部血管送病理检查 ,光镜下观察血管及周围组织变化。结果 :同型号静脉留置针中 ,颈外静脉发生炎性反应程度较轻 (u =9.5 4,P <0 .0 0 1) ,不同型号留置针在同血管中 ,2 4G引起的炎性反应程度较轻 (u =2 .39,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :留置针直径与血管直径比例同静脉炎发生率有关。临床护士使用静脉留置针时 ,在不影响病人治疗情况下 ,尽量选择最小型号留置针 ,以减少留置针对血管的物理刺激 ,降低静脉炎的发生几
