    作为第三代频率合成技术,直接数字频率合成器具有显著的优点并得到广泛的应用。在此结合数字ASIC设计流程,利用流水线技术和函数对称性性质,设计并实现一个优化的ddS电路。从系统结构划分到自动布局布线,逐步介绍各个设计阶段的目的、使用软件及设计要点。经过分析,最终得到的ddS电路能够运行在150 MHz系统时钟下,并且具有较小的面积,满足设计要求。As the third generation frequency synthesizer,Direct Digital Synthesizer(DDS) has been widely used due to its many significant advantages.An optimized DDS based on digital ASIC design flow is designed and implemented by using the pipeline technology and the symmetry character of a few functions.The design steps from the structure divide to the auto placement and route are given out in detail,and each involves in the design purpose,software in use and design points.Theoretical results show that the proposed DDS has advantages of small size and can run at 150 MHz clock frequency,which meets requirement of the design

    Effect of Jianpi Liqi Method on neurotransmitter of Functional Dyspepsia Rats

    目的:观察健脾理气法对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃肠组织神经递质表达的影响,探讨该法治疗FD的作用机制。方法:采用大鼠胃电节律失常模型,随机分为4组,应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测胃窦及十二指肠组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的表达水平。结果:FD大鼠胃窦及十二指肠组织AchE及NOS的表达较正常对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。枳术饮可显著增加胃窦及十二指肠组织AchE、NOS的阳性表达(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:健脾理气法治疗FD的作用机制可能在于调节胃窦及十二指肠神经递质Ach、NO的表达水平。 【英文摘要】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianpi Liqi Method on neurotransmitter in rats with functional dyspepsia and its mechanism.Methods:The rat model of electrogastric dysrhythmias was used.All model were divided into 4 groups at random.The distributions of acetylcholine esterase(AchE),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in the sinus ventriculi and dodecadactylon were observed by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the distributions of AchE and NOS positive nerves decreased significa...黑龙江省科技厅攻关项目资助(No.GC05C31604

    Comparative analysis of leaf proteomes between tobacco plants growing in different ecological regions of China

    为探讨不同生态区烟叶香气风格形成的机理,应用蛋白质双向电泳联用质谱技术,对河南平顶山(浓香型烟叶的典型生态区)和福建龙岩(清香型烟叶的典型生态区)的烟草(Nicotina tobaccum L.cv.K326)叶片蛋白质组成进行了比较研究。结果发现,51个蛋白质在两个生态区发生了差异表达,其中在河南表达量上升的有15个,在福建表达量上升的有25个。另外,还分别有2个和9个蛋白点为在河南和在福建样品中特异表达。采用MALDI-TOF/MS进行肽质量指纹图谱分析,经MSDB、NCBInr和SwissPort数据库查询,共鉴定出25种蛋白质,其中参与叶绿体发育、色素代谢、光合作用相关的蛋白在福建烟区高表达,与糖酵解途径相关的蛋白质在河南烟区中高表达。另外,在两生态区烟叶中都发现有相当数量的特异表达的抗逆和防御蛋白。首次在蛋白质组学水平对不同香气风格烟叶的形成机理进行了探讨。To explore the molecular mechanism of tobacco aroma style formation, protein profiles of mature leaves of tobacco (Nicotina tobaccum L. cv. K326) plants grown respectively in Henan province (Central China) and Fujian province (South China), were compared using two-dimensional electrophoresis. Fifty-one proteins were found to be differentially expressed between tobacco plants from the two different ecological regions. Among them, 15 proteins were up-regulated and 2 were specific to Henan tobacco leaves, while 25 proteins were up-regulated and 9 were specific in Fujian tobacco leaves. Next, the differentially expressed proteins were subjected to MALDI-TOF analysis for identification. It turned out 25 proteins matching homologous sequences in MSDB and NCBInr database. In particular, several proteins involved in chloroplast development, pigment metabolism, photosynthesis were up-regulated in Fujian tobacco leaves, while proteins involved in glycolytic pathway were relatively abundant in Henan tobacco leaves. In addition, some specific proteins related to stress responses were identified both in Henan and Fujian tobacco plants. Thus, the different expression patterns of leaf proteomes may contribute to the formation of special tobacco aroma style.     不产子实体蛹虫草单孢子分离株的获得及RAPD分析

