    目的制定某院beta内酰胺类在铜绿假单胞菌(PA)血流感染中的治疗方案。方法收集某院2015年至2016年血培养中铜绿假单胞菌共64株,测定; beta内酰胺类(哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,头孢他啶,头孢吡肟,亚胺培南,美罗培南)对铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。用蒙特卡洛模拟计算多种治疗; 方案的达标率(PTA)和累积反应分数(CFR)。结果经验治疗时,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦4.5 g(q6 h),头孢他啶2 g(q8 h),头孢吡肟2; g(q8 h),亚胺培南1 g(q6 h),美罗培南1 g(q8 h, q6 h),共6种方案的CFR值> 90%;目标治疗时,当MIC≥16; mug·mL~(-1)时,模拟的所有方案达标概率值均 90% at; experiential therapy,when MIC≥16 mug·mL~(-1) at target therapy,PTA of; all regimens < 90%. Methods A total of 64 strains of PA cultured by blood from 2015 to 2016, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)of piperacillin/ tazobactam ( TZP ), ceflazidine ( CAZ ), cefepime ( FEP ), imipenem (IPM), meropenem(MEM) against PA were determined, probability of talget attainment ( PTA ) and cumulative fraction of response (CFR) were calculated by monte carlo simulation. Results CFRs of TZP4. 5 g (q6 h), CAZ 2 g(q8 h), FEP2 g(q8 h), IPM 1 g(q6 h) and MEM 1 g (q8 h, q6 h) were 〉 90% at experiential therapy, when MIC ≥16 μg · mL-1 at target therapy, PTA of all regimens 〈 90%. Conclusion when the patient was PA bloodstream infection, we suggest TZP 4. 5 g (q6 h), CAZ2 g(q8 h), FEP2 g(q8 h), IPM 1 g(q6 h) and MEM 1 g(q8 h, q6 h) regimens at experiential therapy, and combined with other antibiotics at target therapy when MIC ≥ 16 μg · mL-1

    The effects of LaCl 3 on membrane potential and transmembrane proton gradient for rice ( Oryza sativa ) seedling roots were studied. Highly purified plasma membranes were isolated by aqueous two phase partitioning method. Both the gradient of transmembrane proton and membrane potential were stimulated by certain low concentration of LaCl 3 and depressed by high concentration of LaCl 3.     血液透析室护士身心健康状况与应对方式的关系研究

    目的通过对血液透析室护士身心健康状况与应对方式的调查研究,促进护士心理行为良性发展,提高其身心健康水平。方法采用一般资料调查表、康奈尔健康问卷、简易应对方式量表对269名血液透析室护士进行问卷调查。结果血液透析室护士最常见的躯体健康问题是眼和耳(24.67%),其次是消化系统(18.26%),最常见的心理健康问题是不适应(19.42%),身心健康阳性率为15.61%,心理健康阳性率为7.43%。年龄越大、工作年限越长,护士的心理健康水平越高,消极应对得分明显高于常模,消极应对得分与身心健康状况得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血液透析室护士身心健康状况不容乐观,既要提高工作能力也要注重心理调节能力的培养,促进护士形成积极的心理反应模式,尤其是年轻护士,应学会和运用积极的应对策略,保持良好的身心健康状况。厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20144041

    Screening Antitumor Effect of Active Constituents from Portulaca oleracea L. in vitro and in vivo

    目的观察马齿苋活性成分对人肺腺癌细胞系(A-549 CEll)、人喉表皮样癌细胞系(HEP-2 CEll)、人宫颈癌细胞系(HElA CEll)和人恶性胚胎横纹肌瘤细胞系(rd CEll)生长的影响。方法体外培养条件下用不同浓度的马齿苋活性成分处理4种癌细胞,通过溴化二甲噻唑二苯四氮唑(MTT)试验法测定癌细胞的增殖;同时处理S180荷瘤小鼠,观察荷瘤小鼠的体重、瘤重、死亡率和抑瘤率。结果马齿苋生物碱对离体培养的A-549肺癌细胞、HElA细胞和HEP-2细胞的增殖均具有明显抑制作用,马齿苋多糖对HElA细胞有较强的抑制作用,马齿苋脂肪酸对HEP-2细胞有一定的抑制作用,马齿苋黄酮对rd细胞有很强的抑制作用,并存在浓度剂量效应,高浓度抑制作用强。结论马齿苋活性成分能选择性地杀伤癌细胞,有进一步研究的潜在价值。Objective To observe the effects of the active constituents from Portulaca oleracea L.on the proliferation of four human tumor cell lines.Methods The anti-proliferation activities of active constituents from Portulaca oleracea L.upon A549 cell,Hela cells,Hep-2 cell and RD cell were analyzed by MTT in vitro.Body weigt,tumor weigt,inhibition rate and death rate of these active constituents from Portulaca oleracea L.on the transplanted tumor cells of Sarcinoma 180 were observed in mice.Results Raw screening of the four compounds by MTT indicated polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids and polyunsaturated fatty acid exerted obvious suppression on the proliferation of tumor cell lines in a dose dependent manner,respectively.The experiments in vivo indicated that the four active constituents had certain inhibition against the cells of implanted tumor ascites Sarcinoma 180.Conclusion The active constituents from Portulaca oleracea L.have selective cytotoxicity to the tumor cells and is worthy of further investigation.江西省教育厅科技项目(No.〔2007〕285);江西科技师范学院大学生创业科研训练项目(No.[2007]-178

    水质监测与评价是预防医学专业实验教学的重要组成部分,熟悉并掌握水质监测与评价的方法与流程,对于本专业学生毕业后从事疾病预防控制、卫生监督等工作具有举足轻重的作用。针对目前国内水质监测与评价实验教学中存在的问题,通过增加现场教学环节、拓展实验教学内容以及强化实验教学管理与分析质量控制等改革措施,将实验教学与校园环境监测紧密结合起来,以激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生独立思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,进而为全面提高实验教学质量进行了有益的探索与尝试。Water quality monitoring and evaluation is an important part of experimental teaching for preventive medicine majors.Familiarizing with and mastering the methods and procedures of water quality monitoring and evaluation is crucial for students engaging in disease prevention and control or health supervision after graduation.Aiming at solving the existing problems in experimental teaching of water quality monitoring and evaluation, a series of reformative measures, including increasing the frequency of field experimental teaching, expanding the contents of experimental teaching, strengthening the management of experimental teaching, and analyzing quality control, were implemented; and experiment teaching was combined with monitoring of the campus environment.These measures aimed to stimulate students' initiative to learn, cultivate students' independent thinking and problem analyzing and solving skills, and therefore provide useful exploration and trials in comprehensively improving the quality of experimental teaching
