Psychometric Features of Wade Forgiveness Scale and Transgression-Related Interpersonal Motivation Scale-12-Item Form in Chinese College Students
目的:测试Wade宽恕量表(WadeForgivenessScale,WFS)及其简表“人际侵犯动机量表”(TransgressionRelatedInterpersonalMotivationsScale12ItemForm,TRIM-12)在我国的适用性。方法:网上收集1015名18-60岁被试做答的结果。TRIM-12的重测在大学生公共课中间隔3周完成。结果:WFS的各分量表的Cronbachα系数为0.58-0.90;TRIM-12的Cronbachα系数为0.87,因素分析可得两个因子:报复、回避,共解释57.33%的方差,项目在因子上的载荷高于0.50;TRIM-12与原WFS总分相关系数r=0.84。结论:TRIM-12与WFS内涵一致,但比WFS在我国更为适用
高龄孕妇的妊娠结局
【目的】了解高龄孕妇的妊娠结局,为提高该高危人群的围产期预后提供指导。【方法】回顾性分析2006年2月11日至2006年10月7日在我院分娩的156例年龄介于35~48岁高龄孕妇的妊娠结局,并随机选择同期分娩的年龄介于21~34岁的孕妇156例作为对照。【结果】高龄组剖宫产率及辅助生育受孕率均显著高于对照组,妊娠期糖尿病及糖耐量异常、胎儿窘迫、早产的发生率高于对照组,而HSV及CMV感染显著低于对照组,两组新生儿畸形率及围产儿死亡率差异无显著性。【结论】高龄与早产、胎儿窘迫、妊娠期糖尿病、剖宫产率升高等不良妊娠结局密切相关。在妊娠期应加强对高龄孕妇糖尿病和早产等高危因素的筛查,分娩过程中密切监护,及早发现胎儿窘迫的征兆,改善妊娠结局
Effect of pretreatment temperature on volatile fatty acids production by activated sludge
考察了预处理温度对剩余污泥水解酸化生产挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)的影响。分别在70、80、90、100℃下处理剩余活性污泥2 h,考察其水解酸化情况。结果表明:热处理可提高溶液中的SCOD及碳水化合物含量,提高效果随温度升高而增大;预处理温度对污泥产酸的促进效果为:90℃>80℃>100℃>70℃。经加90℃处理的活性污泥在缺氧条件下水解酸化30 h后,VFAs的产酸量达到最大,为946 mg/L。VFAs包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和戊酸,其中乙酸和丙酸为主要产物,热预处理污泥可提高VFAs中乙酸的含量。The effect of thermal pretreatment temperature on solubilization an acidification of waste sludge(WAS) was investigated.Pretreatment temperatures of WAS ranged from 70℃ to 100℃ and holding time was 2 h.The results showed that COD solubilization was found to increase with treatment temperature.Whereas,total volatile fatty acid(TVFAs)concentration was found to be in the following order:90℃>80℃>100℃>70℃.The optimal pretreatment temperature was 90℃.The VFAs concentration of WAS pretreated under 90℃ was 946 mg/L after 30 h of fermentation.The VFAs consisted of acetic,propionic,butyric and valeric acids,but acetic and propionic acids were the two main products.The proportion of acetic acid was increased by thermal pretreatment.福建省科技重点项目(2008Y0060);; 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20073005);; 新加坡厦大校友会研发与学术交流基金项
中草药用于酱油防腐初步研究
采用滤纸片法研究了118种中草药对酱油腐败菌毕赤氏酵母的抑制情况,考察了中草药的添加对酱油各项理化指标的影响,并以苯甲酸钠为对照,探讨其在酱油防腐效果方面的差异。结果表明,乌梅、丁香及石榴皮对酱油的防腐效果优于苯甲酸钠,并有助于改善酱油风味。其中,乌梅的最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌质量浓度(MBC)均为最小,分别达31.0 g/L和62.5 g/L
Preparation and Application of Soluble Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen Expressed by Escherichia coli
旨在建立基于大肠杆菌表达系统的高效可溶性表达人鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)方法,获得具有较好活性的重组SCCAg抗原并应用于建立抗原检测方法; 。基于pGEX-6P-l载体和大肠杆菌E. coli; ER2566菌株开展重组SCCAg抗原可溶性表达纯化方法研究,评价纯化抗原活性,筛选特异性单克隆抗体,初步建立并评价SCCAg抗原检测方法。结果; 显示,pGEX-6P-l载体和E coli; ER2566菌株可用于建立较高效的可溶性表达和纯化SCCAg抗原的方法,获得了具有较高纯度和活性的重组SCCAg抗原,筛选获得特异性单克隆抗体并; 初步建立了 SCCAg管式化学发光检测方法。建立了有效的基于大肠杆菌表达系统的可溶性表达和纯化SCCAg的方法。