APPLICATION OF BPD (Build Primary Demand) MODEL OF DEVELOPING MARKETING STRATEGY ON THE MARKET IN TRANSITION
BPD model originalan je pristup oblikovanju marketinške strategije na tržištu zemalja u tranziciji. BPD model, prateći dosadašnja tržišna iskustva, evoluira na tržištu Republike Hrvatske. Uvjete na svakom tranzicijskom, pa tako i na hrvatskom tržištu, karakterizira rastuća globalna ponuda, dok potražnja nakon eksponencijalnog rasta prelazi u fazu stagnacije. Očita je i tendencija snižavanja cijena usprkos održavanju primjerene kvalitete proizvoda. Recesijski trendovi i izražena konkurencija uvjetuju širenje poslova. Oblikovanje uspješne marketinške strategije podrazumijeva njeno razumijevanje, ali i shvaćanje pretpostavljenih taktičkih pristupa. Važno je da se marketinške strategije kontinuirano prilagođavaju tržišnim zakonitostima i specifičnostima ponašanja ciljanih tržišnih segmenata. Danas modeliranje održive marketinške strategije na tržištu zemlje u tranziciji podrazumijeva usmjeravanje posebne pažnje razlikama nacionalnog tržišta i globalnog tržišta. BPD model oblikovanja marketinške strategije je i pretpostavka uspjehu u složenim uvjetima poslovanja na tržištu zemlje u tranziciji. Uspješna marketinška strategija generira rast primarne potražnje jer podrazumijeva kontinum upravljanja proizvodom ili uslugom na tržištu. U konačnici, važno je razumijeti bottom-up pristup oblikovanju strategije, ali istovremeno uvažavajući prirodu potražnje na tržištu zemalja u tranziciji, i ključne tržišne varijable koje uvjetuju konkretna tržišna promatranja. BPD’s way is to evolve with evolution up-to-date market in Croatia. Conditions on Croatia’s market are characterizing by growing of global offer while the global demand is stagnating. Prices are lowering although a maintenance of products quality. The recession and the tremendous competitions are conditioning the spreading of doing business as necessaries for everyone on the market. Modeling of one successful marketing strategy means understand the concrete strategy fashion and the appurtenant its basic tactics ways. On such markets companies need to adapt their marketing strategies to some laws and behavior of the specific market’s demand. Today, modeling the sustainable marketing strategy on the market in transition requires special attention to differences between national market and the global market. BPD model of modeling marketing strategies is just a way toward success on the market in transition. Successful strategy need to be build primary demand by making potential customers aware of the new product and stimulating their willingness and ability to buy. Qualifications prerequisites contained in Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Contract, as amended (hereinafter the "Act"), from the perspective of the judicial-making practice
This rigorous thesis deals with the fulfillment of qualification prerequisites from the perspective of Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Contract, as amended (the "Act"). The aim was to analyze the various kinds of qualifications in terms of the practice of courts and the Office for Protection of Competition. The author also dealt with the legislative changes brought by Directive 2014/24/EU. Act distinguishes four basic types of qualification prerequisites. These are basic, professional and technical qualifications prerequisites and a solemn declaration of the economic and financial capacity to perform a public contract. The interpretation of the provisions of the Act serves the fundamental principles of the procurement procedure, i.e. the principle of equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency. Based on the analysis of different types of qualifications prerequisites author proposes de lege ferenda following changes: extension of the basic principles of the procurement procedure on the principles of reasonableness and objectivity. I also suggest unifying regulation of administrative and criminal punishment publication of the issue of dishonest suppliers in the black list of persons banned to participate in the performance of public contracts. User`s awareness of privacy in HTML5 applications
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali zasebnost podatkov v spletnih aplikacijah HTML5. Pregledali smo funkcionalnosti, ki zagotavljajo zasebnost uporabnikov na spletu. Preverjali smo zavedanje uporabnikov o zasebnosti in deljenju zasebnih podatkov, urejenih z različnimi predpisi. V obliki eksperimenta, je bil prikazan praktičen del. Znotraj eksperimenta smo analizirali pozornost uporabnikov na varnostna obvestila.. Preverili smo ali vedo, katere podatke delijo in zakaj. V zaključku smo pridobljene rezultate analizirali in ovrednotili. Ugotovili smo, da ljudje premalo časa posvetijo prebiranju varnostnih obvestil. Večina jih ne ve, kakšne so njihove pravice do zasebnosti podatkov na spletu. Glavnina pa jih sploh ne pozna funkcionalnosti HTML5.The diploma work presents data privacy in HTML5 web applications. We also reviewed functionalities, that ensure user protection on the web. We tested the user awareness about their privacy and sharing private information governed by different rules. In the form of the experimen,t we presented practical part. Inside of it we analyzed, if users pay attention to security warnings. We also checked, whether they know, what information is shared and why. In conclusion we analyzed obtained results and evaluated them. We have found out, that people devote small amount of time to reading security notes. Also, most of them do not know about their rights to online privacy. Many of them do not even know any of HTML5 functionalities

In clarification qualification there is a...Tato rigorózní práce pojednává o prokázání splnění kvalifikačních předpokladů z pohledu zákona č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen "Zákon"). Cílem byla analýza jednotlivých druhu kvalifikačních předpokladů z pohledu v rozhodovací praxe soudů a Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Autor práce se zabýval i legislativními změnami, které sebou přinesla Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2014/24/EU. Zákon rozlišuje 4 základní druhy kvalifikačních předpokladů. Jedná se o základní, profesní a technické kvalifikační předpoklady a čestné prohlášení o ekonomické a finanční způsobilosti. K interpretaci jednotlivých ustanovení Zákona slouží základní zásady zadávacího řízení, tj. zásada rovného zacházení, zákazu diskriminace a transparentnosti. Na základě analýzy jednotlivých druhů kvalifikačních předpokladů autor navrhuje de lege ferenda následující změny: rozšíření základních zásad zadávacího řízení o zásady přiměřenosti a objektivity. Dále navrhuji, aby došlo k sjednocení úpravy správního a trestního trestání v otázce uveřejnění nepoctivých dodavatelů v seznamu se zákazem plnění veřejných zakázek. U objasnění kvalifikace dochází k nejednotnému postupu ze strany zadavatelů a zbytečnému vylučování dodavatelů.
