    Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o LC oscilátorech. Popisuje základní princip a činnost oscilátorů. Seznamuje nás s jednotlivými druhy těchto oscilátorů, jejich schématy a principem. Práce se zabývá dvoubodovými, tříbodovými, zpětnovazebními oscilátory a oscilátory se záporným diferenciálním odporem. Dále byl vybrán, navržen a podrobněji rozebrán Colpittsův a jeden z krystalových oscilátorů. Jsou uvedena jejich schémata zapojení, navržené desky plošných spojů. Dále tyto oscilátory byly realizovány a jsou uvedeny jejich naměřené parametry.This bachelor thesis speaks about LC oscillators. It describes basic principle and operation of oscillators. It introduces us with individual points of these oscillators, their charts and princip. This work deals two-points, three-points and feedback oscillators and oscillators with negative differential resistance. Then it was choosen, designed, further dismantled the Colpittts and one of the crystal oscillator. There are their wiring diagrams, printed circuit boards designed. Then these oscillators were made and are given their measured parameters.

    Tato semestrální práce se zabývá historií, principem a využitím fotovoltaických panelů. Popisuje jejich strukturu a stále se zlepšující vlastnosti těchto panelů. Nastiňuje jejich postupný generační vývoj od jejich začátků až po současnost. Dále se rozepisuje o různých systémech zapojení on – grid a off – grid. Popisuje a porovnává fotovoltaické panely a střídače od různých světových výrobců, na závěr práce pojednává o podmínkách fotovoltaiky v České republice a o fotovoltaickém inkubátoru Hády firmy Energ servis a.s.. Uvádí porovnání různých lokalit a rozbor vlivu zastínění na výkon fotovoltaického panelu. Vytváří matematické modely pro výpočet rozestupu řad a výpočet poklesu výkonu při určitém zastínění.This term paper deals about history, principle and use of photovoltaic panel. It describes their stucture and constantly improving properties of these panels. It outlines their gradual generational evolution from beginning to present. Then it describes the various systems involved on – grid and off – grid. It also describes and compares the photovoltaic panels and inverters from different global manufacturer. The end of this work deals about conditions of photovoltaic in the Czech republic and about Hady photovoltaic incubator, which belongs to the company Energ servis a.s. It presents a comparison of different local and the analysis of the impact of shading for the achievement of the photovoltaic panel. It makes mathematic models for calculation of the spacing range and calculation the power loss in a specific shade.

    Predictors of coronary intervention-related myocardial infarction in stable angina patients pre-treated with statins

    A b s t r a c t I In nt tr ro od du uc ct ti io on n: : Peri-procedural myocardial infarction (PMI) is a frequent and prognostically important complication of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). This study was designed to determine the predictors of PMI in patients pre-treated with statins. M Ma at te er ri ia al l a an nd d m me et th ho od ds s: : A total of 418 stable angina pectoris patients taking statins and aspirin were included. All the patients underwent PCI. Serum concentrations of creatine kinase (CK-MB mass) and troponin I (TnI) were measured prior to and then within 16 to 24 hours after PCI. The incidence of PMI was assessed using the established criteria (≥ 3 times upper limit of normal). R Re es su ul lt ts s: : Four hundred and eighteen stable patients (63 ±10 years, 68% males) were treated by PCI. The technical success rate of PCI was 99%. The incidence of PMI based on CK-MB mass or TnI release was 12% (PMI group). There were no significant differences in baseline clinical and procedural characteristics between PMI and non-PMI groups except for the balloon inflation time (40 ±44 s vs. 26 ±27 s; p = 0.02) and the proportion of treated type C lesions (42% vs. 28%; p = 0.03). In multivariate analysis, the independent predictors of PMI were balloon inflation time (OR = 1.01; 95% CI 1.001-1.020; p = 0.02) and preprocedural level of C-reactive protein (OR = 1.38; 95% CI 1.059-1.808; p = 0.02).     Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu stárnutí populace v České republice na zaměstnanost. V teoretické části byly definovány klíčové pojmy z oblasti trhu práce, zaměstnanosti a stárnutí populace. V praktické části byl k dosažení cíle bakalářské práce sestaven ekonometrický model lineární regrese, který byl otestován metodou nejmenších čtverců. Vysvětlovanou proměnnou v modelu byla zaměstnanost a vysvětlujícími proměnnými HDP na obyvatele, minimální mzda, průměrný důchodový věk, celkový počet obyvatel a inflace. Ekonometrický model potvrdil definovanou hypotézu, že stárnutí populace negativně ovlivňuje růst zaměstnanosti. Zvýšením průměrného důchodového věku (ceteris paribus) o 1 % vyvolá pokles míry zaměstnanosti v celkové populaci o 1,23 %. Díky modelu bylo rovněž zjištěno, že HDP na obyvatele pozitivně ovlivňuje zaměstnanost, při zvýšení HDP na obyvatele o 1 % dojde ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti v celkové populaci o 0,16 %.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the impact of ageing of population in the Czech Republic on employment. In the theoretical part, there is a definition of key terms related to labor market, employment and population ageing. To achieve the goal of the bachelor thesis an econometric model of linear regression was compiled in the practical part. The model was tested by the ordinary least squares. The dependent variable in the model was employment rate and the independent variables were defined as GDP per capita, minimum wage, average retirement age, total population, and inflation. The econometric model confirmed the defined hypothesis that ageing population negatively affects employment rate. An increase in the average retirement age (ceteris paribus) by 1 % will cause a decrease in the employment rate in the total population by 1,23 %. Thanks to the model, it was also found that GDP per capita has a positive effect on employment. Increase in GDP per capita (ceteris paribus) by 1 % will cause an increase of employment in the total population by 0,16 %

    The presented work entitled "Mobility of Human Populations at the End of the Stone Age" describes, generalizes, summarizes and subsequently evaluates the factors of migratory tendencies in prehistory - for the period of Neolithic over Eneolithic to Early Bronze Age. Emphasis is placed on the clarification of all interdisciplinary issues. Further on a detailed description of individual processes and archaeological approaches to them. As a basis for my own research, a database of data impacted by articles based on the study of strontium isotopes was created. In the next steps, the database was processed using statistical tools and its outputs were contingency tabletables and charts. Spatial assessment and their contexts were conducted in the GIS (Geographic Information System)
