Perbandingan latihan squat jumps dengan latihan In-place tuck jumps dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai pada atlet bola voli sbv pop bandung tahun 2014/2015

Daya ledak merupakan kondisi fisik yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam cabang olahraga bola voli. Daya ledak digunakan untuk melakukan atau mengeluarkan power atlet dalam waktu sesingkat-singkatnya. Daya ledak yang dibutuhkan salah satunya adalah daya ledak otot tungkai yang digunakan untuk melakukan loncatan saat melakukan spike dan block. Sehingga seorang pelatih atau instruktur harus mampu memilih latihan yang tepat untuk mengembangkan atau melatih daya ledak otot tungkai atlet. Jenis latihan yang dapat dijadikan alternatif adalah latihan pliometrik yang salah satunya adalah latihan squat jumps dan latihan in-place tuck jumps. Latihan pliometrik merupakan jenis latihan yang di dalamnya terdapat gerakan latihan eksplosif sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya ledak otot-otot yang akan dilatih. Latihan squat jumps dan latihan in-place tuck jumps merupakan jenis latihan yang digunakan untuk melatih otot tubuh bagian bawah, sehingga tepat jika digunakan untuk daya ledak otot tungkai. Metode penulisan ini adalah metode eksperimen kuasi. Hal ini dilakukan karena subjek penulisan ini adalah manusia. Di mana variabel-variabel ekstra sulit sekali untuk dikontrol. Sehingga hanya variabel bebas dan terikat yang penulis perhatikan. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan yang dilakukan, ternyata data sampel squat jumps mengalami peningkatan loncatan lebih besar dibanding dengan hasil loncatan yang diperoleh sampel in-place tuck jumps. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil uji statistika terhadap perolehan hasil loncatan dengan rumus uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan pada penulisan ini H1 yaitu latihan squat jumps memberikan pengaruh perbedaan daya ledak otot tungkai lebih besar dibanding latihan in-place tuck jumps diterima atau latihan squat jumps memiliki pengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai lebih baik dibanding dengan latihan in-place tuck jumps

PENGARUH INTENSITAS PEMBERIAN PEKERJAAN RUMAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI Se-GUGUS NAGAWIRU KECAMATAN GUMELAR, BANYUMAS TAHUN AJARAN 2011/2012

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Gugus Nagawiru tahun pelajaran 2011/ 2012, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-gugus Nagawiru kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Korelasi dengan variabel independen yaitu intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah, sebagai variabel dependen yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 195 responden siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Gugus Nagawiru yang berada di Kecamatan Gumelar, dengan laki- laki sebanyak 91 dan perempuan sejumlah 104. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Pengumpulan data yang dipakai menggunakan metode angket. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah dan motivasi belajar siswa. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, linieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa diketahui dengan nilai F hitung (27,817) > F tabel (3,981896) dan pengaruh intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 28,8%. Dengan demikian pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan intensitas pemberian pekerjaan rumah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Gugus Nagawiru Kecamatan Gumelar, Banyumas tahun ajaran 2011/ 2012. Applying Integrated Computer Assisted Media (ICAM) in Teaching Vocabulary

The objective of this research was to find out whether the use of integrated computer assisted media (ICAM) is effective to improve the vocabulary achievement of the second semester students of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. The population of this research was the second semester students of English department of Cokroaminoto Palopo University in academic year 2013/2014. The samples of this research were 60 students and they were placed into two groups: experimental and control group where each group consisted of 30 students. This research used cluster random sampling technique. The research data was collected by applying vocabulary test and it was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of this research was integrated computer assisted media (ICAM) can improve vocabulary achievement of the students of English department of Cokroaminoto Palopo University. It can be concluded that the use of ICAM in the teaching vocabulary is effective to be implemented in improving the students’ vocabulary achievement

Implementation of Assessment of the Individual Attitudes of Santri at the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School

Nowadays, character and attitude are the main achievements in education, not only focusing on cognition, let alone Islamic religious education which has the main goal of forming students who have Islamic personalities (obedient, confident, and have noble character) both as individuals, families, communities, citizens and the world. To achieve this, it is necessary to instill strong morals and character in the individual students, especially students who are students who specifically deepen Islamic religious studies at Islamic boarding schools. Using the case study method by conducting interviews directly and accompanied by documents that are confirmed by literature review. To know this, it is necessary to carry out evaluation and research in the implementation of moral cultivation in individual students, so this concentration is what the author is studying to study the pattern of moral cultivation to achieve the goals of Islamic Religious Education itself

Epistemological Construction of Imam Syâfi’î Legal Reasoning. Imam Syâfi’î has a major contribution in laying the foundation and methodological principles of Islamic law (ushûl al-fiqh), supporting a strong unity between the Alquran and the Sunah as well as providing a level of convergence between the reasoning of ahl al-hadîtsand ahl al-ra’y. The methodology offered by Imam Syâfi’î is well suited and relevant to the context of the social and cultural conditions of the time. This article elaborates more comprehensively on the legal reasoning offered by the Imam Syâfi’î. However, in the current context, the process of legal reasoning that is offered by Imam Syâfi’î deserves further study considering the different challenges and opportunities. Analysis of Amino Acid Sequence of SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2, and MERS-CoV Spike Glycoproteins: Preliminary Study for Obtaining Universal Peptide Vaccine Candidates

In the manufacture of universal peptide vaccines, it is necessary to analyze the amino acids of the various candidates. Therefore, this study aims to examine the amino acids of the spike glycoproteins of SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2, and MERS CoV. The method used is the alignment of the amino acid spike glycoprotein between SARS-CoV with SARS-CoV-2, MERS CoV with SARS-CoV-2, and SARS-CoV with MERS-CoV using web-based software water emboss. The analysis result showed that SARS and SARS CoV-2 were very similar with 87% similarity and 76.4% identity values. In contrast, SARS CoV-2 with MERS and SARS with MERS were very different, having similarity and identity values less than 70%. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that spike glycoprotein's peptide is only useful from attacks by the SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 viruses

Antiquark nuggets as dark matter: New constraints and detection prospects

Current evidence for dark matter in the universe does not exclude heavy composite nuclear-density objects consisting of bound quarks or antiquarks over a significant range of masses. Here we analyze one such proposed scenario, which hypothesizes antiquark nuggets with a range of log10(B) = 24-30 with specific predictions for spectral emissivity via interactions with normal matter. We find that, if these objects make up the majority of the dark matter density in the solar neighborhood, their radiation efficiency in solids is marginally constrained, due to limits from the total geothermal energy budget of the Earth. At allowed radiation efficiencies, the number density of such objects can be constrained to be well below dark matter densities by existing radio data over a mass range currently not restricted by other methods.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figures, revised references; submitted to PR
