肢体残疾职业成功者社会支持、应对方式和人格特征的相关研究

我国目前有残疾人8296万人，其中肢体残疾者2412万人，占29．07％，在各类残疾人中居第一位。职业成功的定义是：一个人在职业生涯发展的过程中所累积起来的积极的心理上或是与工作相关的成果或成就&ldquo;。职业成功的标准根据评价主体的不同，分为客观标准和主观标准。客观标准是客观和可见的标准，如创造财富的数量、获得的各种奖励、晋升次数等；主观标准是个体对自身成功与否的主观感受，如工作满意度、自我实现感等。目前国内对于肢体残疾职业成功者的研究较少，对他们的社会支持、应对方式和人格特征还不十分清楚。对这个问题做进一步研究，将为众多肢体残疾者，包括汶川和玉树地震新造成的肢残者早日适应残疾，取得职业成功提供帮助。</p

家族主义文化、“去家族化”治理改革与公司绩效

儒家文化倡导重家族、重血缘的家族主义价值观。本文研究家族企业创始人的家族主义文化观念对公司上市前"去家族化"公司治理改革和上市后公司绩效的影响。研究发现:首先,创始人的家族主义文化观念越强,家族企业在上市前越不可能实施"去家族化"治理改革,即家族成员从管理岗位离职的概率越低,家族对公司的控制权、现金流权以及两权分离度的下降幅度也越小。其次,公司所在地的劳动力市场越不发达,或家族成员教育背景越差时,创始人的家族主义文化观念对"去家族化"治理改革的阻碍作用越强。进一步研究还表明,是家族内部的言传身教,而非社会环境的熏陶塑造了企业创始人的家族主义文化观念,进而影响家族企业的"去家族化"改革。最后,本文发现公司上市前"去家族化"治理改革实施得越不彻底,上市后公司绩效和收入增长率就越低。综上,本文研究结果为儒家家族主义文化影响经济发展提供了来自微观企业层面的证据。国家自然科学基金重大项目(71790600,71790601);;国家优秀青年科学基金项目(71722012);;国家自然科学基金重点项目(71532012);;教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目(15JZD019)的资

Compared to the supported aqueous-phase catalysts (SAPC) on ultrafine SiO2 support,the ultrafine SiO2-supported catalyst with amphiphilic phosphine-complex presented a higher hydroformylation performance over a relatively wider range of support hydration. Since the water was distilled to organic phase for more times recycled catalysts, the draw backs of ultrafine SiO2 supported water- soluble phosphine-Rh complexes catalyst could be avoided by using supported liquid- phase catalyst prepared by using amphiphilic phosphine- Rh complexes, obtaining higher activity and selectivity of hydroformylation.国家自然科学基金(20023001

Neural mechanisms of 1-back working memory in intellectually gifted children

To investigate the neural mechanisms underlying intellectually gifted children, electroencephalograms (EEG) were recorded while 13 intellectually gifted children and 13 average children accomplished a 1-back working memory task. The results showed that intellectually gifted children elicited significantly shorter P3 latency than their intellectually average peers. These results support the neural efficiency theory that intellectually gifted individual can use their brain more efficiently
