THE INVISCID AND NON-RESISTIVE LIMIT IN THE CAUCHY PROBLEM FOR 3-D NONHOMOGENEOUS INCOMPRESSIBLE MAGNETO-HYDRODYNAMICS
In this paper,the inviscid and non-resistive limit is justified for the local-in-time solutions to the equations of nonhomogeneous incompressible magneto-hydrodynamics (MHD)in R~3.We prove that as the viscosity and resistivity go to zero,the solution of the Cauchy problem for the nonhomogeneous incompressible MHD system converges to the solution of the ideal MHD system.The convergence rate is also obtained simultaneously
Global existence and uniqueness of strong solutions for the magnetohydrodynamic equations
This paper is concerned with an initial boundary value problem in one-dimensional magnetohydrodynamics. We prove the global existence, uniqueness, and stability of strong solutions for the planar magnetohydrodynamic equations for isentropic compressible fluids in the case that vacuum can be allowed initially. Environment Security Monitoring System for Offshore Caged Fish and Water Quality
为了更好地开展渔业养殖中深水网箱中鱼群状态与水质环境的安全监测,提出了一种深水网箱鱼群与水质环境安全远程监测系统.该系统使用声学方式对鱼群分布状况进行监测;同时采用传感器对水质环境的温度、溶解氧、p H值等进行监测,监测结果通过无线数据传输方式实时传送至微处理器,完成信号去噪、数据提取、显示及报警等.实验结果表明,该监测系统性能稳定可靠,结合嵌入式控制技术与无线数据传输技术,监测操作简便,移动性好;同时兼顾鱼群与水质环境安全,监测更全面到位,在推广深水网箱养殖安全配套设施上具有良好的应用前景.Environment monitoring of fish activity state and water quality is the key to offshore cage safety management.A remote monitoring system for offshore caged fish and water quality is developed in the research.The fish distribution and abundance are monitored strategically using acoustic transducers in the system.Meanwhile,some parameters of water quality are obtained using various sensors,such as temperature sensor,dissolved oxygen sensor and p H sensor. Then the collected data are sent to the user monitor terminal in real time through wireless transmission module.Finally,the results are displayed on a 7-inch liquid crystal display screen( LCD) after data processing. The experiment has been conducted to verify the excellent performance of this system.Combined with embedded control technology and wireless data transmission technology,the flexibility and mobility are improved significantly. Besides,both fish activity and water quality are taken into account,making the monitoring more comprehensive.The results suggest that the system has good application prospects.国家海洋局海洋公益性行业科研专项(201505027-2
梯度密度离心法分离肝癌细胞及其转移性细胞株的建立
【目的】建立新的肝细胞癌细胞系,为肝癌实验研究提供更多纯化癌细胞。【方法】从肝细胞癌患者原发灶和门脉癌栓中获取癌组织,采用Percoll浓度梯度分离癌细胞进行培养,用微环境消化法获取癌细胞克隆并建立细胞系,对培养成功的细胞系进行生长曲线测定、染色体G带核型分析、对比基因组杂交和裸鼠接种成瘤实验。【结果】对20例肝癌组织进行癌细胞分离培养和克隆,成功建立2例细胞系H2M和H4M,这2株细胞均来自门脉癌栓,它们的染色体数目测定均为超3倍体(71.78条)。CGH检测显示H2M主要的细胞遗传学改变为染色体4q、13q、16q、17p和19p缺失和1q、3q、5p、6p、7q和8q扩增,其中有一条标记染色体含有1q和6p[t(1;6)染色体];而H4M染色体8p,9,13q,16q缺失和6p,7p,11p,11q13扩增,其中有一条标记染色体含有一长的均染区(hsr)。H2M细胞接种裸鼠1个月,产生典型的人肝细胞癌,但H4M接种尚未能成瘤。【结论】Percoll浓度梯度分离癌细胞和微环境消化法取得癌细胞克隆是建立原代细胞系的有效方法。2例肝癌细胞系的建立为以后肝癌研究提供了实验材料,所测出的肝癌细胞系的细胞遗传学改变及在裸鼠接种成瘤.为肝癌细胞癌基因和抑癌基因筛选提供了研究线索和实验模型
