PERANCANGAN STASIUN CUACA MINI BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

ABSTRAKSaat ini alat ukur suhu dan kelembaban yang pembacaannya secara digital masih jarang digunakan oleh stasiun cuaca, padahal dengan teknologi sensor dan mikrokontroler yang berkembang pesat sekarang ini, telah memungkinkan pengguna untuk merancang peralatan ukur berbasis digital. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini untuk merancang mini weather station berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino-uno dan sensor SHT11. Stasiun cuaca mini yang dirancang terdiri dari box Stevenson yang berfungsi untuk melindungi peralatan ukur dari pengaruh cuaca lingkungan, sensor SHT11, LCD, dan mikrokontroler Arduino-uno yang berfungsi untuk membaca temperatur dan kelembaban dari sensor SHT11, untuk kemudian ditampilkan ke LCD. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah alat ukur yang akurat, maka pembacaan temperatur dan kelembaban menggunakan alat hasil rancangan dibandingkan dengan alat ukur standar yang digunakan oleh stasiun Meteorologi dan Geofisika Blang-Bintang, Aceh Besar. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan selama 6 (enam) jam, diperoleh korelasi (R) yang kuat antara keduanya, dimana untuk pembacaan temperatur dengan R = 0,95 dan STDEV = 0,73, sedangkan untuk pengukuran kelembaban dengan R = 0,89 dan STDEV= 0,31.Kata Kunci : Sensor SHT11, Stevenson Wheather Box, Suhu dan KelembabanABSTRACTUp to now, the digital instrument of measuring the temperature and humidity are still rarely used by the weather station, whereas with the sensors and microcontroller technologies that growing rapidly today has allowed the users to design a digital-based measuring equipment. The purpose of this final project is to design a mini-weather station based on Arduino Uno microcontroller and SHT11 sensor. The design system consists of a box Stevenson that used to protect the measuring equipment from the weather environment, SHT11 sensor, LCD and Arduino-Uno microcontroller that used to read the temperature and humidity from the sensor SHT11, and then displayed on the LCD. To obtain an accurate measurement equipment, then the reading of temperature and humidity by using the designed instrument was compared with the standard which is used by station-Meteorology and Geophysics Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar. Based on measurements that were done during the six (6) hours, we obtained a strong correlation (R) between both of them, for temperature measurement with R = 0.95 and STDEV = 0.73, while for the moisture measurement with R = 0.89 and STDEV = 0.31.Keyword: Sensor SHT11, Stevenson Weather Box, Temperature and Humidit

Formulation Of Lengkuas Rhizome (Alpinia Galanga L.) Extract's Gel AS Antifungal With Hidroxy Prophyl Methyl Cellulosae (Hpmc) And Carbopol Base

Infection of Malassezia furfur on skin can be caused by bad factor. One of the materials that can be used as an antifungal is Lengkuas rhizome extract (Alpinia galanga L.). This study had purpose to determine the antifungal activity and the effectiveness of gels Lengkuas rhizome extract on pathogenic fungi using maseration method with etanol 96%. Gel making is used HPMC and carbopol base. Testing activity of extract and testing the effectiveness of the gel by disc diffusion method (Kirby-Bauer test). Screening result showed that the extract contains triterpenoids, flavonoids and essential oil. Based on the test results against Malassezia furfur, antifungal activity of the extract in the gel increased compared to extracts without formulated into a gel. But the activity increasing was not significant based on statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA test obtained a significance of 0.234 (p> 0.05)

Resi Gudang merupakan hasil perkembangan lebih lanjut dari sistem jaminan Fidusia dan merupakan lembaga hukum jaminan tersendiri diluar lembaga-lembaga jaminan yang telah ada. PERFECTION OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILD’S SPEECH OF DIALOGUE AND VOCABULARY DURING THE PROCESS OF GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH BOOK ILLUSTRATION

Very topical issue in many situations nowadays is caused by parent busyness, aloofness among family members, and alienation in mutual relationships; therefore, in families too little attention is devoted to many-sided development of child’s abilities, too little time is spent on direct, emotional contact in conversation. During the survey on the pre-school education and development of vocabulary carried out by 54 educators, the more and less well known topics were found out. Children are open to and interested in communication to find out how things work, developing their own vocabulary with the guidance of skilled teachers and parents. Book illustration analysis as well as the forms of conversation realization used in the research is in line with those carried out in the Project No NFI/R/2014/053 “Latvian in Monolingual and Bilingual Acquisition: tools, theories and applications”.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMANFAATAN DANA OTONOMI KHUSUS DI KABUPATEN BENER MERIAH

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan mekanisme pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan dana otonomi khusus di Kabupaten Bener Meriah pasca pemberlakuanQanun Aceh Nomor 2 Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini juga menggambarkan bagaimana poladan proporsi pengalokasian dana otonomi khusus pada program/kegiatan prioritas.Selanjutnya penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana PemerintahKabupaten Bener Meriah mengevaluasi efektifitas program/kegiatan sertamengidentifikasi kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan efektifitasprogram/kegiatan dalam mencapai tujuan otonomi khusus. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data interaktif,selanjutnya untuk meyakinkan validitas data digunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pengelolaan dana Otsus yangdilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bener Meriah telah berjalan dengan baik.Kegiatan perencanaan dan penganggaran, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasidana otonomi khusus secara teknis maupun administrasi sudah dijalankan sesuaidengan ketentuan.Mekanisme transfer menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan,tingkat penyelesaian kegiatan yang lebih tinggi, memungkinkan program/kegiatanyang lebih beragam sesuai kebutuhan daerah, tetapi juga dapat mengakibatkanterjadinya pemilihan kegiatan yang tidak terkendali/tidak strategis jika tidakdirencanakan dengan baik. Pola dan proporsi alokasi program kegiatan telahsesuai dengan tujuan Otsus. Efektivitas pengelolaan dana Otsus yang baik perludisertai dengan regulasi atau aturan-aturan yang jelas serta mengikat sebagai suatukebutuhan guna mewujudkan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana otonomikhusus. Ointment formulation of snakehead fish (Channa striata) Extract with variations of CMC-Na and carbopol

 Snakehead fish (Channa striata) and kelulut honey (Trigona sp.) have the potential to accelerate the wound-healing process. These natural ingredients are formulated in the form of ointment because ointment is an external medicine that is easy to apply and has long contact with the skin. Previous research has shown that the snakehead fish extract ointment undergoes phase separation, so it needs a material that can bind the snakehead fish extract and kelulut honey as the active substances in the preparation. This study aimed to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of CMC-Na (3%, 4.5%, 6%) and Carbopol (0.5%, 1%, 2%) as a binder on the ointment physical properties and to determine the best snakehead fish (Channa striata) extract ointment formulation. The ointment of snakehead fish extract was tested for organoleptic, homogeneity, spreadability, and adhesion. The test results were analyzed by One Way ANOVA with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that the higher the concentrations of CMC-Na and Carbopol used, the greater the adhesive power and the lower the spreadability. Ointment with Carbopol has a wider spreadability and a softer consistency than ointment with CMC-Na. The best formulation is shown by the Carbopol 0.5% (F4) formula, where the average spreadability with a load of 150 g is 5.09 cm and the average adhesion is 229 seconds
