    Contactless conductivity detection for analytical techniques Developments from 2014 to 2016

    The development of capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection for the two-year period from mid-2014 to mid-2016 is covered in this review. This includes a survey of fundamental studies and further developments of the measuring technique reported as well as a discussion of new applications. These mostly concern capillary electrophoresis carried out in conventional capillaries as well as on microchip electrophoresis devices. The main focus is on the determination of small non-UV-absorbing organic ions and inorganic ions in different types of samples of clinical, nutritional or environmental interest. Outside of electrophoresis contactless conductivity detection is finding uses in detection in column chromatography, flow-injection analysis and industrial applications

    A new fast and highly efficient capillary electrophoretic (CE) method has been developed for chiral analysis of non-charged gem-difluorinated alcohol (3-(benzyloxy)-1,1-difluoro-propan-2-ol) using sulfobutylether-β-CD as chiral selector. The method was applied for monitoring of enzymatic (lipase mediated) enantioselective acetylation of the above alcohol and for determination of enantiomeric purity of both substrates and products of the enzymatic reaction

    Capillary electrophoresis with neutral and cationic cyclodextrins as chiral selectors was applied for determination of enantiopurity analysis of new types of six acyclic nucleoside phosphonates, nucleotide analogues bearing ((3-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phosphonic acid, 2-((diisopropoxyphosphonyl)methoxy)propanoic acid or 2 (phosphonomethoxy)propanoic acid moieties attached to adenine, guanine, 2,6-diaminopurine, uracil and 5-bromouracil nucleobases. All these compounds were found to be synthesized in pure enantiomeric forms. Employing the UV-absorption detection at 206 nm, their detection limits were in the low micromolar level

    Import 29/09/2010Cílem mé diplomové práce je z využitím analytických metod rozebrat a vyhodnotit činnost společnosti Autosalon Svoboda s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám seznámením se základními pojmy využívanými v praktické části a také vývojem automobilového průmyslu. V praktické části jsou pak vybrané metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. Pro posouzení ekonomické aktivity jsem vybrala poměrové ukazatele, analýzu vnějšího prostředí, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a SWOT analýza. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí získaných výsledků ekonomické analýzy, návrhy opatření pro zajištění vyšší ekonomické výkonnosti tohoto podniku a vyhodnocení hypotéz definovaných v úvodu této práce.The aim of my thesis was to analyse and evaluate the business activities of the company Autosalon Svoboda s.r.o. My work is divided into two chapters, the first part is theoretical and the second is practical. In the theoretical part I described the terminology and basic concepts which are used in the practical part of my thesis and I also dealt with the development of the car industry. The practical part of my thesis introduces the application of chosen methods for this company. In order to examine the economic activities of the company I choose the ratio indicators, analysis of external environment, analysis of internal sources and the SWOT analysis. The closing part of my thesis comprehends summary of the results obtained through the economic analysis, suggestions of alternative measures for ensuring higher economic performance of the company and the evaluation of hypothesis defined in the introduction of this work.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn

    Non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) using methanol (MeOH) as a solvent of the background electrolytes was used to determine the thermodynamic acidity (ionization) constants (pKa) of a series of monoaza[5]helicenes and diaza[5]helicenes protonated to the first degree in MeOH and water. Depending on the number and position of the nitrogen atoms in their molecules, the analyzed aza[5]helicenes were found to be weak to moderate bases with methanolic pKa,MeOH in the range 3.90-8.75 and with aqueous pKa,H2O in the range 3.53-8.28
