Автором охарактеризовано наукову діяльність М.С. Грушевського як дослідника українського кобзарства, його вклад у розробку цієї проблематики. Дослідження цього значного пласту українського музичного мистецтва М.С. Грушевським знайшло відображення в праці «Історія української літератури». На її сторінках вчений аналізує репертуар, манери виконання та окремі особливості цього виду музичного мистецтва. Діяльність і творча спадщина М. Грушевського, що загалом були спрямовані на дослідження і пропагування української історії та культури, в різних аспектах стосувалися кобзарства як мистецького явища. (The author has characterized the scholarly activity of Mykhailo Hrushevskyi as a researcher of Ukrainian kobzarstvo and his contribution to the development of this issue. The research of this considerable layer of the Ukrainian musical art by Mykhailo Hrushevskyi has found its reflection in the work History of the Ukrainian literature. On the pages of this work, Mykhailo Hrushevskyi analyses the repertoire, manners of performance and separate features of this type of musical art. The activity and the heritage of Mykhailo Hrushevskyi, which were generally focused on the research and promotion of the Ukrainian history and culture in various aspects, were closely connected with kobzarstvo as the art phenomenon.

Виконавська творчість бандуристів українського зарубіжжя у звукозаписах (Performing Artistic Work in Sound Recordings of Ukrainian Bandurists Abroad)

У тезах розглянуто один із важливих видів джерел до історії української еміграції ХХ ст., а саме звукозаписи. Останні відіграють ключову роль у вивченні мистецької спадщини бандуристів українського зарубіжжя. З’ясовано значення записів творів бандуристів в еміграційному середовищі, які за відсутності сталого фінансування гастрольної діяльності музичних колективів виступали одним із основних способів спілкування зі слухачем. Проаналізовано етапи розвитку звукозапису бандуристів української діаспори, їх репертуар та динаміку виконання музичних творів. (The theses examine one of the important sources for the history of Ukranian emigration of the 20th century, namely sound recordings. The latter play a key role in the research of the artistic heritage of Ukrainian bandurists abroad. The author has established the value of sound recordings of the works of bandurists in the emigration circles, which, in the absence of stable financing gained in musical band tours, served as primary means of connection with listeners. The stages of development of sound recording of Ukrainian diaspora bandurists, their repertoire, and dynamics of performing musical pieces are analyzed.

Бандурне мистецтво в системі музичної культури української діаспори ХХ – початку ХХІ ст. (Bandura Art in the System of Ukrainian Diaspora Musical Culture during the XX – Begin-ning of the XXI Century)

У статті розглядається специфіка розвитку бандурного мистецтва як складової музичної культури української діаспори ХХ – початку ХХІ ст. Проаналізовано здобутки бандуристів зарубіжжя на джерелознавчому, хронологічному, просторово-географічному, соціокультурному, порівняльному, органологічному, виконавському, композиторському, освітньо-педагогічному та методичному, суспільно-комунікативному рівнях (This article describes the features of bandura art as the part of Ukrainian Diaspora’s musical culture during the XX – XXI century. Ukrainian Diaspora’s bandura art is defined as a multi- functional, open, complex, dynamic and regulated system, which is a subsystem in the hierarchy of Ukrainian Diaspora’s musical culture. The author analyses Diaspora’s bandura art regarding such its achievements such as: musical works and artefacts; different activities (compose, reproduce, preserve, distribute and analyse works and artefacts); skills and achievements; institutions and social institutes; the cultural and artistic environment, etc. The achievements of diaspora bandura players are analysed within chronological, geographic, sociocultural, comparative, performing, composing, educational, pedagogical, methodological, social-communicative etc. frames

