    外源DNA导入Synechococcussp.PCC7942后,通过NBT光化还原和PAGE电泳检测发现转基因藻Syne chococcussp.PCC7942的SOD活性和同工酶谱发生了改变.若外源基因整合在受体细胞染色体DNA上,根据整合位点的不同则能提高或减弱Synechococcussp.PCC7942的SOD活性,同时增加同工酶谱带.若外源基因不是整合在染色体上而是以质粒的形式存在,则只改变Synechococcussp.PCC7942SOD活性而不影响其同工酶谱.The activity and the isoenzyme of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in three types of transgenic Synechococcus sp. PCC7942 were analysed by photoreduction of NBT and PAGE electrophresis. The results showed that introduction of exogenous DNA does change the activities and numbers of SOD isoenzyme bands. If esogenous gene were integrated into chromosomal DNA of host cell, it can enhance or reduce enzyme activity and add iosenzyme bands of SOD in transformed Synechococcus sp .PCC7942. But if exogenous genes existed in shuttle plasmid and not integrated into chromosome of host cell, it can enhance activity of SOD, but does not change the number of SOD isoenzyme band.福建省自然科学基金(B0210001);; 厦门市科技计划资

    Hd3A(HEAdIng dATE 3A)基因是光周期诱导水稻开花过程中的一个关键调控基因,它在短日条件下表达并促进水稻开花.通过根癌农杆菌介导的方法将热激诱导表达的Hd3A基因转化到水稻品种日本晴中.热激处理转基因植株后,检测结果表明,叶片中转基因Hd3A的表达水平比热激前显著提高,随后又下降到热激前的水平,说明转基因Hd3A在水稻中可以被热激诱导瞬间的表达.长日条件下热激转基因水稻可成功诱导其抽穗,而同样处理的野生型植株不能抽穗,表明Hd3A的瞬间表达可诱导水稻开花,且其开花的早晚与热激处理的强度有关.Hd3a(Heading date 3a)plays a key regulatory role in the photoperiod flowering pathway of rice(Oryza sativa).In this study,a heat-shock inducible Hd3a gene was transformed into wild-type rice mediated by Agrobacterium tumifaciens.The result of real-time PCR analysis showed that the expression level of transgene Hd3a increased significantly after heating treatment,and soon decreased to the background level,which suggested that Hd3a expression can be induced transiently to a very high level.In the long-day condition,the flowering of transgenic rice can be induced by heating treatment,while wild type plants can not flower with the same treatment.It proved that a transient expression of Hd3a could induce transgenic rice to flower.There was a positive correlation between flowering time and heating treatment times.福建省青年人才项目(2006F3123);霍英东教育基金(111026)资

    Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel

The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years of exposure is 9.6×1033 9.6 \times 10^{33} years, which is competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel and complements the use of different detection technologies
