Oponent práce: Název diplomové práce: Využití Rivermead behaviorálního paměťového testu u pacientů po poškození mozku Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo sledování vztahu mezi paměťovými funkcemi, měřenými Rivermead Behaviorálním paměťovým testem (RBMT-3), a jejich následným ovlivněním výkonu zaměstnávání v personálních ADL (pADL) u pacientů po poškození mozku. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, zda lze soběstačnost v personálních ADL predikovat z výsledků RBMT-3. Posledním dílčím cílem bylo vytvoření pracovní verze testu RBMT-3 a její překlad z originální anglické verze. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor se skládal ze 40 probandů (22 mužů a 18 žen) po prodělaném poškození mozku. Pro sběr dat byla využita pracovní verze Rivermead behaviorálního paměťového testu (RBMT-3) pro hodnocení úrovně paměťových funkcí, a FIM (verze 5.2) hodnotící úroveň výkonu zaměstnávání v personálních ADL (pADL). Verifikace hypotéz byla provedena pomocí korelační analýzy a korigovaným Spearmanovým korelačním koeficientem a p-hodnoty. Pro tento předvýzkum byla zvolena hladina významnosti α1 < 0,05 a α2 < 0,01. The partial objective was to determine whether self-sufficiency in ADL can be predicted from RBMT-3 results. The last partial goal was to create a working version of the RBMT-3 and translate it from the original English version. Methods: The research group consisted of 40 probands (22 males and 18 females) after brain damage. For data collection, the Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test (RBMT-3) for assessing the memory function level was used. FIM (version 5.2) was used for evaluating the level of occupational performance in ADL (pADL). Hypothesis verification was performed by correlation analysis and corrected Spearman's correlation coefficient and p-values. Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem zátiší a vývojem v dějinách umění. Práce je propojena hlavním motivem knihy, kterou se zabývám v oblasti výtvarného umění a každodenního života lidí. Cílem práce je seznámit se s žánrem zátiší a vyzdvihnout krásu knihy, která je opomíjena. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři části. V teoretické části se zabývám charakteristickými rysy zátiší a jeho vývojem provázaným se symbolikou knih v dílech umělců. Praktická část zahrnuje vývoj mé výtvarné práce až po interpretaci. V kapitolách zmiňuji inspiraci a grafickou techniku linorytu. Didaktická část se opírá o téma zátiší a zahrnuje způsob jejího využití v hodině výtvarné výchovy zábavnou formou.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of still life and development in the history of art. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of still life and its development associated with the symbolism of books in the works of artists. The practical part includes the development of my artwork to interpretation. In the chapters I mention the inspiration and graphic technique of linocut. Téma bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení daňové povinnosti spojené s vlastnictvím nemovitostí u fyzické osoby. Cílem této práce je analyzovat daň z nemovitých věcí a z příjmů fyzických osob ve vybraném městě v České republice a provést komparaci zjištěných výsledků, při použití různých změn, které ovlivňují výši daně. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je obsažená v kapitole druhé, kde je vymezena daň a daňová soustava České republiky a třetí, kde je charakterizována daň z nemovitých věcí a vlastnické právo k těmto nemovitostem. The aim of this work is to analyse the real estate tax and natural personal income in a representative city in the Czech Republic and to compare the results, using various changes that affect the amount of tax. Arabidopsis mutants reveal multiple singlet oxygen signaling pathways involved in stress response and development

Shortly after the release of singlet oxygen (1O2) in chloroplasts drastic changes in nuclear gene expression occur in the conditional flu mutant of Arabidopsis that reveal a rapid transfer of signals from the plastid to the nucleus. Factors involved in this retrograde signaling were identified by mutagenizing a transgenic flu line expressing a 1O2-responsive reporter gene. The reporter gene consisted of the luciferase open reading frame and the promoter of an AAA-ATPase gene (At3g28580) that was selectively activated by 1O2 but not by superoxide or hydrogen peroxide. A total of eight second-site mutants were identified that either constitutively activate the reporter gene and the endogenous AAA-ATPase irrespectively of whether 1O2 was generated or not (constitutive activators of AAA-ATPase, caa) or abrogated the 1O2-dependent up-regulation of these genes as seen in the transgenic parental flu line (non-activators of AAA-ATPase, naa). OF BACHELOR THESIS Title of bachelor thesis: Determination of functional capacity level for executing common daily and occupational activities of individuals with cardiovascular disease. This bachelor's thesis summarizes basic information about cardiovascular diseases, its epidemiology, the most frequent causes of their onset, the most frequent types of diseases, onset risk factors and their prevalence. Subsequently, it is devoted to description of procedures, phases and goals of rehabilitation in the target group of individuals. Particular attention is payed to ergo-therapeutic intervention and options to assess functional capacity in common daily activities and activities related to occupation of individuals with cardiovascular disease. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, consisting of literature research, summarizes basic knowledge about cardiovascular diseases, its rehabilitation and options to assess functional capacity of affected individuals in different stages of the rehabilitation process.
