Preliminary Studies on The Chemical Constituents of Perilla Frutescens(L.) Britt. var. arguta(Benth.) Seeds
对紫苏子化学成分的研究结果表明:种子含大量脂肪油(含量42.16%),油中含大量不饱和脂肪酸:亚麻酸(64.752%)、亚油酸(13.802%)、油酸(14.278%)等,总量达94.682%。此外,种子含18种氨基酸和18种矿质元素,表明种子含有种类齐全的氨基酸和矿质元素。因此,种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和药用保健功效。OBJECTIVE To study on the chemical constituents of Perilla frutescens (L. )Britt var. arguta (Benth. )Seed. RESULTS There were rich content of fatty oil in the seeds,the content reached 42. 16%. The main constituents were a-Linoleni acid(64. 752% ) ,linolic acid( 13. 802%)and oleic acid( 14. 278% )etc. The total content of its unsaturated fatty acid reacthed 94. 682%. Eighteen kinds of amino acid and eighteen kinds of mineral elements were detected. Studies on The Chemical Constituents of Perilla Frutescens(L.)Brill.Seed Grown in Fujian Province
对中药白苏子的化学成分进行研究 ,结果表明种子含有大量的脂肪油 ,其含量为 46 .6 0 % ,油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸 :α-亚麻酸( 6 3.191% )、亚油酸 ( 18.32 6 % )、油酸 ( 11.36 9% ) ,总量达 92 .886 %。此外 ,从种子中测定了 18种氨基酸、2 4种矿质元素的含量 ,白苏子含有丰富的氨基酸和种类齐全的矿质元素 ,种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和药用保健功效The chemical constituents of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.seeds have been studied.The results showed:the content of its fatty oil in seeds reached 46.60%.the content of unsaturated fatty acids which is necessary for human body in the seed oil are rich,the main component were: α linolenic acid(63.191%),linolic acid(18.326%),oleic acid(11.369%)etc.The total content reached92.886%.Eighteen kinds of ammo acid and twenty four kinds of mineral elements were detected too. Chemical constituents of Mosla dianthera and their utilization
【中文文摘】对不同产地的小鱼仙草全草精油主要化学成分 :香荆芥酚、百里香酚、β 石竹烯、侧柏酮、异胡薄荷酮、1 ,8 桉叶油素的含量进行对比分析。研究结果表明 :不同地域间植物精油的化学成分存在一定的遗传相似性及差异性 ;不同产地精油含量在不同生育期有一定变化规律。此外 ,种子含丰富的氨基酸 (1 3 .96% )和种类齐全的矿质元素 ;种子油含大量人体必需的亚麻酸 (67.3 6% )和亚油酸 (1 5 .1 2 % )等不饱和脂肪酸 ;全草总黄酮含量为 1 .76%~ 4.1 5 %。为此 ,小鱼仙草的种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和药用功效 ,其植物资源在食品、香精香料和医药领域具有潜在开发利用的前景。
【英文文摘】Chemical constituents of Mosla dianthera Maxim essential oil were studied. Experimental results showed that its main constituents are: carvacrol, thymol, β-caryophyllene, thujone, 1,8-cineole, and isopulegone. The chemical constituents of essential oil among different growth areas have hereditary similarity and difference, and the content of essential oil in different areas has some rules in different growth seasons. In addition, the content of amino acids reaches 13.96%, and the kinds of mineral elements in seeds are abundant . The contents of unsaturated fatty

Preliminary studies on chemical constituents in seeds of Celosia argentea
【中文文摘】本文报道青葙子的主要化学成分。经测定,青葙子氨基酸种类比较齐全,必需氨基酸含量较高,占总氨基酸含量的42.85%。种子含有丰富的脂肪油,主要成分为:棕榈酸(18.225%)、硬脂酸(2.459%)、油酸(27.995%)、亚油酸(44.522%)和亚麻酸(2.374%)等,不饱和脂肪酸的含量达79.276%。种子还含有种类较齐全的矿质元素,具有较高的营养价值。
【英文文摘】The chemical constituents in seeds of Celosia argentea were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Celosia argentea were abundant in amino acid and the contents of essential amino acid reached 42.85% of the total amino acids. The seeds were rich in fatty oil and the main constituents were palmitic acid (18.225%), stearic acid (2.459%), oleic acid (27.995%), linonic acid (44.522%) and linolenic acid (2.374%). The content present in unsaturated fatly acids was up to 79.276%. Various kinds of mineral elements were present in the seeds of C. argentea. 【中文摘要】 对白苏子和荠苧子两种种子的脂肪油、氨基酸、矿质元素等化学成分进行分析 ,结果表明 :两种种子均含有丰富的脂肪油 ,含量分别为 4 0 .18%和 2 0 .6 2 % ,其脂肪油的主要成分为 :亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等 ,其中不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为 92 .759%和 92 .990 % ,具有较高的营养价值。此外 ,还含有丰富的氨基酸和种类齐全的矿质元素。其种子形状大小、纹饰特征是两种种子鉴别的重要依据。

Studies on Chemical Constituents and Morphological Characters of the Fruits of Seven Labiatae Plants
【英文文摘】The chemical constituents and morphological characters of the fruits of seven Labiatae plants have been studied. The results showed that the contents of fatty oils in the fruits are abundant. The main constituents of unsaturated fatty acids are α-linolenic acid, linolic acid, oleic acid, and arachidonic acid. The main constituents of saturated fatty acids are palmitic acid and stearic acid. Although different kinds of fruit oils have different content of a specific unsaturated fatty acid, the content of total unsaturated fatty acids ismore than 90% of fruit oils. The results showed that the seed is rich in fatty oil (23.25%) and the main constituents in fatty oil are α-Linoleni acid 66.929%, linolic acid 21.813% and oleic acid 4.596%, the total content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 93.186%.
