    Electron Induced Emission of Nitrous Oxide in the UV-VIS Spectral Range

    The electron impact excitation of N2O was studied using the crossed electron-molecular beams method. Optical emission spectrum initiated by 50 eV electron impact was recorded within the range 200-700 nm. Main emission bands arise from excited ion state N2O+(A2Σ) and dissociative excitation into N2+(B2Σ+u). The rotationally un-resolved excitation-emission cross sections for selected ion transitions were scaled to absolute values and their dependence on electron energy was determined.     Import 03/11/2016Táto práca je zameraná na štúdium senzorických vlastnosti FBG s rôznymi parametrami v závislosti na sile napnutia vlákna. Práca obsahuje jednotlivé aplikácie používané v praxi. Praktická časť je zložená z návrhu a realizácie experimentálnej zostavy a z experimentálneho merania citlivosti v závislosti na umiestnení vlákna na membráne. V experimente bolo vlákno napínané rôznymi silami a bolo dokázané, že zväčšovaním sily sa citlivosť FBG zlepšila.The thesis is focused on study of FBG sensory features with different parameters regarding to the tension force of the optical fibre. The thesis includes commonly used software solutions. The practical part is composed of design and realization of an experimental assembly and experimental sensitivity measurement regarding to the optical fibre membrane position. There is also described on the choice of materials for the antenna and measurement. Simulation of the proposed antenna is discussed using software MMANA GAL.     Tato práce pojednává o řízení modelu automobilu s Ackermannovým podvozkem k řešení úlohy automatického parkování na kolmé a podélné parkovací místo. Pro řešení úlohy orientace robota v prostoru a mapování je použit algoritmus ICP-SLAM. V práci je použit laserový měřič vzdáleností Hokuyo URG-04LX. Jako hlavní řídící počítač je použit Raspberry Pi 2. U automatického parkování pro kolmá parkovací místa bylo docíleno 93% úspěšnosti. U automatického parkování pro podélná parkovací místa byla úspěšnost vyhodnocena na 76 %.This paper deals with driving a car model with Ackermann steering geometry for automatic parking on the perpendicular and parallel parking place. The algorithm ICP-SLAM is used to solve the robot’s orientation task in space and mapping. The Hokuyo URG-04LX laser range finder is used in the work. The Raspberry Pi 2 is the main control computer. With automatic parking for perpendicular parking places, 93% of success was achieved.     Táto práca sa zaoberá vývojom grafického používateľského rozhrania na platformu Android pre systém inteligentnej domácnosti vyvíjanou na FIT VUT v Brne. V práci je predstavený systém BeeeOn, ďalej vysvetlený princíp vytvárania grafických rozhraní na Android. Praktická časť sa zaoberá návrhom a implementáciou obrazoviek rozšírujúcich už existujúcu aplikáciu. Na konci práce sú vyhodnotené dosiahnuté výsledky pomocou služby Google Analytics.This thesis deals with development graphical user interface on Android platform for intelligent control system developed at FIT BUT. The thesis introduces a system BeeeOn, further explanation of principles of creating graphical interfaces for Android. The practical part discusses design and implementation of screens which extends an existing application. The concluding section evaluates achieved results using Google Analytics.

    Assessment of hydrocarbon electron-impact ionization cross section measurements for magnetic fusion

    Partial ionization cross section experiments have been carried out recently at the University of Innsbruck for three types of hydrocarbons, i.e. acetylene, ethylene and propene. Cross section data fits are generated and compared to the compilation of earlier experimental data summarized in the online database HYDKIN [www.hydkin.de]. New data fits are brought into a suitable form to be incorporated into the database. In order to illuminate underlying dissociation mechanisms the energy dependence of branching ratios above energies of 20 - 30eV is reviewed in light of the present results.     Dissociative Excitation of Acetylene Induced by Electron Impact: Excitation-emission Cross-sections

    The optical emission spectrum of acetylene excited by monoenergetic electrons was studied in the range of 190 nm to 660 nm. The dissociative excitation and dissociative ionization associated with excitation of the ions initiated by electron impact were dominant processes contributing to the spectrum. The spectrum was dominated by the atomic lines H, C and molecular bands of CH, CH, CH+, and C2. Besides the discrete transitions, we have detected the continuum emission radiation of ethynyl radical C2H. For most important lines and bands of the spectrum we have measured absolute excitation-emission cross sections and determined the energy thresholds of the particular dissociative channels

    Diagnostics of Nitrogen-methane Atmospheric Glow Discharge Used for a Mimic of Prebiotic Atmosphere

    The exploration of planetary atmosphere is being advanced by the exciting results of the Cassin-Huygens mission to Titan. The complex chemistry revealed in such atmospheres leading to the synthesis of bigger molecules is providing new insights into our understanding of how life on Earth developed. This work extends our previous investigation of nitrogen-methane (N2-CH4) atmospheric glow discharge for simulation chemical processes in prebiotic atmospheres. In presented experiments 2 % of water vapor were addet to nitrogen-methane gas mixture. Exhaust products of discharge in this gas mixture were in-situ analysed by Fourier Transform Infra Red spectroscopy (FTIR). The major products identified in spectra were: hydrogen cyanide, acetylene and acetonitrile
