The subject in the existential phenomenology of Jean Paul Sartre
que, al mismo tiempo, se dice de dos formas distintas, a saber: 1. Como conciencia refleja, no reflexiva;
This examination,
due to historical and conceptual reasons, is based directly and indirectly in both Heidegger and Husserl`s
philosophies (and on other`s as well). Husserl`s Philosophy is the main foundation, which alternates
with Sartre`s Philosophy, it is most important for the present text. So, the said analysis of the concept of
“subject” and its implications and its phenomenological conceptualizations, is made undergoing the study
of various forms of conscience: the conscience of the object, referred to something other than itself, and
the conscience of oneself, which at the same time, is said in two different ways, that is: 1. as a reflexed,
and not reflexive, conscience and 2. As reflexive conscience. Thanks to this said distinction and analysis
of concepts such as I, conscience and subject, Sastre becomes a critic of Modern Philosophy of the
Subject and, as a consequence of it, with sartrean thought one reaches the conviction that conscience is the only real, and not mere I. Therefore, the husserlian treatment of conscience – which Sastre will come
to share -, understood as a constant intentional activity, will become, necessarily, in the priority of the
subject since the sense of the phenomena originates, ultimately, in the subjec
poder general abstractoThe aim of this work is not the direct study of the
hellenistic doctrines and their idea of freedom, but rather
the way those ancient doctrines were collected and
interpreted by Hegel. We analyse in particular the
discussion that Hegel develops about them in the
Phenomenology of mind and in the Lessons about the history
of philosophy. The end of that form of equilibrium of life
achieved in the ancient polis is interpreted by Hegel like
the transition to an age, in which the self-consciousness
looses the practical and rational harmony with external
world and feels the need of looking for rationality
inward itself, in its separated of world individuality. In
this way the individual doesn’t experience the union
with its social environment any more, which is now an
upon it imposing empire and an abstract general powe
The Ambiguity of Existence in Merleau-Ponty
que atribuye al cuerpo el papel trascendental que el idealismo clásico asignaba a la concienciaThe actual piece deals with the new sense conferred to Human Existence by Merleau-Ponty, that as
it simultaneously recognizes its belonging to the world according to the heideggerian notion of beingin-
the-world and from a viewpoint that opposes Rationalist Intellectualism, nevertheless does not
renounce a Philosophy of the Subject inspired in the later Husserl. This approach leads Merleau-Ponty
to interpret the Cartesian Principle of cogito as Existence, and to attribute to this notion an ambiguity:
that which corresponds to the double and simultaneous consideration of belonging to the world and
being differentiated from it. This philosophical project is elaborated through a new way of describing
experience in the line of a Phenomenological Conception which attributes to the Body the transcendental
role that Classical Idealism assigned to Conscienc
Biologism, Hierarchy and Critique of Culture in Nietzsche
Abstract:
The text concerns the range and outcome of the concept of will of power in
the field of moral and political philosophy, and shows the biologism wich
supports the whole nietzschean conception. Even though Nietzsche rejects
Darwins position, his biologism enroles nevertheless in the trend of social
darwinism, wich transfers the principle of hierarchie, that he thinks to find
in the realm of life, to the moral, political and cultural yield. In this very
sense it is shown how the so called “genealogical method” becomes a critical
instrument wich Nietzsche uses against the whole humanistic tradition to
deny the autonomy of culture and of creations of spirit in relation to the
field of organic life

The world of logic and logic of the world: logos, nature and spirit in Hegel
This article tries to examine the hegelian sense of rationality, which fundament is the speculative concept. This allows the intellection of what “philosophical sciences” means in the System of Science exposed in the Encyclopedia. Consequently this text tries to understand also the way how the three final syllogisms of Encyclopedia must be explained.
