On-line Structural Damage Detection under UnknownExcitation and Integration with Vibration Control
结构实时损伤诊断是一项重要且有意义的课题,未知激励下的结构实时损伤诊断更是一项富有挑战性的课题。大多数结构损伤识别方法只针对时不变系统进行参数识别,而没有在线追踪时变系统参数的变化。 本文第二章针对时变系统提出一种未知激励下结构实时损伤识别的时域算法,利用部分观测的加速度响应信号对结构的损伤进行在线追踪。实际上,结构局部单元刚度的突然变化,将会最先导致其单元周围的加速度的突然变化,而这种由于局部单元损伤造成的影响将会过一段时间才能在距损伤发生单元较远的单元中体现出来。实时损伤识别包括三个阶段:第一阶段基于扩展卡尔曼预测算法识别结构的动力响应和物理参数,并利用最小二乘算法估计未知外部激励;第二...On-line structural damage detection is an important and meaningful subject. 历史不仅被书籍、建筑所记录,也被镌刻在石头、雕塑之上。面对渐渐被忽视的厦门大学校园中的石头及其承载的历史,笔者开始了寻找他们并以尝试“让石头发声“的方式展现这些历史的历程。以此为例,探研通过重塑校园内文化景观秩序来重现文化历史的可行性。History is not only recorded in books and architectures,but also engraved on stones and sculptures.The stones in Xiamen University,with the history they contain seem to be neglected gradually.The article tries to let them out and tell the stories happened in the area around,taking it as an example to discover the possibility of showing the culture and history by reorder the culture landscape in the campus
Dismemberment and Representation of Chinese Traditional Gardens
中国传统园林空间层次丰富且富有禅意,但当代对其借鉴多局限于造园手法的模仿和具象元素的复制,而忽略了中国传统园林的精髓是对抽象和意境的追求。本文旨在将古典造园方法纳入现代体系,将传统园林的空间特色应用到现代公共休闲空间中,并尝试用现代语言和现代设计方式重新演绎传统园林的“移步易景“、“以有限面积造无限空间“等,并构建物理空间之外的禅思意境。Chinese traditional garden is thought highly with its spatial hierarchy and the pursue of zen.However, today, the way we represent it is normally to imitate its organizing method and copying its existing element directly, while neglecting the essence of Chinese traditional garden which is creating‘zen’through abstraction.In this paper, we try to put traditional gardening methods in a modern context,using it as a tool to make modern public leisure space.‘scenery change while walking’,‘endlessness space within endness volumn’for instance will be designed using modern vocabulary, ‘zen’ which is out of physical space will emerge at the same time
饲用二甲酸钾的研究进展
抗生素自20 世纪50 年代应用于养殖业以来,极大
地促进了养殖业生产的快速发展。但抗生素的长期使用,
往往会引发动物体内产生耐药菌株,并导致药物残留。
因此,抗生素促生长剂的使用逐渐受到限制甚至禁止,
欧盟已于2006 年1 月全面禁止在饲料中使用抗生素促生
长剂。二甲酸钾是欧盟批准使用的第一种用于替代抗生
素促生长剂的饲料添加剂。二甲酸钾由于其具有优良的
抑菌促长性,且具有很好的安全性,成为理想的替代抗
生素促生长剂的绿色饲料添加剂。此文系统介绍了饲用
二甲酸钾的研究进展,并对其中存在的主要问题及发展

墨子管理哲学在森林旅游规划中的应用研究
对森林旅游规划定位问题展开研究,并结合墨子管理哲学为其存在问题提供解决思路。研究发现:森林旅游规划在项目定位方面存在市场定位不准确、品牌定位不系统、功能定位不聚焦的\"三不问题\",在规划者定位方面存在非专业人硬做专业事、非本地人硬做本地事的\"双非问题\";为解决这些问题,在思想上,墨子管理哲学的\"赖其力者生\"为项目地实现经济、生态、社会三大效益提供思路,\"兼相爱\"可协调专业人和本地人之间的利益冲突;在行动上,墨子管理哲学的\"得下之情\"\"助己视听\"\"先人得之\"可视为规划科学性的出发点、保障点和落脚点,\"利中取大,害中取小\"为行动选择提供指导;在方法上,墨子管理哲学的求天志为问题诊断设定秩序,三表法为问题的诊断设定依据。福建省社会科学基地课题(KXJD1817A
Biosynthesis of Silver Nanoparticles from Various Medicinal Plant Extracts and Their Antibacterial Properties
作者简介:林源(1985-),女,硕士研究生。联系人:李清彪(1963-),教授,博士生导师,电话:0592- 2189595,E-mail:kelqb@xmu.[中文摘要]分别以中草药丁香、山茱萸、地榆和乌梅的提取液为还原剂和保护剂合成银纳米颗粒,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、透射电镜(TEM)以及X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征。结果表明,所得银纳米颗粒呈近球形,提高提取液的pH有利于获得粒径较小、分散性好、稳定性高的银纳米颗粒。进一步考察制得的银纳米颗粒的抗菌性能,结果表明,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很强的抑制作用,最小抑菌质量浓度(M IC)分别可达1.69和3.38 mg/L。[英文摘要]Quasi-spherical silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) were synthesized from the extracts of different medicinal plants including Syzygium aromaticum,Cornus officinalis,Prunus mume and Sanguisorba officinalis,and were subsequently characterized by means of UV-visible spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.When pH values of the extracts were adjusted to 10,the biosynthesized AgNPs were well-dispersed,highly stable,and relatively small in size.Thus obtained AgNPs were found to demonstrate good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus

Preparation of potassium diformate by methyl formate and potassium hydroxide

98.8%。产品经红外光谱分析及成分测定,符合质量标准。[英文文摘]In this study, methyl formate, potassium hydroxide and formic acid were used as raw materials for one-step synthesis of potassium diformate. The main factors affecting the quality and yield of product were investigated. The optimal conditions for reaction were: molar ratio of MF to
KOH 1.20:1, molar ratio of HCOOH to KOH 1.44:1, reaction time 30 min and reaction

基于并行小种群差分进化算法的水火电力系统短期优化调度
为解决水火电力系统短期发电优化调度中存在的问题,提出基于MPI平台的并行小种群差分进化算法。该算法将进化种群分为若干个小种群(单个种群规模为3~10个),每个进化种群由不同的CPU进程独立执行差分进化算法,并在种群间引入集合、分散操作以协调各小种群的寻优过程;为降低小种群初始化和进化过程中多样性的损失,引入正交化初始化方法和种群重构技术;最后以典型案例验证了算法的有效性。结果表明,该方法在求解精度、收敛速度和求解耗时上均较有竞争力。国家自然科学基金项目(61403321);;广东省自然科学基金项目(2014A030310003
