GAGASAN IVAN ILLICH TENTANG PENDIDIKAN (Telaah dari Sudut Pandang Islam)

Pendidikan yang selama ini dianggap sebagai pahlawan da­lam menegakkan kebenaran dan  membangun bangsa, ternyata hanya­lah sebuah topeng untuk mengelabui para konsumennya. Sekolah  dianggap sebagai jalan hidup bagi manusia modern. Mereka yang tidak sekolah berarti terbelakang. Padahal memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan tidak mesti melalui sekolah. Sehingga tidak heran jika model persekolahan menuai kritikan dari berbagai kalangan, diantaranya adalah Ivan Illich. Gagasannya untuk meniadakan sekolah dan menyadarkan masyarakat akan kebohongan ini, perlu didukung oleh berbagai pihak. Walaupun beberapa gagasannya perlu juga ditelaah secara kritis dari sudut pandang Islam. Karena ternyata Ivan Illich seakan mengesampingkan etika dalam tujuan pendidikan, yang berakibat pada kebebasan tak terbelenggu dan liar. Di samping itu, penilaian Ivan Illich terhadap masyarakat hanya sampai pada sisi materialnya saja. Padahal di dalam Islam, materi bukanlah ukuran kebaikan seorang

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of saving attitudes and future orientation on retirement planning Population in this research are private workers in the city of Surabaya. The sample in this research used 200 samples. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The result of this research is that saving attitude and future orientation influences retirement planning with a percentage of influence of 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model

Studi Kasus Kelongsoran Ruas Jalan Lahat SP. Air Dingin KM 229+000 Menggunakan Program Plaxis

Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian terhadap sloep stability terhadap ruas jalan Lahat SP. Air Dingin KM. 229+000 mengingat bahwa kelongsoran yang terjadi diruas jalan cukup terjal. Untuk mengetahui parameter tanah peneliti melakukan korelasi data N-SPT menggunakan metode Rankin dan Program PLAXIS 8.2 (metode Elemen Hingga) peneliti melakukan VII permode permodelan I dengan Nilai Safety Factor 1,2793, permodelan II dengan Nilai Safety Factor l,5595, permodelan III dengan Nilai Safety Factor 1,5703, permodelan IV dengan Nilai Safety Factor 1,5696, permodelan V dengan Nilai Safety Factor 1,2873, permodelan VI dengan Nilai Safety Factor 1,7255 dan permodelan VII dengan Nilai Safety Factor 2,0789. TANGGUNG JAWAB PENGELOLA PARKIR BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NO 8 TAHUN 1999 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN

Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 19(1) Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen (UU No. 8 Tahun 1999), pelaku usaha berkewajiban untuk memberikan ganti rugi atas kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran atau kerugian yang diderita oleh konsumen akibat mengkonsumsi barang atau jasa yang dihasilkan atau diperdagangkan. Tujuan dari investigasi ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pertanggungjawaban pengelola parkir terhadap karakteristik kendaraan konsumen di tempat parkir Seulawah Cafe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini ialah metode yuridis empiris yang mana berarti segala sesuatu itu benar apabila didukung oleh informasi serta kenyataan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bersifat analisis deskriptif yang mana penulis dapat mengkaji secara lapangan ataupun wawancara serta kepustakaan dan cocok dengan teori-teori landasan untuk memecahkan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wujud tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh pengelola parkir belum sesuai dengan Pasal 19 ayat (1) UU Perlindungan Konsumen yang disebabkan tidak pahamnya akan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta tidak terdapatnya perjanjian tertulis antara pihak cafe dengan pihak pengelola parkir yang telah sepakat menyatakan tanggung jawab parkir sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pengelola parkir

Activity Prediction of Bioactive Compounds Contained in Etlingera elatior Against the SARS-CoV-2 Main Protease: An In Silico Approach

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious problem today, with its prevalence increasing every day. The SARS-CoV-2 main protease (MPro) is a promising therapeutic target to inhibit replicating and spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. The compounds contained in the Etlingera elatior plant has the potential. This study aimed to examine the compounds' activity in E. elatior against SARS-CoV-2 MPro using in silico methods. A total of seven compounds contained in E. elatior were obtained from the Knapsack database. The compounds were then docked into the SARS-CoV-2 MPro receptor's active site with the PDB ID 6LU7. Afterward, the biological activities were predicted by the PASS prediction webserver. The molecular docking results showed that ergosterol peroxide and sitostenone had the best binding energy with -10.40 kcal/mol and -9.17 kcal/mol, respectively. The in silico PASS prediction showed it has potential as antiviral therapy. It concluded ergosterol peroxide and sitostenone has the potential as SARS-CoV-2 MPro inhibitor candidate