Пути совершенствования личностной организованности спортивного менеджера

В роботі авторами встановлений взаємозв'язок між особистісною організованістю та ефективністю професійної діяльності менеджерів установ фізичної культури та спорту. Визначені провідні особистісні детермінанти організованості спортивного менеджера. Запропонована тренінгова програма вдосконалення особистісної організованості спортивного менеджера.Interconnection between personal organization and effectiveness of activity of establishments of physical culture and sports is set by the authors of this article. Leading personal determinants of organization of sport manager are determined. Training program of improving of personal organization of sport manager is developed and proved. It is shown that the qualities of manager are .ability to correct estimate risks of environment, to develop corresponding strategy of organization, provide the achievement of aims and formulate the structure of organization The important components of quality of manager is his personal good organization, possibility to organize and explain employees for the achievement of aims of organization. Improving quality of manager is the basic way of increase of efficiency of establishment, because of that, exactly a manager forms strategy of organization and provides her implementation taking into account the risks of environment. The features of administrative activity of sport manager and modern theoretic and methodic е bases of organization of realization of training were taken into account in the processes of training program design. The entrance indexes were leading personality determinants ("acceptivyti" "analytic-planned") of good organization of sport manager got as a result of factor and cross-correlation analysis of her constituents. The interactive techniques of "acceptivyti" and "management period" were used and modified for forming of the training program on of improvement of personality good organization of sport manager taking into account the specific of administrative activity, The expediency of use the training program of improvement of personality good organization of sport manager was a result of research of the increase of efficiency of his professional activity.Авторами установлена взаимосвязь между личностной организованностью и эффективностью деятельности учреждения физической культуры и спорта. Определены ведущие личностные детерминанты организованности спортивного менеджера. Показано, что способность правильно оценить риски внешней среды, разрабатывать соответствующую стратегию организации, обеспечивать достижение целей и формулировать структуру организации являются составляющими качества менеджера. Важными компонентами качества менеджера является его личная организованность, возможность организовать и мотивировать сотрудников для достижения целей организации. В результате исследования обоснована целесообразность использования тренинговой программы усовершенствования личностной организованности спортивного менеджера для повышения эффективности его профессиональной деятельности

Личностные составляющие успешной профессиональной деятельности тренера как управленца

В дослідженні встановлено, що виконання управлінських функцій та підвищення ефективності професійної діяльності тренера знаходиться в залежності від такої складової його особистості як організованість. Отримані дані про складові та провідні особистісні детермінанти, що визначають необхідний рівень організованості тренера для виконання завдань управлінської діяльності.The study found that the performance of administrative functions and efficiency of the professional coach is dependent on this part of his personality as an personal organization. The data on the components and leading personality determinants that determine the level of organization needed a coach to perform management tasks. It was determined the importance rank of components coach organization: regulatory (1), productive communication (2), dynamic (3), motivational (4), cognitive (5) and emotional (6). The complex of psychodiagnostic methods, providing improvement of evaluation system of personal organization coach, and his guidance and selection and training were grounded. It was revealed that personal organization of sports coach as manager depends on the personality traits that have two levels of significance: invariant core formed of a combination of qualities that are necessary for efficient operation; personality traits, which are sufficient for effective action. Leading determinants of personal organization of coach provides the following features: setting and achieving goals and objectives of professional activity ; identification of the best options considering available resources; act confidently and convincingly; establish an effective monitoring system in a sports team; confidently and carefully operate in a changing environment; respond adequately to the risks arising in the process of management. The study proposed the program to improve personal organization of coach as the subject of management. The distinctive feature of the proposed program is to focus on the major determinants of personal organization and interactive tools with the "assertiveness" and "time management", which is adapted to the specific management of the coach. The study provides an opportunity to outline areas for further consideration of the problem of professionally important personal coach's qualities formation to improve the efficiency of solving problems of management.В исследовании установлено, что выполнение управленческих функций и повышение эффективности профессиональной деятельности тренера находится в зависимости от такой составной его личности как организованность. Получены данные о составляющих и ведущих детерминантах, определяющих необходимый уровень организованности тренера для выполнения задач управленческой деятельности

The United States' next generation of atmospheric composition and coastal ecosystem measurements : NASA's Geostationary Coastal and Air Pollution Events (GEO-CAPE) Mission

The definitive version was published in Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society 93 (2012): 1547–1566, doi:10.1175/BAMS-D-11-00201.1.The Geostationary Coastal and Air Pollution Events (GEO-CAPE) mission was recommended by the National Research Council's (NRC's) Earth Science Decadal Survey to measure tropospheric trace gases and aerosols and coastal ocean phytoplankton, water quality, and biogeochemistry from geostationary orbit, providing continuous observations within the field of view. To fulfill the mandate and address the challenge put forth by the NRC, two GEO-CAPE Science Working Groups (SWGs), representing the atmospheric composition and ocean color disciplines, have developed realistic science objectives using input drawn from several community workshops. The GEO-CAPE mission will take advantage of this revolutionary advance in temporal frequency for both of these disciplines. Multiple observations per day are required to explore the physical, chemical, and dynamical processes that determine tropospheric composition and air quality over spatial scales ranging from urban to continental, and over temporal scales ranging from diurnal to seasonal. Likewise, high-frequency satellite observations are critical to studying and quantifying biological, chemical, and physical processes within the coastal ocean. These observations are to be achieved from a vantage point near 95°–100°W, providing a complete view of North America as well as the adjacent oceans. The SWGs have also endorsed the concept of phased implementation using commercial satellites to reduce mission risk and cost. GEO-CAPE will join the global constellation of geostationary atmospheric chemistry and coastal ocean color sensors planned to be in orbit in the 2020 time frame.Funding for GEO-CAPE definition activities is provided by the Earth Science Division of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.2013-04-0