    对优势蛹虫草原始菌株WWM04进行单孢子分离,共获得9个单孢子分离株,采用米饭培养基培养确证并且获得6个完全不产子实体的单孢子分离株。利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分子标记方法对菌落差异的4个菌落特征典型的不产子实体单孢子分离株(SSP2、SSP7、SSP19和SSP21)、原始菌株以及由原始菌株12次转接后退化的菌株进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,引物S37、S61对6个菌株的扩增谱带具有非常明显的特异性,该结果为蛹虫草退化分子标记奠定基础,并且在一定程度上也印证了蛹虫草异核现象和准性生殖理论

    维持性血透患者的心理状态研究

    研究我国血透患者的心理状况并进行针对性的心理治疗。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL90-R)、多维度健康状况心理控制源量表(MHLC)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及终末期肾脏病(ESRD)患者专用的生活质量表对北京六个医院透析中心的92名维持性血透患者进行了心理状态的研究,并与美国及加拿大相同的研究进行了比较分析。结果 本组的血透存在着抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等心理障碍,出现心理障碍的比例显著高于美国同类患者(P&lt;0.01),且焦虑的发生率高于美国同类患者(P&lt;0.01)。这些障碍与MHLC中机遇项分(CED)显著相关(P&lt;0.01)。EPQ中神经质项分高者倾向于发生抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍。本组的血透患者客观生活质量较加拿大同类患者低(P&lt;0.01),但在总的生活满意度上没有显著性差异。生活质量与心理及躯体因素均呈显著相关,心理障碍与躯体症状也显著相关(P&lt;0.01)。结论 本组的血透患者心理状态与美国加拿大同类患者相比既有相同之处,又有特殊之处。我们应该兼顾病人的躯体和精神两方面的健康,努力提高他们的生活质量。</p

    東澳嶺崩塌地之地形演育分析

    梅姬颱風 (2010) 與東北季風之共伴效應於台灣宜蘭縣蘇澳地區帶來了豐沛降雨,高累積雨量造成了台9 線蘇花公路群集性土砂災害,尤其在115.9K 上邊坡更誘發了約210 萬m3 之大規模崩塌土砂災害。本文從現地地質調查、致災機制、水文分析及遙測影像判釋等面向進行討論。由降雨-延時-頻率分析得知近年來誘發重大崩塌事件的雨量皆高於200 年回歸週期,並獲致良好判別致災雨場之I-R 圖降雨臨界線關係(Re+53.5Iave=1,146)。多時期遙測影像判釋指出東澳嶺坡頂之弧型張力裂隙仍有持續溯源發展之趨勢。裸露崩塌地不連續面方位密度分布圖之裂隙位態大致與區域地質構造位態 (N70°W) 相近,顯示本區域崩塌主要仍受地質條件主控。此外,蝕溝溯源侵蝕、剪裂帶分布及凹漥坡型亦為影響研究區崩塌地地貌變遷之重要因子,而前期地震或長延時高強度降雨則為外在促崩因子。Typhoon Megi coupled with the northeastern monsoon induced an extreme rainfall of 939 mm on the Suao area, Yilan County, in eastern Taiwan on October 21st, 2010, causing the Dong-Ao Peak landslide of 2.1 million m3 along the coastal Su-Hua Section of Highway Route 9. This study adopts a geological survey, rainfall data, satellite images, orthophotos, and high-resolution DEM based on airborne laser scanner surveys to quantify the morphological changes before and after landslide events following major rainfall events since 2010. Rainfall frequency analysis indicates the cumulative precipitation triggering landslide events is greater than the 200-year return period. In addition, both the entrainment effect of debris flow and toe erosion on the down-slope is shown to induce regressive sliding failure at the adjacent roadbed. The results suggest that geological factors such as head-cutting erosion and the concave landform shape the landform evolution of the catchment. The occurrence of landslides also depends on antecedent earthquake events and extreme intense rainfalls
