Detection of incoherent broadband terahertz light using antenna-coupled high-electron-mobility field-effect transistors
The sensitivity of direct terahertz detectors based on self-mixing of
terahertz electromagnetic wave in field-effect transistors is being improved
with noise-equivalent power close to that of Schottky-barrier-diode detectors.
Here we report such detectors based on AlGaN/GaN two-dimensional electron gas
at 77~K are able to sense broadband and incoherent terahertz radiation. The
measured photocurrent as a function of the gate voltage agrees well with the
self-mixing model and the spectral response is mainly determined by the
antenna. A Fourier-transform spectrometer equipped with detectors designed for
340, 650 and 900~GHz bands allows for terahertz spectroscopy in a frequency
range from 0.1 to 2.0~THz. The 900~GHz detector at 77~K offers an optical
sensitivity about being comparable to a commercial
silicon bolometer at 4.2~K. By further improving the sensitivity,
room-temperature detectors would find applications in active/passive terahertz
imaging and terahertz spectroscopy.Comment: 4.5 pages, 5 figure
Environmental Economic Analysis in the Application of Chemical Fertilizer

A method of coastal ecological security management and its application
论述了海岸带生态安全管理的内涵,提出战略环境评价作为一种海岸带生态安全管理的方法,是有效的辅助决策工具,分析了面向海岸带生态安全管理的战略环境评价的对象、主要内容与范围以及评价方法,介绍了自然资源可持续利用评价的一种方法———资源定位法。并以象山港作为实例研究,运用资源定位法进行战略环境评价,评价结果表明象山港的主导功能应是水产养殖,同时兼顾滨海旅游是最佳的选择,港口建设应以小型的民用码头为主。The connotation of the management of coastal ecological security is discussed.Strategic Environmental Assessment is put forward as a method of the management of coastal ecological security which is an effective tool for assistant decision making.The object,main content and range as well as assessment method of Strategic Environmental Assessment are analyzed facing to management of coastal ecological security,and the resources-oriented method is introduced as a assessment method for resource sustainable utilization.By taking Xiangshan Harbor as a case study,the resource-oriented method is applied to the Strategic Environmental Assessment for managing the coastal ecological security of Xiangshan Harbor.Te result shows the main function of resource utilization in Xiangshan Harbor should be aquaculture with compromising the coastal tourism.The port should be constructed to commercial wharf in pocket size.福建省自然科学基金项目(D044005
Effects of the Xitongxiao prescription on apoptosis and proliferation of chondrocytes in knee
目的:探讨膝痛消方对促进软骨细胞增殖和抑制IL-1β诱导的软骨细胞凋亡的作用。方法:体外培养膝关节软骨细胞,用阿利新蓝染色方法检测软骨细胞蛋白多糖,用Ⅱ型胶原免疫荧光染色检测软骨细胞Ⅱ型胶原的表达,以鉴定软骨细胞;用MTS检测软骨细胞的增殖;用IL-1β诱导软骨细胞凋亡,AnnexinV/PI双染检测细胞凋亡。结果:膝关节剥离得到的细胞形态为多角形或梭形,阿利新蓝与Ⅱ型胶原免疫荧光染色均呈阳性,证明分离培养的细胞为软骨细胞。MTS实验结果发现膝痛消方提取物处理软骨细胞后检测到的OD值随浓度增加而增加且显著高于对照组。此外,IL-1β处理诱导软骨细胞凋亡,而膝痛消方提取物能够有效地抑制IL-1β引起的细胞凋亡。结论:膝痛消方能促进软骨细胞的增殖,抑制IL-1β诱导的软骨细胞的凋亡。以上发现为膝痛消方临床上治疗膝关节骨性关节炎提供药理作用依据。Objective:To investigate the effects of the Xitongxiao prescription on the cell proliferation and the inhibition of IL-1β-induced apoptosis of chondrocytes.Methods:To identify chondrocytes,the articular chondrocytes were cultured in vitro;staining with alcian blue was used to detect the protein polysaccharide,and staining with collagen immunofluorescence was used to examine the expression of type II collagen in chondrocytes.The proliferation of chondrocytes was determined by MTS.Apoptosis of chondrocytes was induced by IL-1β,and the effect of apoptosis was tested by Annexin V/PI double staining.Results:The morphology of the cells obtained from the knee joint was polygonal or fusiform.The tested results of Alcian blue and collagen immunofluorescence staining were positive.These together certified that the isolated cells were knee chondrocytes.MTS assay results showed that the detected OD values were dosedependently increased and they were significantly higher than those of the control group.In addition,the apoptosis of chondrocytes was induced by IL-1βtreatment.While the extract of the Xitongxiao prescription could effectively inhibit the IL-1β-induced apoptosis of chondrocytes.Conclusion:The Xitongxiao prescription could promote the proliferation of chondrocytes and inhibit the apoptosis of chondrocytes induced by IL-1β.The above findings may provide one of pharmacological mechanisms of the Xitongxiao for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.厦门市科技计划项目(3502z20144031);福建省自然科学基金计划资助项目(2015J01065)

