福建省信息经济学学科发展报告
信息经济学是信息科学的一个分支学科,是一门研究信息的经济现象及其运动变化特征的科学。该文从信息经济学学科和实际发展两个角度,梳理国内外信息经济学科发展现状,分析福建省信息经济的发展趋势,重点阐述福建省信息经济技术研发、平台建设、产业发展以及相关政策措施等方面的进展,并针对福建省信息经济发展存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议
表观弥散系数对磁共振引导聚焦超声术治疗子宫肌瘤效果的评估
目的探讨磁共振表观弥散系数(ADC)评估磁共振引导聚焦超声术(MRgFUS)治疗子宫肌瘤效果的价值。方法回顾性分析佛山市中医院2018年1月至2022年10月期间56例接受MRgFUS治疗子宫肌瘤患者治疗前、治疗3月后和6月后的MRI及临床资料,比较患者病灶ADC值与肌瘤的体积,症状严重评分(SSS)和子宫肌瘤症状-生活质量问卷(UFS-QOL)评分的相关性。使用方差分析比较治疗前后相关数据的差异,采用Pearson法进行数据的相关性分析。结果56例患者治疗前及治疗3个月后、6个月后病灶ADC值[(1.11±0.13)、(1.84±0.09)、(2.12±0.24),×10-3/(mm2/s)]、肌瘤体积(102±35.30、56.70±18.88、46.93±18.99,cm3),SSS(36.73±11.74、21.77±10.21、17.66±9.30)和UFS-QOL(59.05±17.48、76.54±16.50、82.46±12.37)评分差异有统计学意义(F值分别为557.837,73.589,53.976和37.606,P值均<0.05)。ADC值与肌瘤体积、SSS呈负相关,与UFS-QOL评分呈正相关(相关系数分别为-0.586,-0.630和0.592,P值均<0.05)。结论ADC值对评估MRgFUS治疗子宫肌瘤效果具有较好的临床应用价值
Analysis on the status and influencing factors of the clinical communication competency of male psychiatric nurses in Guangdong Province (广东省精神科男护士临床沟通能力现状及影响因素分析)
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of clinical communication competency among male psychiatric nurses in Guangdong. Methods A cross-sectional survey of 191 male psychiatric nurses was conducted using the Nurses’ clinical Communication Competency Scale. Results The average score of clinic communication competency was (3. 79±0. 80). From high to low, the scores of each dimension were: team communication ability was (3. 91±0. 85); emotional perception ability was (3. 82±0. 83); basic verbal communication ability was (3. 81±0. 81); basic non-verbal communication ability was (3. 79±0. 82); emotional support ability was (3. 77±0. 83); communication ability in difficult situations was (3. 75±0. 81). Male nurses’ position was the main factor affecting the score of clinical communication competency and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical communication competency of male psychiatric nurses in Guangdong Province was at a medium level, and the scores of emotional support ability and communication ability in difficult situations were relatively low. Therefore, the psychiatric nursing managers should take systematic and targeted training to further improve the clinical communication competency of male psychiatric nurses. (目的 调查广东省精神科男护士临床沟通能力水平, 分析影响因素。方法 采用护士临床能力沟通量表, 通过电子问卷形式对191名精神科男护士进行横断面调查。结果 广东省精神科男护士沟通能力均分总分为(3. 79±0. 80)分。各维度得分从高到低依次为: 团队沟通能力(3. 91±0. 85)分, 情感感知能力(3. 82±0. 83)分, 基本语言沟通能力( 3. 81±0. 81 )分, 基本非语言沟通能力(3. 79±0. 82)分, 情感支持能力(3. 77±0. 83)分, 困难情景沟通能力(3. 75±0. 81)分。职务是影响临床沟通能力得分的主要因素, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 广东省精神科男护士的临床沟通能力呈中等水平, 情感支持能力与困难情景沟通能力得分相对偏低, 精神科护理管理者应采取系统的针对性培训, 以进一步提高精神科男护士的临床沟通能力。
JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay Searches
The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel

Prediction of Energy Resolution in the JUNO Experiment
International audienceThis paper presents the energy resolution study in the JUNO experiment, incorporating the latest knowledge acquired during the detector construction phase. The determination of neutrino mass ordering in JUNO requires an exceptional energy resolution better than 3% at 1 MeV. To achieve this ambitious goal, significant efforts have been undertaken in the design and production of the key components of the JUNO detector. Various factors affecting the detection of inverse beta decay signals have an impact on the energy resolution, extending beyond the statistical fluctuations of the detected number of photons, such as the properties of liquid scintillator, performance of photomultiplier tubes, and the energy reconstruction algorithm. To account for these effects, a full JUNO simulation and reconstruction approach is employed. This enables the modeling of all relevant effects and the evaluation of associated inputs to accurately estimate the energy resolution. The study reveals an energy resolution of 2.95% at 1 MeV. Furthermore, the study assesses the contribution of major effects to the overall energy resolution budget. This analysis serves as a reference for interpreting future measurements of energy resolution during JUNO data taking. Moreover, it provides a guideline in comprehending the energy resolution characteristics of liquid scintillator-based detectors
