    Electrochemical Construction and Biological Performance of Micropatterned CaP Films

    基于表面分子自组装和光催化转印技术,在TIO2膜层表面获得超亲/超疏水阵列微图案模板,结合电化学沉积技术,成功制备了微图案化钙磷盐膜(CAP)层.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子探针分析(EPMA)结果表明,通过超亲/超疏水阵列微图案模板可构筑高空间分辨的微图案化钙磷盐膜层.微图案化钙磷盐膜层的体外Mg-63细胞培养证实,细胞对钙磷盐膜层微单元有强烈的选择性粘附作用,从而可望控制细胞在微单元中的贴壁生长,实现高通量评价细胞行为.Based on surface molecule self-assembly and photocatalytic lithography techniques, superhydrophilic/ superhydrophobic micropatterns were fabricated on TiO2 films.Micropatterned calcium phosphate (CaP) films were successfully fabricated by the as-prepared superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic template combined with the electrochemical deposition method.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) indicated that micropatterned CaP films with a high spatial resolution could be constructed using the superhydrophilic/ superhydrophobic micropatterns as templates.In vitro MG-63 cell tests of the micropatterned CaP films showed that the cells selectively adhered to the tiny CaP film units, which is promising for the control of the adherent growth of the cells on the tiny units and to achieve a high throughput evaluation of the cell behavior.国家自然科学基金-重大国际合作研究项目(20620130427);国家自然科学基金项目(20773100);国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973)(2007CB935603);国家科技部国际合作重大项目(2007DFC40440)资助---

    Fabrication of a Spongelike Nanostructured TiO_2 Film and Its Photocatalytic Activity

    采用电化学阳极氧化法在钛表面构筑了海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜.应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(Xrd)对膜层的形貌和晶型进行了分析和表征,考察了阳极氧化时间对膜层厚度的影响,并通过海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙的光催化降解研究了膜层厚度与光催化活性的关系.结果表明,海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙具有光催化降解作用,而且随着膜层厚度的增加,光催化降解速率显著增大,厚度为2.2μM的海绵状纳米结构TIO2膜对甲基橙的光催化降解速率是厚度为480nM的6.4倍.A spongelike nanostructured titanium dioxide(TiO2) film was fabricated on a titanium substrate by electrochemical anodic oxidation.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) experiments were performed to characterize the morphology and crystalline phase of the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 films.The effect of anodizing time on the thickness of the layers was examined.The relationship between the thickness of the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film and its photocatalytic activity was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange solution.Results showed that the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film had a high photocatalytic activity.The photocatalytic degradation rate of a methyl orange solution increased with the film thickness.The photocatalytic degradation rate by the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film with a thickness of 2.2 μm was 6.4 times as large as that by the spongelike nanostructured TiO2 film with a thickness of 480 nm.福建省自然科学基金(U0750015);福建省科技计划重点课题(2007H0031);厦门市科技计划(3502Z20073004);国家基础科学人才培养基金(J0630429)资助项目---

    Photoelectrocatalytic Property of Titanium Based TiO_2 Nanotube Array Electrode

    应用电化学阳极氧化法在纯TI基底上制备高度有序的TIO2纳米管阵列,考察了TI/TIO2光阳极的光电化学响应。以苯酚溶液为目标污染物,研究TI/TIO2电极的光电催化性能,并与光催化性能进行比较。结果表明,该电极光电催化性能优于光催化性能,施加0.6V电压时,光电催化性能最好。电化学阻抗谱分析显示,光电催化和光催化降解过程的速控步骤均为表面反应步骤,外加偏压减小了界面电荷转移阻抗,提高了光生载流子的分离效率。TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by the electrochemical anodization on pure Ti surfaces,and their photoelectrochemical activity was examined.The photoelectrocatalytic property of Ti/TiO2 electrode was evaluated by the degradation of phenol aqueous solution and compared with its photocatalytic performance.The results demonstrated that the photoelectrocatalytic degradation rate of phenol solution for Ti/TiO2 electrode was higher than its photocatalytic degradation rate.The highest photoelectrocatalytic level could be achieved when the bias potential of 0.6V was applied on the Ti/TiO2 electrode.The results of EIS analyses revealed that the surface reaction step was the only rate limiting step either for the photocatalytic process or for the photoelectrocatalytic process.The extra bias potential could decrease the values of the electron-transfer resistance and increase the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.福建省自然科学基金(No.U0750015);福建省科技计划重点课题(No.2007H0031);厦门市科技计划(No.3502Z20073004)资助项