一例热射病合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者的营养支持方案分析
目的:对1例热射病合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者的营养支持方案进行分析。方法:临床药师参与1例热射病合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者的用药治疗,并协助医师制定营养支持方案。结果:患者经过12 d的营养支持及综合治疗,肝肾功能逐步恢复正常,无明显相关并发症,胃肠道功能恢复良好,营养支持效果良好。结论:在热射病规范治疗方案的基础上,合理的营养支持及有效的药学服务有助于热射病患者康复
Synthesis and biodistribution of ~(18)F-labeled pyridyl pyridaben analogues
目的设计并合成一种氟-18标记的哒螨灵类似物:4-氯-2-叔丁基-5-[[6-[[4-[2-[2-[2-氟[18f]乙氧基]乙氧基]乙氧基]-1H-1,2,3-三唑-1-基]甲基]-2-吡啶基]甲氧基]-3(2H)-哒嗪酮([18f]fPTP-P3),并评价其用于心肌灌注显像的可能性。方法采用[18f]f-取代OTS前体的方法进行标记,通过稳定性研究、脂水分配系数测定、生物分布实验等手段对标记物进行评价。结果 [18f]fPTP-P3的总制备时间为70~90 MIn,校正后的放化产率为36±5.6%,放化纯>98%。[18f]fPTP-P3为脂溶性化合物,在水溶液中可稳定放置3 H以上。生物分布实验结果显示,[18f]fPTP-P3在小鼠心肌具有一定的初始摄取,且肝部清除较快,但其心肌滞留较差。结论 [18f]fPTP-P3不具有用于心肌显像的潜力。Objective A fluorine-18 labeled pyridazinone derivative: 4-chloro-2-tert-butyl-5-[[6-[[4-[2-[2-[2-[18F]fluroethoxy] ethoxy]ethoxy]-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]methyl]-2-pyridinyl]methoxy]-3(2H)-pyridazinone([18F]FPTP-P3) was designed and prepared,and its potential as a myocardial perfusion imaging agent was evaluated.Methods [18F]FPTP-P3 was prepared by substituting tosyl of precursor with 18 F.The tracer was evaluated by stability study,octanol/water partition coefficient and biodistribution study.Results The total radio-synthesis time was 70-90 min,typical decay-corrected radiochemical yield was 36 ± 5.6%,and the radiochemical purity(RCP) was >98% after purification.It is a lipophilic compound,and stable in water for 3 h.The results of biodistribution study in mice showed that [18F]FPTP-P3 had certain initial heart uptake and the clearance of liver was very fast as well.However the retention of heart uptake was not ideal.Conclusion [18F]FPTP-P3 is not suitable for heart imaging in vivo.国家自然科学基金(20871020;81271613;21271030); 北京市自然科学基金(2092018)资助项目~
一种利用荧光检测微囊藻细胞DNA损伤的方法
本发明公开一种利用荧光检测微囊藻细胞DNA损伤的方法,其步骤:(a)将待检测样品和对照样品均分别平均分成三小组;(b)去除细胞角质鞘:离心收集样品中藻细胞并重悬浮于SE缓冲液中洗涤;(c)细胞裂解:将细胞分别重悬浮于Lysis裂解液,加入蛋白酶K和十二烷基磺酸钠,使细胞裂解;(d)细胞DNA链解旋:改变pH,使T、P和B样品在不同条件下解旋;(e)染色:分别向以上T、P和B样品中加入Hoechest 33258染色;(f)荧光测定:离心后于荧光检测器中检测上清液的荧光强度;(g)结果计算:根据待测样品和对照样品中T、B和P样品的荧光来计算DNA链的断裂水平。本方法易于掌握,并且灵敏度高,DNA链上单个断裂位点即可检测到。</p
Optimization of separation methods and culture system of chicken embryonic stem cells in vitro
背景:胚胎干细胞是从动物早期胚胎的内细胞团或原始生殖细胞分离出来的具有发育全能性的一种未分化的无限增殖细胞系。而鸡胚胎干细胞则是从X期鸡胚的胚盘分离而来。目的:优化鸡胚胎干细胞分离方法和离体培养体系。方法:采用滤纸纸环-发环的方法从X期鸡胚分离胚盘细胞,并采用STO细胞作为饲养层和大鼠肝细胞(brl)条件培养基(CM)+细胞因子作为离体培养体系对分离的胚盘细胞进行培养。结果与结论:滤纸纸环-发环法获得的完整胚盘率为75%~85%,克隆形成率约为50%。brl-CM+饲养层培养体系,鸡胚胎干细胞可传至7代,而brl-CM+饲养层+细胞因子培养体系,鸡胚胎干细胞可传至25代。分离到的鸡胚胎干细胞,经碱性磷酸酶染色、SSEA-1染色鉴定,表明鸡胚胎干细胞处于未分化状态。提示,实验不仅优化了鸡胚胎的分离方法,获得完整且杂质少的胚盘,而且进一步优化了鸡胚胎干细胞体外培养体系。BACKGROUND:Embryonic stem cells are undifferentiated permanent cell line derived from inner cell mass cells and primordial germ cells of animal's early embryos.Chicken embryonic stem cells are derived from the blastodermal of a X-stage embryo.OBJECTIVE:To optim the separation method and in vitro cultural system of chicken embryonic stem cells.METHODS:The X-stage chicken embryos were isolated by using a small square of ?lter paper with a hole punched in the center,and the blastodermal cells were isolated by using the hair loop.STO cells were used to make feeder layer;at the same time,BRL-CM and cytokine were also used for chicken embryonic stem cells in vitro cultural system.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The filter paper loop and the hair loop could obtain complete the blastoderm,and the successful percentage was 75%-85%.The colony formation rate was about 50%.After culture in the BRL-CM + feeder layer + cytokine culture system,the passage of CES cells is the seventh generation;BRL-CM + feeder layer + cytokines,cultured chicken embryonic stem cells could passage to the 25th generation.Isolated chicken embryonic stem cells were in an undifferentiated state detected by alkaline phosphatase staining and SSEA-1 staining.The findings indicate that this experiment not only optimized the isolation method of chicken embryonic stem cells to obtain complete and pure embryos,but also further improved the in vitro culture system of chicken embryonic stem cells.国家973项目(2009CB941600)资助;国家自然科学基金项目(31072101)资助---