The aims of this study are to establish a method for efficient soluble; expression of human squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg ) based on; Escherichia coli expression system and obtain the recombinant SCCAg; antigen in fine activity, then apply it in the detection method; establishment of antigen. The study on the method of soluble expression; and purification of recombinant SCCAg antigen was conducted based on; pGEX-6P-l vector and E. coli ER2566 strain. The activity of the purified; antigen was evaluated by Abbott Kit and the specific monoclonal antibody; was screened by indirect ELISA. It was proved that PGEX-6P-1 vector and; E. coli strain ER2566 could be used to establish efficient soluble; expression and purification method for recombinant SCCAg antigen.; Moreover, the recombinant SCCAg antigen was proved to be in high purity; and activity. Thus,the SCCAg detection method of chemical luminous tube; was established with the specific monoclonal antibodies. CLSI EP15-A3在临床生化正确度验证中的应用
目的探讨美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP15-A3文件在正确度验证中的应用价值。方法按照EP15-A3文件5×5实验设计方案,用IFCC提供的Rela A(水平1)和Rela B(水平2)样品、美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)909C参考物质分别验证肌酐(Cr)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)的正确度。每个样品每天1批,每批重复5次,共5 d,每个样品获得25个数据。用Grubbs’法计算离群值,单因素方差分析(ANOVA)计算用户的批内不精密度(SR)和实验室内不精密度(SWL),基于SR和SWL计算结果的均值及其标准差,计算靶值(TV)及其标准误差,最后计算出TV的确认区间(VI),观察各指标检测均值是否在VI内,如通过则用户证明了候选方法的偏差可接受;若不通过则计算均值和TV的相对偏差,观察该相对偏差是否小于用户定义的可接受范围(<1/2 TEa),若是则证明候选方法的偏差可接受。否则,需查找原因或与厂家联系。结果6个生化项目的测定结果均通过Grubbs’法离群值检查,各项目无离群值。该次验证实验中,除NIST 909C参考物质样品Urea、TC,Rela样品Cr水平2均值不在VI内,但相对偏差均小于1/2 TEa外,其他均值都在VI内。结论用EP15-A3文件进行验证的6个生化项目的正确度均符合临床要求。国家自然科学基金(81572088);;“十二五”国家科技支撑计划(2013BAI02B04,2012BAI37B01);;广东省中医院拔尖人才项目(2014-47);广东省中医院综合标准化示范项目(YN2015BZ10
Electrogenic and Anti-Methanogenic Properties of Bacillus cereus for Enhanced Power Generation in Anaerobic Sludge Driven Microbial Fuel Cell
Mutual interactions between microorganisms play a vital role in the formation of electroactive biofilms, which is a key element in the longevity and success of bioelectrochemical systems. The present study was intended to examine both the electrogenic properties of B. cereus and its ability to inhibit methanogenesis in microbial fuel cells (MFCs). The potential influence of the incorporation of B. cereus into anaerobic sludge (AS) on the electrochemical activity was assessed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) analyses. The CV of MFCs with B. cereus showed a strong redox peak, suggesting that B. cereus has electrogenetic properties. Moreover, the incorporation of B. cereus into AS provided an enhancement in the power generation (4.83 W/m3) and the CE (22%) of the MFC compared to the corresponding values for an MFC inoculated solely with AS (1.82 W/m3, 12%). The increase in power generation could be due to the antimethanogenic property of B. cereus, which was evident from the 54% reduction in methane production. The results of this study suggest that the incorporation of microorganisms with electrogenic and antimethanogenic properties into AS promotes the formation of electroactive biofilms and maximizes the power generation of MFCs by suppressing the methanogenesis
