    AERODYNAMIC MOMENTS CONTROL OF WING MODEL USING PLASMA JET

    为考察火花放电等离子体射流控制机翼气动力矩的效果,在NACA0021平直机翼模型上安装火花放电等离子体射流发生器,通过改变射流发生器安装位置、射流角度及加载电参数,研究其控制机翼模型气动力矩的性能及机理。在NACA0021机翼模型近前缘处,布置2个火花放电等离子体射流发生器,采用气动力测量技术,在来流风速为20 m/s时测得,攻角-4°~10°时,滚转力矩系数最大减小了0.0024,攻角为12°~16°时,滚转力矩系数最大增加了0.0021;偏航力矩系数最大减小了0.00097。实验研究结果表明:等离子体射流可改变机翼模型横航向气动力矩,并可通过改变射流角度和加载电压频率调节等离子体射流控制横向气动力矩的效果。To investigate the control effect of Spark Discharge Plasma Jets(SPJs) on the aerodynamic moments of a wing, SPJ generators were used for active flow control experimental study on an NACA0021 straight wing model. The location of SPJ generators along the chord of the airfoil, the jet flow direction relative to the chord, and the driving voltage parameters were changed to research the control effect and mechanism of SPJ generators on the aerodynamic moments of a wing model. The aerodynamic moments were measured with a six-component balance at a wind speed of 20 m/s. Two SPJ generators, arranged near the leading edge, reduced the rolling moment coefficient by a maximum of 0.0024 for angles of attack-4°~10°, but increased the rolling moment coefficient by a maximum of 0.0021 for angles of attack 12°~16°. The yaw moment coefficient was reduced by a maximum of 0.00097. The results show that aerodynamic moments control of wings can be realized using SPJs. The control effect of SPJs on the aerodynamic moments is changeable by adjusting the driving voltage frequency and the jet flow direction relative to the chord.航空科学基金项目(20141368007);; 福建省自然科学基金项目(2010J01014

    The relationship between food intake and the structure of hair cuticle were studied in healthy men and women of various ages. The food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) for weekdays was performed, and the ultrastructure of hair cuticle was also examined. With a scanning electron microscopy, various damages were revealed on the hair cuticle of healthy men and women. The abnormal structures of cuticle damage were classified into 7 categories; 1) peeling, 2) abrasion, 3) cracking, 4) hole formation, 5) dot staining, 6) destruction, and 7) cortex exposure. The abnormal structure of hair cuticle was observed mainly in obese people but not in lean people. Especially, the intake of more lipid, animal proteins, salt and less fiber, less mineral induced damage of cuticle structures. Among 7 categories abrasion and cracking were shown to be prominent hair damage induced by nutritional conditions

    GENETIC DIVERSITY OF MANGROVE PLANT- Avicennia marina ALONG BEIHAI COAST BY RAPD

    采用随机扩增多态 DNA(RAPD)分析了分布于广西北海海岸的 3个自然分布居群的白骨壤群落 ,用 15个随机引物进行 PCR扩增 ,3个居群的 RAPD多态位点的百分率分别为英罗湾 38.35 % ,大冠沙 35 .2 1%钦州湾2 9.41%。 3个居群内的平均遗传距离分别为 0 .10 8、0 .147和 0 .16 5 ;3个居群两两之间的平均遗传距离分别为大冠沙 -英罗湾 0 .135、大冠沙 -钦州湾 0 .16 3和英罗湾 -钦州湾 0 .179。结果表明 ,白骨壤居群内和居群间的遗传变异较低。Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)technique was applied to analyzing population genetics of native Avicennia marina,an wide spread species,whose natured population today is destroyed by mankind along Baihai,Guangxi coast.Leaf samples were collected form 30 natural trees in the native population and 15 arbitrary primers were used to amplify 73,71 and 68 bands that contain 28,25 and 20 polymorphic RAPD loci in three populations respectively.The mean genetic distance intra-populations were 0.165 、0.147 and 0.108;while inter-population were 0.135、0.163 and 0.179.The results showing that either the intra-or inter-population genetic variety were low.国家教育部博士点基金项目资
