    Goodwill Impairments and Analysts' Earnings Forecasts——From the Perspective of Earnings Management

    以2007至2013年的沪深两市A股上市公司为样本,研究了上市公司计提商誉减值损失行为对分析师盈余预测的影响。研究发现,上市公司计提商誉减值损失的行为降低了分析师盈余预测的准确度,提高了分析师盈余预测的分歧度。进一步的研究显示,商誉减值对分析师盈余预测的不利影响仅存在于出现负向盈余管理行为的公司中,即其源自基于盈余管理动机的商誉减值行为。此外,高质量的外部审计可以显著降低商誉减值对分析师盈余预测的不利影响。Based on the data of listed A-share Chinese companies from 2007 to 2013, this paper examines the association between goodwill impairments and analysts' earnings forecasts. The empirical results indicate that the likelihood and magnitude of goodwill impairments are negatively associated with forecast accuracy and positively associated with forecast dispersion. Furthermore, our research reveals that the effect is concentrated in firms with negative earnings management behaviours, i.e. the firms with opportunistic motivation of managers' goodwill impairment decisions.     Related-party Transaction,Capital Structure and Earnings Management——Evidence from A-share Listed Companies in China

    以A股上市公司2007~2012年的财务数据为样本,检验了关联交易发生的概率和规模、资本结构与盈余管理的关系。从应计和营业收入的角度来看,上市公司关联交易与操控性应计、操控性收入水平正相关,上市公司为了掩饰关联交易带来的不利影响,存在正向盈余管理的行为。另外,资产负债率与关联交易正相关,与盈余管理负相关,说明在高负债约束条件下关联交易更容易发生,但也抑制了上市公司的盈余管理动机;单一类型的关联交易对盈余管理的影响不均衡,只有把所有关联交易作为整体来考察,关联交易对盈余管理的影响才具有显著性。Based on financial data from A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2012,this paper examines the relationship between related-party transactions(RPTs),capital structure and earnings management.From the angles of accrual quality and discretional revenue,evidences show that RPTs are positively related to discretional accruals and discretional revenue.Listed companies exert positive earnings management in order to cover controlling shareholders' expropriation transaction.It also finds that high liability ratio is positively related to RPTs and negatively related to earnings management,which shows that financial restrain increases RPTs in listed companies and decreases motivation of earnings management in Chinese capital market.The additional test shows that the effect of single type of related-party transaction is different from each other.Only when the whole RPTs are considered,does the impact of RPTs on earnings management have significance.国家社会科学基金重点项目(13AJY005); 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目(12JJD790030

    九龙江流域地表水锰的污染来源和迁移转化机制

    锰是人体必需微量元素,但近年来河流湖库等地表水锰超标现象时有发生,威胁供水安全.本文于2016—2017年在福建省九龙江流域开展水系沿程梯度调查及机理实验,结合历史监测资料综合研究,探明九龙江锰含量的时空分布与迁移转化规律,揭示九龙江锰的污染来源、超标成因与调控机制.结果表明,溶解锰高值及超标站位集中在北溪上游矿区支流和干流部分水库,且主要发生在枯水期;上游矿区支流颗粒锰含量最高,随后从上游到下游沿程递减,且与总悬浮颗粒物(TSM)和pH显著正相关(p7.8)环境促进亚热带红壤颗粒富集锰,大量富锰颗粒进入pH逐渐下降的河流下游和电站库区后向溶解锰转化,从而导致锰超标.河流下游及库区pH值下降的主要原因包括酸沉降、酸性废水排放、富营养化条件下有机物分解等.研究结果为我国地表水锰污染防控、饮用水安全保障与流域水环境综合管理提供科学依据.国家重点研发计划(No.2016YFC0502901);;福建省环保科技计划项目(No.2016R017)~

    以十二烷基硫酸钠为模板剂,尿素为沉淀剂制备了介孔氧化镍,并将该方法成功拓展至介孔NiMgO催化剂的合成.考察了这两种催化剂以及采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米氧化镍催化剂对乙烷氧化脱氢反应的催化性能.结果表明,介孔氧化镍较纳米氧化镍在相同乙烷转化率条件下乙烯选择性更高,且前者反应温区大为扩展,因而乙烯收率更高.介孔氧化镍经Mg调变后,其催化性能进一步提高,在450oC,C2H6:O2:N2=1:1:4和GHSV=18000ml/(g·h)条件下,介孔NiMgO催化剂上乙烷转化率和乙烯收率分别为56.6%和30.1%,其乙烯收率远高于纳米氧化镍(15.9%)和介孔氧化镍(22.5%)

    结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验在结核病诊断中的应用价值

    目的探讨结核分枝杆菌相关γ-干扰素体外释放试验(Tb-IgrA)在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法用国产Tb-IgrA试剂定量检测268例结核病患者和104例体检健康者外周血结核特异性γ-干扰素的含量,同时与澳大利亚QfT-gIT试剂和结核菌素纯化蛋白质衍生物(PPd)皮试进行平行比较分析。结果国产Tb-IgrA试剂、QfT-gIT试剂和PPd皮试3种方法的敏感性分别为90.7%、88.1%和75.4%,特异性分别为76.9%、80.8%和54.8%,阳性预测值分别为91.0%、92.2%和81.1%,阴性预测值分别为76.2%、72.4%和46.3%,准确性分别为86.8%、86.0%和69.6%。三种方法对肺结核与肺外结核的检测效果无显著差异。结论 Tb-IgrA法对诊断结核病有较高的敏感性和准确性,在结核病防控中有较好的应用价值。国家十一五“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项资助项目(2008ZX10003-004

    Studies on degradation mechanism of niclosamide ethanolamine salt Ⅰ Determination of niclosamide ethanolamine salt in photolysis solution

    目的了解氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐(nES)在水体中的光解规律。方法实验室配置PH5的0.05μg/Ml、PH7的0.5μg/Ml和PH9的2.5μg/MlnES溶液,采用氙灯光源作为模拟日光照射,照射后0、0.5、1、2、4、8、16、24、48、72、96H采集光解液,高效液相色谱法测定光解液中nES含量,同时设无光照对照试验,计算其半衰期。结果在氙灯光光照条件下,nES快速降解,8H3种PH值的nES溶液下降率分别为83.4%、78.8%和41.3%,24H下降率分别为92.1%、88.5%和95.8%。nESPH5半衰期为8.98H,PH7为10.34H,PH9为9.16H;无光照条件下放置12d溶液浓度稳定。结论nES可在水中快速光解。Objective To understand the photolysis mechanism of niclosamide ethanolamine salt(NES) in water body.Methods NES was formulated into solutions of pH 5(0.05 μg/ml),7(0.5 μg/ml) and 9(2.5 μg/ml),respectively.The xenon gas lamp was used as the simulated sunlight.After 0,0.5,1,2,4,8,16,24,48,72,96 h of the illumination,the photolysis solutions were collected to determine the amount of NES by using the high-performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC),and the experiment without illumination was also set as the control.The half-life was calculated.Results Under the illumination of xenon gas lamp,the NES degraded rapidly.The degradation rates were 83.4%,78.8% and 41.3%,respectively for 8 h,and 92.1%,88.5% and 95.8%,respectively for 24 h.The half-life of NES was 8.98 h for pH 5,10.34 h for pH 7,9.16 h for pH 9.The solution could keep stable for 12 d without illumination.Conclusion Photolysis of NES can occur quickly in water.江苏省自然科学基金(BK200602
