管理有效性评估是了解保护区管理情况、提升管理水平的重要途径。国内外主要的海洋保护区管理有效性评估方法体系包括WCPA框架、RAPPAM、METT、Marine Tracking Tool、IUCN海洋保护区绩效评估指南、中国《海洋自然保护区管理技术规范》等。文章对这些方法的特点以及在海洋保护区评估工作中的适用性和局限性进行总结,讨论了当前评估方法与评估工作中存在的问题,为进一步研究提供参考。Management effectiveness evaluation is vital to understand the management situation and improve the management level of marine protected area. Detection of incoherent broadband terahertz light using antenna-coupled high-electron-mobility field-effect transistors

The sensitivity of direct terahertz detectors based on self-mixing of terahertz electromagnetic wave in field-effect transistors is being improved with noise-equivalent power close to that of Schottky-barrier-diode detectors. Here we report such detectors based on AlGaN/GaN two-dimensional electron gas at 77~K are able to sense broadband and incoherent terahertz radiation. The measured photocurrent as a function of the gate voltage agrees well with the self-mixing model and the spectral response is mainly determined by the antenna. A Fourier-transform spectrometer equipped with detectors designed for 340, 650 and 900~GHz bands allows for terahertz spectroscopy in a frequency range from 0.1 to 2.0~THz. The 900~GHz detector at 77~K offers an optical sensitivity about $1~\mathrm{pW/\sqrt{Hz}}$ being comparable to a commercial silicon bolometer at 4.2~K. By further improving the sensitivity, room-temperature detectors would find applications in active/passive terahertz imaging and terahertz spectroscopy.Comment: 4.5 pages, 5 figure

Jumps in Stock Prices and Macro Information Release

本文采用非参数跳跃识别方法首次对中国股市高频跳跃性及其与宏观信息冲击的关系进行研究,结果表明,股市上午开盘时跳跃次数明显大于其他交易时间,午后开盘时的跳跃次数处于一天中的较低水平,但跳跃幅度是一天中的峰值。并通过lOgIT模型研究了定期发布的宏观信息对中国股市价格跳跃的影响,研究得出,宏观信息的意外冲击对股价跳跃具有显著的影响,股价对宏观信息冲击的调整速度大多为10~15分钟,但需要50分钟才能反应完全。不同方向信息冲击对价格跳跃具有非对称性影响,宏观经济信息的正向冲击会显著降低跳跃概率,而负向冲击会增加跳跃概率。The paper uses non-parametric method to indentify high-frequency jumps in China's stock market and studies the relationship between price jumps and surprises of macro news,the results show that the jumps in the morning opening is significantly greater than the other trading hours,and the jumps in the afternoon opening is the lower,but the jump size is the peak.The paper studies the impact of macro news on jumps in stock prices of China's stock market with Logit model,we find that the surprises for macro news impact significantly the jumps in stock prices,and the speeds of the price adjustment for macro news are mostly 10- 15 minutes.Furthermore,the different direction impacts of news on jumps in prices are asymmetric,and the positive impacts of macro news significantly reduce jump probability,but the negative impacts increase jump probability

Pharmaceutical Care for Nutritional Support of One Elderly Patient Complicated with Chylous Ascites after Gastric Cancer Operation

目的通过对胃癌术后并发乳糜性腹水患者营养支持方案的优化干预和药学监护,探讨临床药师在合理用药中的作用。方法临床药师对乳糜性腹水的高龄患者术前术后的营养支持方案进行全程药学监护。临床药师对术前营养支持方案、术后早期营养支持方式以及出现并发症(乳糜腹水)时营养支持方案的调整进行干预。结果具有营养风险的高龄患者术前可在饮食基础上口服标准整蛋白型制剂,术后出现乳糜性腹水时采用无脂饮食可使腹水消退。结论临床药师参与营养支持治疗,可协助医师制定更加安全、有效的个体化营养支持方案,减轻术后并发症,缩短住院时间。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of drugs by optimizing the interventions and conducting pharmaceutical care for nutritional support treatment of one elderly patient complicated with chylous ascites after gastric cancer operation. METHODS Clinical pharmacist provided preoperative and postoperative pharmaceutical care for nutritional support treatment of one elderly patient with chylous ascites,including adjustment of preoperative nutritional support regimens,early postoperative nutritional support methods and nutritional support regimens when chylous ascites occurred. RESULTS Elderly patients who have high nutritional risks can take standard enteral nutrition as oral nutrition supplement besides oral diet. The use of fat-free diet is an effective treatment means of chylous ascites. CONCLUSION Involvement of clinical pharmacists in nutritional support treatment can help physicians develop safer and more effective individualized nutrition support regimens,reduce postoperative complications,and shorten hospital stay