经内窥镜大隐静脉获取术在冠状动脉旁路移植术中应用的学习曲线
目的探讨内窥镜获取大隐静脉在冠状动脉旁路移植术中的应用并探讨学习曲线,重点关注初学者易发生的问题及对早期临床结果的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年7月至2014年4月在郑州大学第一附属医院心外科接受不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术并使用内窥镜技术获取大隐静脉的83例患者的临床资料,按照手术时间的先后顺序分为A组(初学组20例)、B组(熟悉组20例)、C组(进步组20例)、D组(成熟组23例),分析各组之间患者围术期及随访结果差异,明确学习曲线周期。结果该组患者年龄为(60.22±8.06)岁,体质量为(69.77±11.66) kg,其中合并高血压24例、糖尿病26例、亚急性脑梗14例。A组相对于后三组获取大隐静脉长度与时间比值明显较小(P<0.001),静脉主干损伤数量明显较多(P=0.006),并且随访1年时静脉桥通畅率较低,但差异无统计学意义。结论内窥镜获取大隐静脉之前技术操作培训是必要的,能有效规避初学者造成的血管损伤,实际获取的过程中大概需要亲自操作20例,并认真总结技术技巧就可以较为熟练地进行相关操作
Analysis of the nutrient distribution features and affecting factors in the Jiulongjiang estuary
根据2009、2010年“丰水期“和“枯水期“四航次九龙江河口混合区的调查资料,且结合历史资料对营养盐含量及分布特征、周日变化特征进行了统计和相关分析,研究了九龙江流域营养盐输入海洋的变化过程,探讨九龙江河口营养盐伴随潮汐变化,以及河口混合过程中的生物地球化学行为。调查期间溶解无机氮、硅和磷含量的平面分布呈现出由径流冲淡水高值向河口外海端递减的变化趋势;在涨潮时,河口区感潮段高溶解无机氮、硅、磷营养盐的陆源冲淡水与低溶解无机氮、硅、磷营养盐外海水相遇,随着外海水的侵入,外海水的作用逐渐加强,在稀释混合过程中呈现出无机营养盐逐步降低的变化趋势,退潮时则相反;营养盐在这复杂的河口过程中往往表现出在水动力的作用下稀释混合是主要过程,无机氮和活性硅酸盐在河口稀释混合过程中呈现保守性特征,活性磷酸盐在河口转移(补充)过程的行为复杂化,呈现缓冲作用为主。Based on the historical data and the data from four surveys in the wet season and dry season of 2009 and 2010 in the Jiulongjiang estuary,the concentration and distribution of nutrient were discussed in the mixing process.Furthermore,the daily variation of nutrient concentration with the tide was also discussed.The results showed that:(1) the concentration of total dissolved inorganic nitrogen,silicate and phosphate all decreased gradually from the river runoff to seawater;(2) in high tide,in the mixing process of the runoff with high nutrient concentration and the seawater with low concentration of nutrient,the concentration of nutrient decreased due to seawater.On the contrary,during the ebb,the concentration of nutrient increased due to the runoff;(3) in the mixing process in Jiulongjiang estuary,nitrogen and silicate were both conservatively diluted,but phosphate was buffered because of the complicated transfer and complement of phosphate.国家海洋局公益性项目(200805064);国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费项目(海三科2009021);海三科200900
一种定量检测人血清高敏C反应蛋白的化学发光免疫方法
旨在建立一种可定量检测人血清高敏CRP的化学发光检测方法(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein quantifiable chemiluminescent immunoassay,hs-CRP CLIA)。首先利用亲和层析和离子交换层析技术从肝硬化病人腹水中纯化出高纯度的天然CRP作为免疫原制备了22株CRP单克隆抗体(单抗),其中13株单抗在磷酸胆碱配体捕获ELISA中呈阳性,然后利用方正滴定法筛选出单抗10C5和10C11建立了hs-CRP CLIA。试剂盒评估结果显示:该方法对血清中干扰物质IgG、血红蛋白、甘油三酯等无非特异性反应;该方法检测灵敏度高,在0.04~20.38mg/L范围内定量检测人血清CRP标准品呈良好线性关系(R2>0.993);该方法准确性高、可重复性好,平均回收率为99%,批内差为4.2%~5.8%,批间差为9.0%~11.5%;该方法与进口商品化高敏CRP ELISA试剂盒平行比较检测90份血清标本,结果显示两者有良好的可比性(r=0.968)。综上,建立的hs-CRP CLIA是一种准确、可靠、可定量的高灵敏C反应蛋白检测方法,该方法的临床应用,有利于改善我国心脏病风险评估及肠炎性疾病预后判断