Comparative analysis of the stability features of human alpha-defensins as candidates for the future COVID-19 therapy through molecular dynamics

Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) is still a global health issue to date, SARS-CoV-2 is a novel coronavirus that is responsible for this sickness. The receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 virus associates with angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE-2) and allows the virus to enter human cells. Natural peptides such alpha-defensin are thought to attach to the SARS-CoV-2 RBD and prohibit it from engaging with ACE-2. Molecular dynamics simulations using a computational approach are utilized to understand the stability of six alpha-defensin macromolecules using the Gromacs 2016 software. The trajectories formed are then analyzed using VMD 1.9.4 and BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2020 software. Finally, the free energy is estimated using the MM/PBSA method. The alpha-defensins 2 macromolecules were found to have the best stability based on numerous study results (trajectory visualization, RMSD, RMSF, and free energy calculations). As a result, these macromolecules could be used to build new antiviral treatments for COVID-19 infectious disease candidates

Pengaruh Laba, Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Bebas, dan Pembayaran Dividen Kas Sebelumnya terhadap Dividen Kas yang Diterima oleh Pemegang Saham (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

The objective of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and last year cash dividend both simultaneously and partially toward cash dividend received by stock holders on listed companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2001-2005. The research type used is verificative research by using census method.The target population of this research is listed companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have positive earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow and pay cash dividend both current year and last year. After being selected, there are 11 companies as target population. Because this research is done for five years, the total observations are 55. The multiple regression model is used to examine the influence of earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and last year cash dividend both simultaneously and partially toward cash dividend received by stock holders.The results of this research show that (1) earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and last year cash dividend simultaneously have influence toward cash dividend received by stock holders, (2) partially, earnings, free cash flow, and last year cash dividend have positive influence toward cash dividend received by stock holders, whereas operating cash flow has negative influence toward cash dividend received by stock holders

LAPORAN PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 KLATEN TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Program Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan salah satu program kegiatan dengan tujuan mengembangkan kompetensi mahasiswa sebagai calon guru yang mengambil program studi kependidikan. PPL menggunakan standar kompetensi dengan beracukan pada konteks kehidupan guru yaitu, kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi professional, dan kompetensi sosial. Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Klaten, dengan lokasi sekolah di Desa Senden, Kecamatan Ngawen, Klaten. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL dimulai tanggal 15 Juli 2016 sampai dengan 15 September 2016. Adapun kegiatan – kegiatan yang dilakukan selama proses pelaksanaan PPL antara lain : (1) Observasi, (2) Praktik mengajar terbimbing, (3) Praktik mengajar mandiri, dan (4) Praktik mengajar pengganti. Kegitan – kegiatan tersebut dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Klaten dengan respon, bimbingan, dan saran – saran yang bersifat membangun dari guru pembimbing. Mata pelajaran yang diampu selama PPL adalah mata pelajaran Rancang Bangun Jaringan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL di SMK Negeri 2 Klaten memberikan banyak manfaat dan pengalaman pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Pengalaman tersebut berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan tugasnya menjadi seorang calon guru yakni berkaitan dengan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun pengalaman di luar hal pembelajaran kelas. Sehingga, dengan demikian mahasiswa dapat menyiapkan diri untuk menjadi pendidik dengan standar kompetensi dan kualitas yang berbobot

ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN THE GLOBALIZATION ERA; CHALLENGES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND CONTRIBUTION OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN INDONESIA

Purpose of Study: Islamic education in Indonesia until the 21st Century has shown its existence. However, Islamic education also faces many challenges that dan eroded the values of Islam that so far have been maintained. On the other hand, globalization opens up new opportunities for the advancement of Islamic education. Methodology: This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques: documentation, and data analysis techniques: data collection, data display, data reduction, data analysis and data conclusion. Main Findings: Islamic education has a challenge in the globalization era: the challenges of globalization in the field of culture, the challenge of low levels of social capital, and structural, cultural and human resource challenges. Meanwhile, the contribution of Islamic education in Indonesia can be mapped into two major categories: character building contribution in the form of forming good man character, spiritual character, and character militancy. And the perennial system contribution in the form of traditional learning. Application of This Study: These opportunities actually have been utilized properly by stakeholders. So, Islamic education cannot only maintain its existence, over it, Islamic education contributes significantly to the progress of education in Indonesia.
